Yesterday was a bad day for gamblers, both Arsenal and Tottenham lost their match and caused so many people who played them to win to lose their bet. The funny part was that Arsenal failed to score a goal against Westham United at the Emirates Stadium.
Two elite clubs that have fixtures yesterday lost and there's something that's troubling about that fixture, no winning is guaranteed. The vast majority of gamblers lost significantly to the system and there's certainly nothing we would have done other than diving in deep thoughts. The gambling system was designated for us to lose and these elite clubs also contributed to us losing. The Emirate stadium have nothing to do with the defeats of Arsenal because they underrated the visitors who were very serious and targeted the weak spot of Gunners and took advantage.

He just didn't become a player that Erik Ten Hag didn't like, which is why he was discarded after his long service. Because if we look at Erik Ten Hag, he chooses players based on what he likes, the proof is that he brings many players from his former team, and those are the players he likes.
De Gea did make some mistakes at Mamchester United, but we must judge as a whole, because Manchester United's defense is also problematic, making goalkeepers difficult.
Onana even I see worse than De Gea, maybe we have seen a lot of mistakes he made during Manchester United's recruitment this season. It doesn't look special at all, even though he is one of the players who performed brilliantly at the World Cup.
David De Gea would forever be remembered and there's certainly no coach that can become hard with such a goalkeeper, Erik Ten Hag is strict and applies discipline in his squad. Every player makes mistakes and David De Gea was not the first or second, he actually amend his steps and have become one of the oldest and experience players in the club. David De Gea exits from Old Trafford really impacted poor performance and there's nothing the coach could do other than looking for replacement and signed André Onana and that was pretty bad decision, their goalkeeper was not confident enough as the former one and have conceded goals against elite and mediocre clubs in EPL and other top leagues.
743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 29, 2023, 12:46:23 PM
There is something I have noticed this season in the premier league. Why are manager complaining too much about var decisions when they lose a match or when the decision is going against their club but will never commend the var when the decision is in their favor. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is always criticizing the var and match officials. When he benefited from it at Anfield. Do Postcogloue complained after losing to Brighton and Everton manager did the same thing after losing to Manchester City. Why is this thing common this season?
These managers that managed top clubs finds complains the moment they're losing but will remain silent when they're winning. VAR can be in your favor today and against you tomorrow. They should learn to cope with the system because we know it's not easy to be on the winning track especially when there are tough opponents to meet. Fo instance, Ange Postecoglou enjoyed when Liverpool was treated unfairly against his team and they won, but complain when his side was case in the exact same state Liverpool was against Chelsea and that is simply a worst event for them.
744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: December 29, 2023, 12:27:56 PM
Not only Gerrard but Roy Kean, Rooney and Lampard have yet achieved great things in their coach career. Moving to Saudi Professional League is not the end for Gerrard career and he can take Xavi as an example. Xavi moved to Qatar but returned to Barcelona and won La Liga with them in the last season.
The Saudi Pro League are mainly not for some mediocre coaches, it's build for clubs that have stand their ground and will do anything to survived and stand firm on ground. The reason why these young coaches in the system are not doing well is basically clear and simple, they don't learn from the appropriate managers, we look at failing coaches like Wayne Rooney, Vincent Kompany despite bringing Burnley to EPL back but they're still going to be relegated because they couldn't meet up. Then for better mentorship, look at Mikel Arteta who learnt from Pep Guardiola how to manage a full elite team, although he's not succeeding but he's trying more than others. You're right about that, I would blame most of these players that are trying to further their career by aiming to becoming a potential coach, when we know fully well that they don't have what it takes to survive in the space.
745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: December 29, 2023, 12:23:07 PM
No wonder Manchester City are still considered the strongest candidate to return to winning the Champions League this season, because their appearance has not decreased much. Although there is a decline, it is not so significant, especially if they bring in new ammunition that can complement their weaknesses this season.
Now teams from La Liga dominate the round of 16, there are 4 teams that are here now. They are also highly considered, especially there is the name Real Madrid which we know they are a team that has an above average mentality when in the Champions League. The representative from Serie A is also looking promising right now, Inter Milan. They are one of the strong candidates here.
UCL have promising and favorite clubs that are nominated to win the league every season, though these selections do changes but I'm quite aware how difficult these clubs can find their path to win matches. This season, I would vouch for the UCL title to go to Spanish clubs because they're in good shape. Consequently, Manchester City are the reigning champions and they wouldn't give up so easily when it comes to elite competitions. Pep Guardiola have the morale to explore the performance of his club in every UCL and top phases they found themselves, no relenting efforts because they've bounce back to glory.
746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: December 29, 2023, 04:58:28 AM

