I think bitcoin is for open minded people, ready to change their lives, open to new ideas and ready to quit their jobs and to be financially feee!

Puno tu još ima nejasnoća i nedoumica, no situacija je puno bolja nego prije 4-5 godina kada sam ja prvi put prijavljivao porez na zaradu na Internetu (tada još ne od bitcoina).
U poreznoj su se bili našli u čudu jer čak nisu imali ni posebnu kategoriju za internetsku zaradu, ni šifru u joopd šifrarniku, ništa... potpuna nepoznanica.
Uopće nisu znali kako bi trebalo ispuniti joppd obrazac da bi to uopće prošlo kroz sustav e porezne i bilo prihvaćeno.
Na kraju su mi rekli da uzmem šifru koja se koristi za autorski honorar, samo da prijava nekako prođe u sustavu.
Sada  već porezna daje prve služben upute o prijavi zarade na bitcoinu, crypto valutama i to je zaista ogroman napredak u odnosu na ono što sam ja morao prolaziti
Da, mnoge stvari su još nedorečene ali i to će se s vremenom rješavati, kako sve više ljudi bude prijavljivalo zaradu po crypto valutama, i porezna neće imati izbora već da kroz vlastitu praksu dođe do opće prihvatljivog rješenja za sve.
Bitno je da kada dođete u svoj lokalni ured porezne, svom poreznom referentu, ne odustajete i tražite pojašnjenja kako ispuniti joopd obrazac.
Ako ne zna on, tražite da pita voditelja.
Ako ne zna voditelj, tražite da pitaju dalje...
Samo na taj način ćete prisiliti poreznu da pronađe rješenje i da to postane općeprihvaćeni standard, koji će sve primjenjivati.

I tried Forex market and crypto market.
In the Forex, you always must have enough money available in order to cover your loses in the market.
In the crypto market, you can just wait that price increase again, and do nothing.
I really like crpto market much more than Forex or regular stock market.
Also, in the stock market you have mostly financial institutions and big banks.
Here, you have average people, like you and me

I heard similar news from my country.
Some drug dealers bought drug in the dark web with bitcoin and sold in my country.
It's very difficult to find such people since all btc users are anonymous.
I guess police find them in other ways.
Because of such bad people, using bitcoin for the criminal purpose, we have a lot negative reports about bitcoin.

OK, assume that some country really accept bitcoin as legal currency.
For the national currency we know who is responsible, central bank and government.
They print money and are legally responsible if anything happens like theft of money, abuse etc.
What about bitcoin?
Who can be legally responsible for bitcoin?
Local government, central bank?
What about legal protection?
No way that bitcoin can become legal and accepted as official currency.

In Croatia we have a lot problems with bureaucracy.
If you want to open company in Croatia, you have to visit personally bank, tax office, public notary and Fina (financial agency).
You have to reserve company name and wait for approval from the court, 4-5 working days.
If denied, you have to start all proces again and sometimes people loose several weeks just because of name.
When you start business, you have a lot taxes and papers to do etc.
If you open company in UK, you can do it in a few hours, it's online process completely and you can check company name availability in a few seconds
I created several companies in UK and experienced it personally.
Also, there is no problems with bureaucracy in UK.
Because of it, I never considered start Croatian company even I'm Croatian and live in Croatia.
My first choice was UK.
Please think about it more.

Just recently Croatian tax office send official opinion about income from bitcoin.
You have to report income from bitcoin earnings but, as I understand it, when you exchange funds from btc to fiat money, not before.
We are paying capital tax, 12 % plus surtax.

We didn't finish with crypto currency age but just started.
Even btc story didn't finish but only started and we may see much higher btc prices in the future, even below 100k.

It is true that for a long time the btc price stagnates between 7k and 9k.
I believe that until summer btc price will cross 10k and after that everything is possible.
I think that the same questions people was asking a few years ago when btc price was $250 or last year when btc price was around $2000
So, think long term here and you will be on the right way.

I think that the current drop in btc price is because of Mt. Gox Wallet case.
Bitcoin will recover again, as always and eventually cross 10 k psychological barrier.
After that, everything is possible.
I don't think that btc will drop back to 7k again.

I think that you should send this question to accounting company in Croatia, not in public forum.
I think that I remember that one company run crypto exchange in Croatia as ltd company and they even find a ''hole'' in Croatian law in order to avoid paying taxes on all transactions.
Since bitcoin is not recognized in Croatia as money or financial asset, they find some article in the law that there is no taxes in buying and selling old banknotes that are no longer in use, so they used this as legal reason to save money and avoid tax added value
If you want to do business in Croatia, you can do it with foreign company, as non resident company, and without any problem open business bank account in Croatia and run everything online, or open office in Croatia.
I did the same thing with one business before.
Opened ltd company in UK, business bank account in Croatia and run whole business online.

Iskreno, ima tu svega.
I onih koji su proračunati i točno znaju što rade, i kada očekuju neki pad, prodaju btc a onda kada očekuju ponovni rast kupuju i tako zarađuju.
IMa tu naravno i velikog utjecaja negativnih vijesti i medija, pa slućaj Mt. Gox Walleta itd.
Konačno, računaj s tim da je ovdje i hrpa vrlo mladih i neiskusnih ulagača, klinaca od 12, 14, 16 godina koji ni sami ne znaju što rade i njih lako ''uhvati'' panika čim cijena bitcoina počne ići prema dolje. Oni nemaju iskustva sa bitcoinom i ne razumiju da su usponi i padovi kod bitcoina normalni, kao dobar dan.

Some people even sold their properties in order to buy more bitcoin.
