I've got a small bit of money to invest with. I trade these days. But it'd give me peace of mind knowing I'm also holding a bit.
I'm thinking of going with Ethereum. maybe 50% ETH / 50% BTC
Are there any of the top10 altcoins that are currently a better buy than ETH?
If you ask for advice from others, surely they will have their answers. So it's better to follow according to what you observe and have the opportunity to give you benefits later. I think the decision you made to invest your money into BTC and ETH is a good decision to make. |

Stop thinking about the price for a while and think about the technology and adoption what is happening just now! More and more people are involved in cryptocurrencies, bigger and bigger partnerships are made everyday, better and better news comes everyday and price? Still same? It shows that whales are cumulating why other people who care about the price are selling them their cryptocurrencies for cheap.
I think for investors, prices are very important. Because they invest in cryptocurrency to make a profit and I think investors will only focus on how they can benefit from the coins they buy. So, in my opinion, the price of coins has a very big role for investors. |

The crypto world is growing everyday even with the rise and fall of the crypto market, that hasn't stop the massive growth happening now. Altcoin particularly has evolved that even noobs find it promising to lay hands on some coin.
Yes with a good and lucky trading you can earn some good money from crypto. Also through investing in an ICO or doing some bounty hunting you could find yourself with tons of tokens.
So months after months, you've earned yourself with tons of tokens but currently doesn't have much value or you just don't know what to do with them. You keep getting that hunch that your tokens will blow one day and you will lambo.
The truth is, we never can tell which project will eventually succeed or fail, we can only do research and hope it succeed like following up the project and see if any positive progress is happening. Many tokens dumped shortly after ICO and has been dead since while some are fairly stable. Personally, im a hodler because i believe cryptocurrency is a gamble which we sometime win some or lose some, so i HODL hoping in the long run some will succeed.
So, what do you do with your numerous tokens? Do you convert them to fiat or Hodl the ones you can?
That's right. Not all tokens that we have from the results of bounty hunting will have value, some even have no value at all. Indeed, at such a time what we can do in my opinion is to keep holding it and continue to observe the development of the token and hope to have the opportunity to increase. |

Everyone has choices and reasons for each. So I think it's better for you to observe and analyze some of the ICOs suggested by people and take a decision from the analysis you make, which ICO has the highest potential to give you benefits later. |

Hello , What do you think about ICO as a way of raising money in the next years? .Specially after all the scam projects we have seen before,like last time the team of a project called elementh( https://icobench.com/ico/elementh) claimed that they have to quit the project since they did not have enough resources eventhough they raised about 8M USD , and after ICO no single step forward the development of product has been achieved. They wanna return the money to investors as btc and eth after all this bull market (btc was about 10K usd ). I think ICO is the right way to get money, indeed not all ICOs can make a profit for us because some end up with uncertainty and scam. It may indeed be necessary for us to know more about their project and their goals going forward, whether it will go according to plan and be successful or not. |

I have never invested in any ICO. I saw that most of the token / coin after being list on exchange was depreciated by more than 50%. Are you disappointed or all of that is in your plan ?

That's what happened, most tokens / coins after being listed on exchange were depreciated by more than 50%. Of course this if we see giving us a loss ... Maybe every investor has their own strategy, or maybe what is estimated by investors is not in accordance with what happened. |

(2) Historical volume trends. So, there can not be a single and concrete prediction of any Cryptocurrency because of the very nature of cryptocurrency.

Predicting the possibility that can occur with some of these factors is indeed often done by cryptocurrency users. But sometimes what is predicted is not in accordance with the circumstances that occur, there may be other factors that influence the increase in the price of cryptocurrency and I think everyone has their own way to estimate the possibility of what can happen. |

If you go to www.coinmarketcap.com/new/ , you will see that there are new coins added EVERYDAY.. and they have a decent market cap worth 1000's of dollars.. How do people just make there own coins that easy? and how are they raising so much money?? i mean like, whats stopping a normal person like me, doing the same thing.. just making a random coin and making thousands of dollars?? this is so stupid.. what is the need for all these useless coins?? when is it gonna stop? Indeed, if we see so many new coin coins that appear in the cmc list. But, to enter the cmc list of coin coins must reach certain criteria and at least need a certain level trading activity. I think the emergence of new coin coins for investors is also an opportunity to benefit if we have several new coins with high potential, or at least we can get a big profit from what we have spent. |

OK so I bought ETH a while back when it was 600 dollars.
Now that ETH is 275 is it a good move to sell my ETH and buy back in? Wouldnt profit be faster when market picks up like that or not?

Sometimes cutting losses is necessary, but you need to think about your next plan before deciding to cut bigger losses. In my personal opinion I would prefer to hold it for some time and if I have to cut losses at least the price of the coin when I sell it is not too much different from the price when I bought it. |

Well, it seems like the crypto market has started to improve and we can see together until now. Ethereum reached the price of $ 144, I observed rapid movements. My question is, how long will conditions continue to grow and at least not decline next week. Hopefully it doesn't go down.