I think it is rather the exception than the rule that a team which is performing bad in the domestic league is one of the strongest teams in the Champions League. Yes I know that now some people will come up with examples, like Sevilla and how they won the Europa League last season when they were so bad in La Liga. But where is Sevilla now? They finished their Champions League group with 2 points out of 6 games and got destroyed in almost every game. There is a correlation between the overall performance of a team in the league and the other competitions, but yes there are exceptions of course.
Out of the UCL and couldn't make it to the Europa League spot and that's weigh bad news for Sevilla this season, they couldn't accumulate three points needed. Sevilla have suffered from the hands of inconsistent performance and their players giving nothing improving to boost their performance, other than finding good solid performance to enchanced their stats. Sevilla have failed to qualify for the next round of the UCL after falling out. They will have to fight for a spot in important positions on the La Liga table because that's the one way to stay put for another major tournaments.
747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: December 29, 2023, 04:29:28 AM
I don't think the strategy is like that. In fact, when facing a team that is supposed to give 3 points, they have to beat them. and try your best to beat the stronger team. or at least not to lose to a stronger team. it will ensure Girona stays safe in the standings.
Now their points are the same as Madrid's, I hope they don't lose focus and try to keep fighting Madrid. Atletico and Barcelona are already behind. if Girona loses their consistency, it will make it easier for Madrid to get trophies this season.
The title run have become more like a competitive run between two team's, Real Madrid and Girona. Though we were expecting Atletico Madrid and Barcelona to become rivals for the La Liga title, because it's clearly obvious that Barcelona are not in good shape and defeats might just be the next big thing that would happen to them. Girona have started showing signs for their inconsistency in matches, they fall from the top and now equalized winning points with Real Madrid. I know that was never the intentions of Gironistes as they were looking forward to top every rival and become winner's of the the present La Liga campaign.
748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: December 29, 2023, 04:19:34 AM
For me personally, League 1 is not as fun and interesting as other European Leagues. So only PSG always has the potential to be the leader, while the existing clubs have only been able to compete for runners up because that is the only position that can still be contested. It's no wonder why Nice or Monaco are having difficulty catching up with PSG points. And this will forever be PSG reference when entering the Champions League, the opponents they face from other European Leagues will be difficult, because PSG is used to easy games in the Domestic League. So PSG just needs to focus on preparing for the UCL, because in League 1 there is nothing to worry about at all.
Ligue One is longer rated important as before and it has falled from the top when it comes to rating. Paris Saint Germain is precisely the main club that have been doing quite well in the league consistently and have dominated the winning of becoming Champions over these past years. Winning another Ligue One trophy this season will not counts, rather PSG have to continue been inform and fight for another major title, they should ensure to be in the books for champions of  the UEFA Champions League and not some acquainted domestic league title.

Galatasaray's job is going to be really difficult about keeping Sacha Boey in the squad at the end of this season. It could be even difficult in January transfer window because a few Premier League teams are still rumoured to be interested in him. These are top teams in the Premier League also so there is no way Boey would reject a probable offer.

Boey has really been very impressive with his performance so far. I don't doubt the reason why he is monitored by big teams.  Smiley  Galatasaray can at least sell him for a really good amount of money in this situation.
The significance of Galatasaray have been build surround the amazing players they have, none of them are popular but with gather unity, they're able to executes the good style of football and grabbing excellence results in matches. Galatasaray have promising young players and you know these players will not just be sold to any random team, rather a specified elite club that's ready to pay hugh price for his signature. Sacha Boey will do well in elite clubs and were specifically fits him is EPL, he become threats for elite and mediocre clubs there.

It looks like Bayer Leverkusen already has very great players this season. If Bayer Leverkusen wants to use the funds collected to buy new players, it will further increase the burden of salary costs for the players every month. It is better to save the funds that Bayer Leverkusen has, and if you want to buy New players must wait for the number of players they have to decrease first so that the amount they spend each month is still balanced and will not create financial chaos at Bayer Leverkusen.
Xabi Alonso will never forgive himself if his outstanding team doesn't end up winning the Bundesliga title at the end of the day, because he has been patient all this while and have become one of the very confident coach to go home with one of these major trophy. Leverkusen in good touch and om streak winning, unbeaten in all Bundesliga matches played and they will continue from where they stop after the christmas break. At this current moment, Bayer Leverkusen doesn't need any new player or new strategy to ruin their chances of winning the Bundesliga title this season.

