ShibeCoin Disabled  noooo any word when will it be enabled?  It seems the problem occured because too many miner putting Bittrex wallet address on their pool withdrawal address, which is not recommended by most exchanges. It should be back shortly. Apologies for the downtime all... We nailed down the problem after some work... I would also like to thank the community here for helping us out. And that crappy analysis is also worth nothing, because it says, that it's totally normal nowadays to instamine the first 50 blocks with the highest amount of coins. Come on ... I have mined a lot of coins from the beginning, but no coin I know has the most coins in the first block. Nowadays it is inverted to this scam, you get only one coin the first 50 blocks to prevent such a scam. This will be a nice blowoff, i'm watching.   Exactly, I'm still waiting to hear why the dev would make the first 50 blocks the largest block rewards with a total of 6,250,000 coins and then ninja launch announce the coin AFTER those blocks had been mined. As I mentioned in the first page of this thread, Ninja launch + all the largest rewards grouped in to the early blocks when the diff is lowest. That's a great combination if your into insta-mined shitcoins and that's exactly what the block explorer shows all the malarkey about a pool that was mining before the launch getting those coins is nonsense. |

Let's tally up some facts.
1) White coin was made as a copy of black coin, to attract investors to make quick money.
2) This worked, there was massive investment, but then the dev was found out to be a farce and the coin's code was completely screwed up.
3) The head of PR did some of the worst PR ever and caused a massive panic sell, taking over $1 million out of the market cap.
4) It took so long to make a new wallet, that the 'dev team' announced the blockchain was secure and exchanges could reopen deposits. Within 24 hours a 51% double spend attack occurred costing Mintpal over $20,000, and costing Cryptsy an unknown amount of money. This was due to complete negligence by the 'dev team'.
5) The 'foundation' fired the original new dev team right when they were doing a beta test, and did this publicly causing mass confusion and anger. They announced the new new dev team had made a wallet, and therefore completely wasted the other dev's time. They were extremely rude to the devs even though they never paid them.
Considering all of this, and that white coin started as a cheap copy of black coin in the first place, I see no reason anyone should invest in this besides utter stupidity. It never was anything special, and now it's tainted and known to be run by incompetent leadership.

Wallet update is borked
Did you follow the directions? They're up just five posts.... Yea, followed them to a tee. Still borked. Runtime error on launch. Did a complete delete of directory, reinstalled old client, followed the above again, failed - same error. 1.Close whitecoin client and make sure its closed in background. 2. Start -> RUN -> type %appdata% 3. go to whitecoin folder backup your wallet and delete the folder 4. try to start the client again. |

What a garbage shit coin. Market prices dropping since the 'dev team' lied that the wallet fix was coming shortly, exchanges still not allowing deposits.
