7201  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 95% OF YOU Will Fail Trading: Learn how to overcome this stat on: March 13, 2019, 09:05:45 AM
I think for once,,, this is good advice. If only most newbies would even follow half of that list, they would not all be crying when the bears come.

In fact,,, even experienced traders keep making these same mistakes. The problem was everyone gambled in 2016 and 2017 and they got lucky. Anything almost that you bought made money, it was a matter only of x10 or x100.

Now it is the complete opposite. Whether you lost 50% or 90%.
7202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: INFOGRAPHIC: Most Common Sports Betting Terms Every Beginner Should Know on: March 13, 2019, 06:47:43 AM
Does not this list sound like it should be for medium advanced or very advanced betters?

For example, you do not need to say chalk or bad beat, I have never seen any bookie or sports better use the terms. We just say favorites and we just say bad streak. At least not online,,, maybe the terminologies are different for an international audience. I think better sports betting terms for beginners are like, "back" and "lay", which are very important to understand.
7203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB is mooning. again on: March 13, 2019, 06:18:04 AM
Well, it was always going to be an expensive coin for me to get into anyway so I have no regrets. I think BNB will be around for a long time and especially now with Binance Jersey able to launch their own ITOs,,, but I think in the next bull run we will see even more amazing performance from this exchange.

I see Bittrex now trying to compete from Singapore with Bitsdaq,,, anyone tried?
7204  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What all should I know about scalping? on: March 12, 2019, 11:48:18 AM
Even in scalping, the highest you can make is 10% of all the number of times you got in and out of trading and scalping could be very dangerous when you don’t already have an exit strategy on ground which can make the trader to lose all the small gains he has compounded already in a single trade.

Hence, whether you are more experienced or not, I don’t advice scalping for both, I will rather prefer ones get in ones and use his analysis to pick the best time to trade, take your little profit based on your cash and exit the trade for the day.

Cannot see where you get this 10% from. Scalping just means profiting off the flashes and getting in and out rightaway. Sometimes I have seen even 30 and 40% in a day, and most recently, we saw for ETH last two weeks, 15% in an instant.

Of course exit strategies are a requirement. They are called limit orders and stop losses! You must never ever trade on whims. Let the price decide your exit.
7205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: March 12, 2019, 11:16:44 AM
If you gamble everyday then you will just lose more money every single day. Being lucky is not depend on a day, it is not depend on what day we gamble because for me there is no right day for us to play gambling so that we can assure that we can win. There is no cheat day on gambling. It always depends on luck and no one can say when it will be with us.

This is a general case and generally is true, but not all forms of gambling guarantee losing more money every single day. For example, I invest in a casino bankroll (you can check out my signature to see such an example) and in general, I have seen more profits in a day than losses.

Of course, because it is gambling, it is a risk, but if you gamble with the house, in the long term,,, you win. It is called the house edge.

On topic: does not matter where and which part of day. Just do it when you are alert and want to relax.
7206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cloudbet's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: March 12, 2019, 09:35:58 AM
Lucky for you guys! It's going to be hard to still come up or have a comeback.

I missed putting my predictions and wasting a lot of possible points in it. Maybe I could still make it if my predictions are going to be exact. But fewer games. Oh man.  Sad

This week and last week I missed predictions for more than half of the games, but I counted that I only lost 5 points including 2 slam points. I think only a few weeks left, so there is no hope except to get high score for the week,,, but LFCBitcoin is doing so good every round. He is like Manchester City, cannot be caught.

I am like Huddersfield. I will be relegated;)
7207  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to follow the course? on: March 12, 2019, 08:18:16 AM
A simple tool I use is actually just a RSS newsfeed from one or two sites. So it monitors for fresh news and I only need to read the headlines to see if anything is important. Usually if it is very important,,, it has a tag of "BREAKING" so then I know it is fresh. News and developments are good to read to supplement your trading decisions.
7208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash getting closer. What next? on: March 11, 2019, 11:33:08 AM
I see the margin between ETH and Bitcoin Cash will keep moving away. ETH will continue to rise and leave Bitcoincash.
Is that true? If we look at the current market price of the ethereum looks there hasn't been movement. ethereum still very unstable with prices today. no surprise whatsoever. but we all have to keep waiting for the surprise that makes us happy to see the market.

No movement for ETH, where have you been for the past year? Even looking at ETH since December, we saw twice the price move past $150, and twice back down. It is very volatile and a lot of movement, 50% moves in less than 3 months, and you call that no movement?