Why do we keep ruling out Liverpool in the race for the premier league tittle? To me, Liverpool are favourite for that tittle because I don't see Arsenal and Arteta's men win it again as they slip in the race.WestHam had always been a problem to them, but I blamed the manager,Arteta for not using a tactics that will be difficult for the Harmers, instead,he kept on playing Zinchenko who is a total problem when we face teams that have a very good attacking threats.
WestHam always knows how to win Arsenal, and yesterday, was another bad day for the gunners who now sits second to Liverpool. The tittle race is becoming complicated as games become more tough.
Arsenal who's consider to be in race with Liverpool for the the EPL title have suddenly dropped from the race,  what do we expected from these clubs now that they lost to Westham United? A recovery back to winning track? The matches are becoming complicated for elite clubs, their opponents are not stopping behind and keen on holding them down and denial of three points. The EPL race is changing into another dimension, we would be expecting new challengers and there's Manchester City who will surpassed Aston Villa and Arsenal who are relenting in their actions to win EPL matches.

The weirdest thing is that, if somehow United fires ETH, then Ajax is looking bad enough that they could still get him, and that means if they do that then there is a possibility that he could do well here once again.

I mean maybe he is a good manager for Eredevise but not premier league, if that's the case then he would be great and logical to keep him here and just give him a chance to keep it going and do nothing else about it. I get that it is not going to be all that simple to handle it, but we should definitely consider him doing something right if he is still getting a lot of attention. I believe that the best thing to do with him would be something that would make sense for him to just get a job that he knows he is capable of doing.
Difference occurred in every season and we should expect blame Ajax for starting the season in this critical shape. There's big difference for managers to handle mediocre team and elite clubs, I've attracted to football and I easily talk about the club's that will win marches. If Manchester United board sacks Erik Ten Hag, it means they're desperate, but they should also focused on other clubs that are doing poorly and they have their coach at their side. Erik Ten Hag was doing exceptionally brilliant when he was the manager for Ajax but a lot of things changed when the analysis carried out doesn't work.

Milan couldn't even beat Salernitana on the previous week which led them to fall behind Inter and Juventus more. After this they are about to host Sassuolo at San Siro. I'm not very comfortable with Milan to win this game either. Because as you know Inter have only one loss so far and this loss was against Sassuolo home as well.

Thinking how Sassuolo beat the strongest team of the league away I can't really fully trust Milan to beat them.  Sad  I'm only confident about both teams to score for this game. Sassuolo could even be the first team to score.
AC Milan are not desperate and competitive like Inter Milan who could possibly accumulate every given points available. AC Milan dropped points the moment they played 2-2 draw tie against Sportiva Salernitana and that was supposed to be their winning match. On the records, Inter Milan is leading while AC Milan is fighting to maintain their third position, there are spots that does belong to these elite clubs on the table. AC Milan boss, Stefano Pioli should encourage his players to do more outstanding works on the pitch,  a way to accumulate three points. Sassuolo is the next opponent and they're ready for AC Milan.

Juventus is trying to reduce the points gap with Inter Milan, and continue to compete for the Scudetto. Beating Roma is one of the main conditions at the moment, but it does not rule out the possibility that Jose Mourinho squad could trouble their steps. This means that Roma has the attributes that can create a surprise in the sense of beating Juventus this week. However, statistically, Alleggri's squad is of course superior and we have seen the level of consistency between the two clubs this season.

There is a possibility that the match between Juventus and Roma will end in a draw, but I tend to suggest that Juventus can secure full points, especially since Juventus will act as hosts in the match. Roma success in beating Napoli last week cannot be used as a full reference, because Napoli lacked 2 players due to red cards, so you could say that Roma won because of luck yesterday.

Apart from this, who knows, Roma may still be lucky, and they managed to steal points at home to Juventus, so they can get close to the top four in the standings. I think this is a match that demands a lot of consideration, if we want to bet on them.
There are presence of other competitive clubs in the Seria A but the presence of Juventus and Inter Milan matters because they're the leading clubs contending for the Italian title. They're both favorites to win but I would choose the Old Lady to win since it's been a while we witnessed chants and victory songs and happiness in Turin. Massimiliano Allegri is a promising coach and have helped the club from the scratch to limelight, Juventus can try to reduce the gap difference but they can't be able to dwell with equality points on the Seria A table.

