Was soll man daran ändern?

So Tari is basically trying to implement smart contracts on Monero? Are Monero and Tari devs working together? How come projects like this are separate from the core Monero development (I can see Kovri also represent itself as a separate project)? I don't have any experience in programming/developing so I don't know how things are going but wouldn't it be easier to have all "under one roof"? Or is it totally different thing and then they just have to merge it with the help of core developers into Monero? Who are the investors behind Tari? The Tari Labs organization is very honored to be supported by Redpoint, Trinity Ventures, Canaan Partners, Blockchain Capital, Pantera, Slow Ventures, Aspect Ventures, Vy Capital, Bee Partners, Sora Ventures, Macro Ventures, Draft Ventures, Base Ventures, and more. Thank you to everyone who is supporting us on this journey. Howcome they need investors for project like this? Couldn't they do it with public fundraising here: https://forum.getmonero.org/9/work-in-progress. And is there a chance that a "side-project" like this would intentionally put some bug or vulnerability in the code and exploit it later on? Tari is Fluffypony's personal endeavour with some partner(s). It is a real business with its own infrastructure, staff and such. I believe there will be co-operation with Monero devs because Tari is built on top of Monero, but it is not a core Monero project by any means. Ah, okay. If it is a business they must generate some revenue. How can they do this with project like this? I guess they could buy Monero, make it better and then sell it for a profit. But I doubt this is the case. No it wouldn't, doing one thing and doing it better than anyone else is the core strategy of most successful projects throughout history. Using those projects as frameworks for additional functionality is the correct way to progress. Shitcoins throw everything they can into the soup to hide the fact they do NOTHING better than anything else.
Yea I understand now. Those who are developing Tari must know Monero very well and if Fluffypony is part of the team then they do. I was asking more because of all the troubles that could come with 2 separate parties developing same thing. (I.e. USA and France doing some blueprint and when they meet/want to merge their knowledge they have difficulties because of different measurement units they are using). Well after all, this will be a lot faster then the lightning network from BTC, the network of Monero is a lot faster than the one from BTC at the moment speaking, so we are nearing ourselves to Mastercard tansaction speed right now

I think it's impossible to predict exact numbers like that. It's just funny to do this. I think "researches" like this don't take into account human aspect/psychology and big events that are hard or almost impossible to predict. I. e. If the economic crisis would come and FIAT foundations would be doubted, we finally have working alternatives. And if people would recognize crypto currencies as an alternative for spending and also saving this can make a huge upward move in adoption (which also reflects in price). I can't think of any other asset/number which could also work for everyday use in today world. On the other hand people could also be convinced that crypto is scam, shit, not working at all etc. but I think this can't happen on long term because of the strong supporters of crypto - who will never stop trusting blockchain (because they actually knows how it works). The only thing that could really threaten trust in blockchain is bug, programming failure. Yes. Only god knows/time will show. The figures can be met, you know the up's and down's of crypto

Monero is like a savings account with a better rate of return than any traditional fiat bank account . Plus it is fungible , private , Govt cannot seize it or stop monero mining as it is asic resistant. It’s the ultimate currency.
Why are you advertising another coin then To make money to buy more XMR of course. I hope so

That's what I started to think that there has to be another form factor that would work because form factors are always changing, yet in the USA, BIG is in so there has to be some variations of luxury BIG that will allow for upgrading and bringing the modern electronics into the mix... ... because a 20 year vehicle starts to have a lot of lackings in terms of modern upgrades and just wear and tear that had already taken place even just from mere passage of time deterioration... there are also lower entry level new cars that offer standard features that would not even have been offered 10 years ago, based on technological automotive improvements
https://www.rubitrux.com/2017-dodge-ram-2500-maroon-587301.htmlNice color I like the color, too. Kind of afraid to get it muddy because the paint job looks so nice, which "getting muddy" seems to be a reason for the built-in winch. What is the honeycomb elongated rectangle thing above the winch? Is that a LED fog/runner lights unit? or something else? That's just for awaking awerness indeed its a very manly looking truck. anyone driving a big shiny truck like that definitly does not have a micro penis as some silly previous poster suggested. I drive a little ridiculous looking smart car and my penis is tiny . I'm soooo jealous... I am driving a '96 Toyota Corolla automatic Its all good .... lambo or Toyota in traffic both have to wait ..... At the red lights we are all naked

I'm looking for the greatest benefit to the widest amount of people and that usually comes from a competitive system not fixed ideals or even military force for command of an economy. Obviously we cannot avoid loss always, a bad business or a failed crop is a normal situation and impossible to avoid. The danger with fixed systems is that there is no steering left, its dead set on its course. For Venezuela it was centred on high oil prices, dangerous as their have a complicated oil requiring heavy refinement not simple like the Saudi Kingdom has maybe
We dont really have capitalism in the wider world, its common place for governments to fix various measures such as interest rates and issuance of currency. Who can blame them its a great way to finance government via an indirect tax, in the end the people lose their competitive advantage when the largest of entities command a bias from what is ultimately force not innovation or good business efficiency. Its a criticism of everywhere, the relevance to crypto is that little is solved when a blockchain is purely derived from the say so of just a central authority, to cut out that element misses a large part of the promise to an independent online currency. But still I had hoped something new interesting might occur inadvertently
Trump can't bomb anybody for Petro

Overall I think they are pessimistic. in 10 years all cryptomarket marketcap only 3.5T. But they are extremely optimistic about Monero Not that I mind but still. $750 billions of Monero marketcap in 10 years time. Hmmm I think they are understating the case, but what i find interesting is this --> Privacy Policy / Terms of Use The Satis Group LLC is affiliated as d/b/a with Corinthian Partners LLC (Member FINRA and SIPC), an asset management investment bank and broker dealer founded in 1996 by Richard Calabrese and Mitchell Manoff, formerly of Lehman Brothers.© 2017-2018 Satis Group. All rights reserved. They see value of crypto mainly in crypto money so is logical that their back grounding is from banking. Some figures are strange. They summed Monero marketcap wrong or they made mistake at price. I would not be surprised if they made so big mistake that actuall Monero prices are x10 times lower. Figures don't lie but lairs figure. Yeeeaaahhh, that's a point