Anyway,,, market cap and market price has so little to do with this. People forget this about crypto.
7209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 - the end of 90% altcoin? on: March 11, 2019, 09:23:11 AM
Which been the issue as investors getting tired investing with this business, most of those coins which already out of the market are not making any
progress, some might listed but have lower value some are still working with exchange and developers still promising but nothing happened, this
venue of investment if won't change for good will surely instinct after.

Investors are not getting tired,,, rather it is the speculators who are getting tired. Investors talk about 5 to 10 years before seeing profit, and return on their capital, whereas speculators talk about mooning and x100 in a few months.

So why do you think they have stopped putting money into ICOs? Because they never entered with the correct frame of investment. You think this is the end of altcoin? Wait for the next bullrun. Then people will lose their memories again.
7210  Economy / Speculation / Re: FRUSTRATED AT THE MARKET. on: March 11, 2019, 08:18:48 AM
Yes instead of blaming someone it is good to make wise decision for not trusting who are trying to misguide you only for their own benefits, whales are there to take advantage of our unawareness and when they find some being stressed with market they out negative thoughts in his mind about market future so never listen them just hold with patience.

I think it is normal to be frustrated,,, even I remember my own feelings during last year. But the important thing is always to do things the right way. Do proper research, make your own decisions as you would a normal adult decision, and never risk what you cannot lose. Then set your expectations to reality.

People are always looking to blame someone else or bad luck or bad timing but in the end, every decision must be made possible because of your own thinking. Take responsibility and you become at peace whatever happens.
7211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worse than BitConnect? Leader of Billion Dollar Cryptocurrency Pyramid Scam “One on: March 11, 2019, 06:43:36 AM
And I thought this was already dead a long time ago? But I do not know if we can say this was worse than Bitconnect,,, a scam is a scam and both had the exact same model of tricking people. In fact, each were very successful hyips with MLM model (referral fees and several levels deep),,, you could see it easily, but they used crypto to cloud the scheme. People fall for this every day.
7212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 11, 2019, 06:11:04 AM
I had placed a bet for Tottenham's win and I thought that I had already won that.
Apparently, Tottenham had other plans today. Now they are risking their chances of ending in the 3rd position and I think that it is now a huge run for 4 teams (Tottenham, Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal) that can compete for this position on the League Table.
Gotta give it to Tottenham, they probably don't care about top 4 and just want to focus on the Champions League. If they win the CL, they'll qualify automatically to the CL next season...I like that strategy, Poch hahaha LOL

If Man Utd wins today, they'll be tied for 3rd place with Spurs...I think I'm gonna back Man utd to win @2.80.

I am a Spurs supporter but even I do not think this is a case of them giving up the league to play for Champions League! Come on guys, the CL quarterfinal game is still a while away, why would you want to give up with only 9 games to go left in the Premier League? So the title is too far away,,, but so much quality in Big 6 that champions league is not guaranteed until the final game of the season.

Poch comments after the game showed how frustrated they all were. And the face of Kane when we lost,,,
7213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Game of Thrones - Who will rule? Odds and betting discussion [Odds updated!] on: March 10, 2019, 04:29:52 PM
Good question posed by above. What if nobody sits on the Iron throne at the end? We know it has been in the hands of a few main characters of a time being and it makes sense that a new king or queen must sit on this one for now,,, but it is the final season is it not? Surely if this is the series we all know, it must end in a way no one expects. How will the bets be done if no one sits on the throne, or none of our picks are chosen?

Cloudbet and nitrogensports are the only ones by the way? I see so many trust issues happening with them these days I do not feel confident of betting on them.
7214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will an increase in bitcoin price affect the gambling industry on: March 10, 2019, 02:01:38 PM
I have been in the gambling scene for Bitcoin for a few years and I can say that yes, the price does affect a few things. The most obvious is when the price was at ATH. People were really feeling rich and so they did not mind to gamble a lot of coin because they were sure the price was going even higher. Can you imagine playing even 0.00005 BTC was playing with 1 dollar!

Now, it feels more painful for people to play 1 dollar because it is 0.00025 BTC. Five time more!
7215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 10, 2019, 12:53:52 PM
Liverpool's under great pressure imho.  And they got the CL match to worry about vs Bayern.

Watching the match now and I got a feeling they are giving 100% in this one. There is no conserving of strength for Bayern game. At the moment it is 1:1 and I expect quite a few more goals in this one. Burnley scored direct from corner kick. Would very much like to here your opinions if that one should have been disallowed due to possible foul on Alisson.