Yes, you could say the cryptocurrency market is starting to improve. But until when will it continue or will it fall again, I find it difficult to predict how long this will last because everyone must have their own opinion so I think it's better to analyze the coins that you own. |

The value of top coins dropping badly again, the market is unstable everything seems to be complicated. The worst scenario of crypto continues again as most of them were believing that this time there will not any downfall but crypto market has different thoughts.
Price fluctuations are common in cryptocurrency, and each person must have their own views and their respective ways about what they will do next. But, I personally prefer to stay afloat because I do not want to get a failure in the investment that I do, for now I only observe and analyze estimates that can happen later. |

If we look at some of the coins experiencing a slight increase and in my opinion it can't be said to improve if we look at the history graph. And to start a long-term investment you can start at any time, you can observe and analyze some coins that you think have a great opportunity to invest. |

The year 2018 is not a profitable year for almost all Crypto fans, especially those who have just tried Crypto and have not enjoyed the benefits/profit. I do not mean to be pessimistic / give up on the current conditions, but how if the market does not improve in 2019? what will you do with all the assets you have? will you sell all? or Will you make it a treasure? or will you will get out from Crypto? or any ? if I, then I will try to survive, who knows because the market changes very quickly. because I am a new person on Cryptocurrency and still want to keep learning in it  That's right. The end of 2018 is not a profitable thing for crypto fans and I think everyone must have their own strategies in 2019, there are those who choose to go and some who will survive. I personally choose to survive and make it an asset that I have and continue to observe market developments to plan the steps that I will take next. |

No, I don't think bullrun will disappear forever and bullrun can still occur with several factors that will push it up. But, when this will happen we do not know and we can only predict the possibility of a possibility that can occur later and may require a considerable amount of time for this to happen again. |

I realize that Mr market makers are too greedy, dangerous and malicious. We are Nemo fishes and we have nothing to do but staring our money have been gradually gone with the wind.  What are you feeling now? Share your thoughts When the red market is indeed something that makes some people feel disappointed, but some other people who will start and have a strategy when the red market is when they will later. I think for people who are holding a coin and seeing the price of the coins they have falling, being patient, observing and continuing to analyze the coins they have to take the next step is very necessary. |

Hello, I saw a lot of holders today a new generations of holders. Like, Bought 6k$ to 7k$ amount or price of bitcoin. And they panic because they afraid to lose them more money on the crpyto so of course they will sell it immediately at the lower so that's why many of them always lose their money. What do you think?
Such things are usually caused by panic holders and feel confused about what they will do next when they see the price of their coins falling and falling so without thinking they choose to sell them, but I don't think that is wrong, every people have their own ways and choices. If you think the coins you have don't have great potential to give you profit, selling them is the right choice. |

I was a bounty hunter just like many others here. Was hoping that i can earn my living by doing bounty hunting rather then kissing someone's azz 9 to 5. But it looks as if the cryptocurrency world is not ready for us or may be not willing to accept us anymore.
So after sticking to my beliefs that it will grow and good times will come, but the time has come that i have to look for alternates and here i am sitting in an office doing "YES Sir", "No Sir" and hoping that i can have a financial stability to avoid doing job anymore.
Seriously looking for suggestion to gain financial freedom and don't have to do a job anymore.
I think working in an office is not a bad thing and does not mean you have to leave the world of cryptocurrency. By doing your work in the office, you can also do a bounty campaign and get extra income from it. Maybe you are not the person who likes to work at the office and keeps getting pressure from the office. If you can do both, why not? But, everything depends on you, do what you think is a job that can make you happy. |

The cryptocurrency space has been discouraging for a while now and there's a possibility for people to want to walk away from the industry. Some persons made substantial investment in purchasing altcoin whose value has greatly reduced and the thought of everything could make one want to loose hope. I'm of the opinion that making profits should not be our only goal in the industry but learning and contributing to its growth should be our focus. There's always light at the end of the tunnel and we would get there very soon. Let's be patient for a little more while, no matter how long the night lasts, the morning will surely come. Don't give up yet.

But for those of you who still survive, you are great people. Jus bought in alt coins. Mostly dapp coins. I have a bunch of them. And a little less in Bitcoin. At this point I can handle the losses of alts. Hopefully it doesnt go 160% losses.

Neo. Ada. Xlm. Bch. Eth. Skycoin. Strat. Lisk waves, nuls, gxchain, Komodo , etc, qtum, Tron , Eos . Ox, ontology, pivx , zilliqa, and metaverse etp.
Year 2019 will be another bear market? Hopefully not.

I think that is a good step to do. At least you have a way so that you can stay afloat and at least to avoid large risks or losses and also make it possible to give you profit.
