Giving 50 Merits to ANN topic isn't a best way to spend Merits, but I don't know can we call it as Merit abuse. Users are free to choose how they want to spend their Merit. IMO, it's better to give Merits to ANN threads than send to alt accounts or sell on black market.

Indeed. So far number of supported currencies on Ledger Live app is very limited. It causes inonvenience for users and they are forced to search for alternatives
I'm not sure that there was big demand from users to add these coins. There are some coins which more worth to add. For example, many people are literally attacking Ledger to add Cardano finally.

Yeah, as others said there isn't something magical, this user got 100 airdroped Merits in January because he was Full Member when Merit system was introduced. For example, I got 500 airdroped Merits. I think that many new members feel unfair that so many shitposters got airdropped Merit and they can continue shitposting and earning from bounties without worying about getting Merit.
Also, there are some users who bought exactly 100, 250 or even 500 Merit after release of Merit system to reach higher rank.

Bounty hunters often give Merit to bounty managers to liss their asses . Also, some users get Merit for their bounty reports - it's likely that they just bought Merit.

Yeah, team orders isn't a new thing in F1. And I agree that it wasn't really needed today. Lewis already had big advantage against Vettel in drivers championship and it wasn't crucial race today. I think that many copy pasters expect that nobody will notice copied content. It's huge forum with so many users and they believe that nobody will pay attention to these posts.
Others are just stupid and they don't know that plagiarism is bannable. There was so many plagiators who said that "their account was banned without a reason".
And others know that it's not allowed to copy content, but they still doing it until they get ban. But then they just move on and continue this activity from another account.