By the way, what's with the weather in Liverpool, game is one for 25 minutes and we already had few minutes of sunshine followed by few minutes of hale and strong wind all the time.

No foul on Alisson, and even if so, he could not have possibly saved that. I do not support either team here, I am a Spurs fan and I can easily admit Liverpool are 5 times better than us this season and deserve to win the league. But that was a beautiful goal, unstoppable and no way Alisson can save it. That is what I call a perfect goal.

They can go 5-1 easily if they continue like this!
7216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware, so many scam coins are around on: March 10, 2019, 10:59:05 AM
Helios is not a scam project from what I can see. I know it a little bit because it is one of the liquidity programs I have been following since last year. I think the specific person you are talking about could be a scammer,,, but this does not automatically mean the project itself is one.

If someone tricks you with Bitcoin, for example, does it make Bitcoin a scam? Of course not, right?

Of course,,, what you say is good to watch out for. Nothing is free that is good in this world of crypto Wink
7217  Economy / Speculation / Re: 'Bitcoin will run up to $5,000 by May' on: March 10, 2019, 10:36:50 AM
Ok, it's time to listen from another experts here.  Grin

Quote
A crypto trader and analyst, going by the Twitter handle @filbfilb, produced another chart which claims that Bitcoin will experience a bullish run up to $5,000 by the month of May.

https://www.chepicap.com/en/news/8016/-bitcoin-will-run-up-to-5-000-by-may-.html

I don't know maybe he is a user in this community. $5k though is within reach short term as compare to those so called experts claiming that bitcoin will go higher than 5 digits this year.

So in two months and 21 days, we can see Bitcoin grow by over 25%? Does it not sound too hopeful even for a bull to see Bitcoin grow so much in such a short time, given that we are still in the middle of a big bear market? It is funny to say 25% is within reach,,, of course anything is possible in the world of crypto, but where are the rest of the fundamentals to make this happen? 5 digits even we are talking about, time for people to get real.
7218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Casino Affiliate Marketing Tips on: March 09, 2019, 03:46:09 PM
~ snip ~
A website is a must for affiliate marketing. You need to write contents regularly to keep your visitors active in your website. You need to find a niche which you are interested. It's a long process so without having interest in the niche you will find it frustrating to carry on.

When you start the website you don't just start pitching your affiliate links. Build up a community, build up reputation. Present yourself as someone who is capable of giving solutions and be honest with what you say. People will follow you. Once you will successfully build up a community then you can recommend whatever you want. You will know what they need.

I don't know if website is really a must though. Everyone started small so I don't think someone will really starts creating website. Personally, I tested the water but I don't think it's for me though that's why I didn't pursue. Maybe for others, a website or just a youtube channel or just a simple blog will make it for some or just even a signatures in this community will do.

I agree. In fact, now that I have spent some time on this forum, I believe even a good reputation on this forum can really help with getting more affiliates. If you use Google for Bitcoin casinos even some bitcointalk threads are showing up as a result. The only problem with this forum is you cannot post affiliate links,,, but I think there is no harm to put it in your signature. The more useful contributions you make, the more likely people to click on it and join your programs.
7219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crash or Rise – Binance Price Prediction 2019 on: March 09, 2019, 02:02:25 PM
This was what I was saying a week ago, that this BNB coin is one of the few cryptos that has not suffered in the bear market,,, but I would be cautious and wary about entering it right now. It is so hot, and they are making a lot of promotions, for example the trading game giving away all their coins. Part of the success is a lot of holders who have not let go. I fear the day the whales decide to sell and all the small time holders are left alone.

Imagine the price at next bull run? $20?
7220  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: ►►►Vodds Weekly Contest | Eight outstanding candidates | Player of the month◄◄◄ on: March 09, 2019, 10:56:43 AM
And why would you be giving out this free money?
Any specific reason we should know about?

Although i dont want to be a participant, i'm just going to leave my own preference:

- POGBA for his long experienced tournaments.

Because vodds is a platform trying to make business just like any guy here, I think it is fine they are trying to do something different, everyone is welcome to try make some promotion to gain attention for their business.

Also, this is player of the month, not player of the year or life. So Pogba did some good things, but he also did some bad things. And in February he did well, but I think you have to take into account like Newcastle the lack of quality and yet your contributions did have an impact.
