I already update the spreadsheet and I'm currently fixing the rule due to poor participant. I'm thinking also by leaving this job once nothing change/improved in this campaign.
I'm just waiting for the devs to feedback on my suggestion. Thank you!
some complains were made due to no page identified with coinonat on facebook. the link was not provided at the OP and the managers remarked this. Please give a link to ensure correct facebook campaign

Please PM the assign manager for the social media campaign, I don't have any control on the spreadsheet of social media bounty. Me too is very confused on what is happening on the social media campaign of this project. I hope the devs will fix this issue soon.
763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: April 05, 2017, 12:39:15 AM
This is a complicated question. The reason why banks exist is because they can do credit creation (by issuing loans.) This enables a bank to lend out more “money” than reserves (at the central bank and other assets.) Bitcoin is like “gold” and if it becomes more common in everyday transactions it would mean that banks would have to build up bitcoin reserves, in case they start having accounts denominated in bitcoin. This in turn enforces central banks to hold bitcoin in case banks have to be bailed out (if bitcoin becomes very common.)

However, in parallel there’s more development happening around the bitcoin network. Although the bitcoin network cannot handle much transaction volumes, there’s work that enables decentralised high speed transactions using the bitcoin network as a settlement layer. These technologies are named lightning network, lumino, sidechains, etc. This enables high capacity transfers completely outside the banking network. If peer-to-peer lending networks enables alternative ways of people getting loans, then the need for banks may almost diminish. At least how we view “banks” today, i.e. credit creation. These institutions will of course not disappear but transform into something else. Perhaps into something like investment funds.
Banks are just going to adapt if bitcoin becomes king, it is very likely that you will find a way to pull their trick on bitcoin the same way they do in fiat and then they will keep doing what they do best stealing people’s wealth by providing a service no one really needs.

Bitterly Truth, we can now monitored and control our money so why bother ourselves in engaging in banks and other banks activities. Our bitcoin wallet have features that are useful like banks and having low transaction fees are much more better than in banks.

766  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: March 29, 2017, 01:14:48 PM
The price has recovered again after a slight dump but still is the good opportunity to buy some more coins at lower price because it will climb up again, that is for sure. If you are involved with Bitcoin for a longer time you know that such volatility is normal and that Bitcoin is good investment long term so you should get some more coins.

That's right price up and down is normal behavior in bitcoins and even the present price can be considered as a good price to buy bitcoins as price will go higher in long run so if you can manage to buy them now then it will bring good profits for you in future.

Definitely, especially when the times comes that the bitcoin value is a peak, when your about to cash it that times its value must get doubles or tripled at some point. We should really save now go our future preferences.
767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we have a bitcoin day? on: March 29, 2017, 01:07:07 AM
It will be a pretty idea to have a Bitcoin day globally this will create awareness in the society and make people to know more about this currency.

And it will help to advertise bitcoin publicly and for sure if this will be implemented, people will be more eager to earn bitcoin, and public will try to search on what is bitcoin and start to be curious on how it works and will try to earn it.
Yes i hope we have bitcoin day because it gives other people to know what is bitcoin if those people know bitcoin and invest money the bitcoin price increase and thats good to us. But everyday is a bitcoin day .I think the need mr. Satoshi to declared the bitcoin day . The benefits of bitcoin day is for us . And people gives opportunity to us.
The irony is if you declare a bitcoin day to raise awareness then most likely the people that will know about that day will be people that already know about bitcoin so you will not be able to create as much awareness as you thought you would.

It can still promote if ever some sites issued it to their corresponding pages. If some news aired that its bitcoin day. However possibilities that only users will be happy and entertained from it. Knowing that there were a lot of freebies or promos in that days.
768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: March 29, 2017, 12:59:43 AM
I do like to be able to invest anywhere without have to expose myself, something with fiat i have to do and pay a lot taxes to open and run a company. Besides that with bitcoins im able to invest where i trust and feel safety, taking all the earning from me, something that banks get to them, and share a bit with us. And the main reason, besides gambling, is that i can do any transfer anytime with any ammount to others.
I don't think the options of Bitcoin in Investing is pretty diverse in fact it is one of the most high risk kind. Since the creation of Bitcoin a lot of fake "HYIP" companies claim that they are a registered company that is accepting Bitcoin as a form of investment which you will later on find out that it is fake when they run away together with your money. As of the moment if I were you, I would stay away from this kind of schemes/scams because there is even no assurance that you will get your money back.

you have a point ,any task here in bitcoin is at risk. We need to do extra research were to invest our money. There are some investing site that are true to their words and true to do their obligations. Nevertheless it still risky ,but if we want to earn more for me its safer, than gambling. Though trading will always be in option.
769  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: March 29, 2017, 12:29:44 AM
The whole idea of bitcoin is that you can be your own bank.