Ajax who started the season very poorly with conceding so many goals and not having much win ratios, But over the past 2 months we can see how this team has risen so well from below average to sitting in 5th position which shows how much work this coach has put in this team, he really tried in bringing the best out of his boys and now they're performing as expected and I believe they'll maintain their good form and finish in a better spot on the standings, even though they don't come close to winning the tournament.

Yes, the UCL spot might be out of reach but they’re trying so hard to get an European qualification and that’s achievable especially with their wide range of experience , AZ Alkmaar won’t be a match to this Ajax as they’ll sure slip and Ajax could get serious and pick their spot.
Ajax got knock-out from the European league, not because they don't have the experience, is due to their poor performance this season. Ajax is the perfect illustration for all hope is not lost because even in their worst form, they didn't give up and they kept pressuring for good results and they finally achieved what they have been intending to strive. They're out of the relegation zone and bounce back to streak winnings, appreciation to the players who suffered in poor form but they're building back to strengthened the club. We know how how popular Ajax have become over the years and this year is definitely not an option.

Nunez scored a quick goal after only 5 minutes of the first half, but after that Liverpool had difficulty doubling their lead. Burnley couldn't do much other than defend while waiting for the right time and opportunity to counterattack, but they failed to do so in the first half.

Now the second half has started and like the first half, I think Liverpool will lead the game until the end. Liverpool are favorites for this match and Burnley will inevitably have to accept the fact that they need to defend better and not concede more goals. Liverpool will lead the standings if they win, but Arsenal still has a chance to take it if they beat West Ham in the next match.
Watching the game, we will quickly observed how competitive and serious Liverpool have been against the hosts. Darwin Nunez open the scoring and they're leading 1-0 till halftime. Jurgen Klopp need to pave more path because that's exactly one of the good opportunities they dear not to missed and Vincent Kompany have to talk some sense to his players in the dressing room because they're not able to weigh the strength of Liverpool players. Burnley are on the pitch defending another goal from netting, instead they're suppose to be fighting to levelled the game not struggle to prevent another goal.
758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 26, 2023, 06:37:34 AM
I think both teams can score. Aston Villa are in very good form at the moment but it won't be easy to come back with a win at United's ground, I think the match will be a draw.
Manchester United easily records defeats on their ground this season. Remember, Newcastle United thrashed the Red Devils at Old Trafford 3 nil in the carabao cup, Bournemouth thrashed them 3-0 in EPL round and it was also in Old Trafford,  Manchester City nailed them 3-0 at the same Old Trafford and Brighton & Hove Albion humbled them 3-1 at Old Trafford, no regards at all for the Red Devils at Old Trafford. Nothing connects draw because Aston Villa comes for winning and same with Manchester United but they don't have the capacity to held Unai Emery and his firing squad.
759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Eredivisie 23/24 - discussion thread on: December 21, 2023, 11:46:28 PM
Having not been defeated since the start of the season until the last match, a convincing win over AZ Alkmaar means that PSV Eindhoven will beat Feyenoord like last season with a point difference of up to 10 points.
Ajax has started to improve, but is still not as stable as it was under Erik ten Hag's coaching.
To fight for third and fourth place, Ajax needs to be consistent in maintaining their best form of play which has begun to be shown.
When Erik Ten Hag was incharge, alot of things changed. Now the falling Ajax that was close to be relegated have redeemed themselves and no longer in tough corners, rather they're in good positions and stability becomes a regular routine for Ajax. Perhaps I give them credits this season, because it's not an easy job to watch a struggling side backup on their feet, and they won't give room  for any inconsistent performance, other than keep moving for greater heights in the football world. Ajax have recover their stand and they might as well start competing for solid position in their league.
760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 21, 2023, 11:39:15 PM
For Manchester United this is another big and important game and I think this is especially true for ten Hag. If he wins it, he will again manage to stay close to the qualifiers for the UEFA competitions, but if he loses he will drop further. Against one of the closest competitors in the league now another loss would be devastating and could trigger the bosses to make some decision before this year ends.
The UEFA Champions League have become the main ultimate target of every elite clubs in these European leagues. Manchester United will face Westham United this weekend, who's wining? Remember the Hammers got humiliated 5-1 from Liverpool and I see everything wrong to watch pure defeats coming on the track of Manchester United. I hope Erik Ten Hag is planning solid position to ensure his side is base on winning every matches that crossed their path because the fans can't stand to watch the Red Devils lose another game.
