Alright the new Exchange frontend as well as overall System is done. The Exchange is not yet functional as the background functions are not tested yet.. will do that tonight.

You can log in and use the game as before - but i would ask you to have a look onto the exchange etc to see if the new "look" is ok for most of you. At the moment i can change pretty much still ,0)

The following list will be edited over an over:

DONE
  • New Website
  • News Page
  • Exchange Frontpage
  • Login/off/Desktop/Website modes
  • Exchange backend
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
  • User Control panel outside Desktop mode
PLANNED
  • API Documentation
  • Shop for "coupons" etc...

Waiting for Coinhunter to turn up to bring his typical "Ready for the downfall of bitcoin" rumors/lies whatnot.

No This wont affect Bitcoin.
Yes, this will affect altchains.
No, Passwords are not (yet?) leaked.
763  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: VirtualMiner.eu - Game temporarily Down on: February 13, 2012, 08:16:13 PM
Alright.. beginning to migrate the game into its new frontend/game structure.. i will upgrade it live so everyone can see its progress.
Of course please dont expect much performance or functionality at the moment, but the basic gameplay should still be working.. currently i write some other frontend stuff like User Control Panel and so on..

Have fun and thanks for all your patience

Hab gestern Abend noch mit Eleutheria gesprochen - ihm war nix merkwürdiges im Bezug auf seinen Pool bekannt. Denke, dass der IE da etwas falsch verstanden hat..
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: artforz and coblee gpu mining litecoin since the start? on: February 11, 2012, 11:41:20 AM
Wow... 5 pages now already.. but from what i can see there is nothing actually supporting Coinhunters ridicolous claims..

So CH, please do us all a favor and stay inside that little world inside your head and dont come out again, we really dont need people like you arround here spreading nothing but lies and bullshit. Sometimes i see you like this dipshits i have to deal sometimes at work, creationist that come into our institute just to tell us that we are totally wrong, that despite evry logical evidence dinosaurs never existed and the world is 5000 years old. They have the same brain disorder/illness that you have: Misconceptions of how the world arround you is made and the knowleadge that YOU alone are the keeper of a greater truth.
ANd you know what? You, same as these fucks, are wrong.

Now go home and work on your next bullshit theory. I think when your network dropped below 5mh we will see one coming up again. Giving you some hints:
- CO2 emissions from Bitcoin compared to SC
- Ozon layer disruptions in those areas with lots of BTC miners arround
- Lolcust actually wrote a CUDA miner ages ago that gives you 1Gh on scrypt but sold it only to me and three other people
- Artforz secretly 51% your chain already 7 times but you fight it off..
- Cobblee is singer of ABBA
- Bitcoinexpress is now one of your employees and secures your code
...
766  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: VirtualMiner.eu - Game temporarily Down on: February 11, 2012, 11:04:54 AM
Doing lots of work on the source again, so sorry for no real updates at the moment, but a lot of stuff will change sooner or later.  Currently i try seperating parts of the game and put them into the (new) frontpage like user settings and the whole exchange, which i also try to debug at the same time, or more precise: rewrite. So there are currently no big news except that i try to work on my free time on this thing..
767  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS]: Steam Games! (nothingsteamed.com) [Update: ALL Payments refunded] on: February 11, 2012, 10:53:06 AM
Got my refund as well..

Hope you get that thing working soon again, cant wait to use it again :0D
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: artforz and coblee gpu mining litecoin since the start? on: February 10, 2012, 06:14:43 PM
Well.. since everyone knows now that cobblee and artforz have a top secret gpu miner.. and i am part of the dozen people who are allowed to use it.. let me share it with all of you:

Code:
The miner is written in plain C# and doesnt need any special libraries besides what you have anyway. I havent tested it, but since it is written in MONO on windows it might be cross platform compatible... For more hash you have to tweak lines 31 and 32.. but dont expect too much, its just a preview of what cobblefart is.. By the way.. fun is: You can set it to any pool you like.. its speed sucks on bitcoin but is a bomb on Solidcoin and Scrypt - and its wattage is awesome. Not much more than simple idle power consumption at 200kh

Code: http://pastebin.com/aCR53QcY

Just let me ask you this. Where is _any_ proof that art or cobblee are(were doing that? Remember the "penis" botnet? More likely its your corrupted being that now tries to "scare" people away from "dishonest" projects.. There has been so far but one Chain creator out here that used a botnet to stabilize his chain and later to ddos other networks and pools...

Sorry RS.. that was again one of your less bright ideas to come up with.

Please dear Mods, remove this thread altogether or send it to offtopic.. nothing but accusations and claims with no real worth..
Sounds like Nachtwind is involved aswell !  Roll Eyes

Sure i am.. I was the "penis" botnet. Mined SC with a pool of.. uhh 400 PCs or so..
No wait.. i had a secret Artforz GPU miner for SC and was able to come up with >50% of the whole SC network with just my single 6850...

One question i just get into my mind.. if Art had such an increadibly wonderful miner.. why not making it publicly available? From what i read so far anything that could harm SC would be something he would release.. and such a wonderweapon would be something for it..

772  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: VirtualMiner.eu - Game temporarily Down on: February 08, 2012, 04:32:44 PM
yeah right... spend some time searching for our name and wondering why i cannot find it.. just to remember: You arent in the database... that was the whole problem...! *shakes head*

Honestly.. i should first think THEN and only THEN act..
773  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: VirtualMiner.eu - Game temporarily Down on: February 08, 2012, 04:08:59 PM
ummmm... password recovery is maybe still not ok.. i changed a lot of stuff when the server was offline.. but if youre fine with it i can delete your old account.

775  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: VirtualMiner.eu - Game temporarily Down on: February 08, 2012, 02:17:07 PM
Sure. Just give me the transaction ID and i will check it. Sorry fort hat though. I hoped noone did deposit any BTCs between Serverdown and the last backup.. but if its just you i am sure we can discuss this...

*edit* I just checked my balances.. yes... they are a bit too high at the moment.. so i guess i have had an incoming transaction that wasnt logged in the database.. checking my side now.
776  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: VirtualMiner.eu - Game temporarily Down on: February 08, 2012, 08:44:03 AM
Yeah.. sorry for that.. but couldnt change much about that :0/
777  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: VirtualMiner.eu - Game temporarily Down on: February 08, 2012, 08:21:55 AM
All existing accounts should work.. i didnt loose anything besides about the last 24hrs of the database (due to backup schedule and the end of the servers life..). So if you have registered shortly before the server went down chances are high that your account is gone..
778  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: VirtualMiner.eu - Game temporarily Down on: February 07, 2012, 10:44:40 PM
Basic "Gameplay" is back online.

Exchange is currently being rewritten and will move from the game into the portal page.. as well as some more stuff tomorrow.
779  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS]: Steam Games! (nothingsteamed.com) [Update: Added steam website plugin] on: February 07, 2012, 05:35:52 PM
Same... waiting for a refund still..
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] RealCoin [A new e-commerce business platform] on: February 06, 2012, 01:11:44 AM
Why is this considered a crypto currency anyway? As i see it there is a central position that controls all available funds. You basically simulate slow crypto-chain like transaction propagation with so called mining... so whats the point except a totally useless waste of power? Just keep everything on your servers and manage user's balances. YOu could just skip all that pseudo-crypto-chain stuff and be happy...