Banks are leeches of the economic system, you don't need banks.

Right, the idea of a Bitcoin holder trying to hold other people's Bitcoin is really odd. For one thing, any Bitcoin holder that has read up on Project Bitcoin knows that fiat is monopoly money and Bitcoin is a better method to Bitcoin holder's getting their money placed in one area without the means of someone else running away with Bitcoin holder's money someday.
Novice Bitcoin holder's could see the idea and go with it though they'll just learn from experience further down the road to not do that ever again.

right, besides there is no need for holding ones bitcoin ,for we alone an hold or monitor our own bitcoin , without having any doubt. We alone the responsible on what ever we wanted to do in our bitcoin. Our wallets offers lots of features like transferring and services that are like in banking. So better learn to use are bitcoin wallets than to join in bitcoin bank that for sure will pay for every transaction to do.
770  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: ☘️☘️[ANN|ICO]EDGELESS CASINO - 0% Edge & Full Transparency☘️☘️(CLOSED) on: March 27, 2017, 01:29:00 AM
Ganun ba kaganda to? Pano ba malalaman pag maganda ung campaign

Maganda ba tong coin na to ?
Hehe
Upon reading sa mga feedbacks dito maganda nga but we cannot assure na it would be successful. Still they need to do a map on this coin to make it successful.
The ICO wouldn't be successful if people does not believe in this token. Personally I invested in this project but I would say that those campaigners are really lucky to earn a big reward without risking their personal money. And by the way, check this out for the ANN translation bounty
https://docs.google.com/a/edgeless.io/spreadsheets/d/1rK7UmS6OmoldSxyKSVU73FstOcM3RVttUqIaFKSalU8/edit?usp=sharing
Russian guy is getting more or less 1 millions pesos in equivalent with the current price of ETH. (EDG 384 944,78+76 988,96 20% bonus)

Wow! That was too much for a bounty. He was really a lucky guy.
Why I was not able to check and be part of this. (tsk tsk tsk)

Gonna check this right away. Cheers for the success of this ICO.

Undecided

772  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: March 26, 2017, 01:28:56 AM
With the current dip in price of Bitcoin, and lots of FUD roaming around the community, the endless debates of developers, today is uncertainty for Bitcoin and most will sell their coins.  If you still believe that Bitcoin will surpass this trial then now is the best way to invest in Bitcoin.  After a dip, there is no other way but to go up again.  That is Bitcoin.

Yes, there always the ups and downs and this right here is the down. But as we all know, as you said, there is really no other way but to go up, we just need to believe, we need to open our eyes, it is not just what we are seeing, it is also what are we feeling. There are lot of down when it comes to bitcoin, it happened in the past, and it still survives.

Looking at the lower price of bitcoins people will start putting more money in bitcoins which will help in taking its price higher again and its just a matter of time and everything will be fine in coming days and price ups and downs is not new in bitcoins and we are witnessing this since long time.

True, I can still remember when its value is just half of its value now , or lesser than that and for the fact it reaches unexpected value last year, soon possible it will mark its highest value again, we just need to save and collect more btc and be happy when that time comes.

774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Many unconfirmed transactions. on: March 24, 2017, 02:37:23 PM
I tried to do cpfp with the 5$ fee because it took so much time i freaked out.
I figured as much. You shouldn't just randomly do CPFP, it needs careful examination for the appropriate fee-rate (otherwise you may either over or under pay). There is also no reason to freak out, either your transaction confirms or it doesn't (it eventually *drops* from the network). The next block that ViaBTC mines should confirm your first transaction.

As lauda has said, it looks like you have encountered a minor error when making transactions, which should be properly reviewed and corrected. Your transactions are really messy. That is for it can not confirm, although you paid a very high fee, however it can not be fast, and I think the error is in you.
This post was not necessary.

1 got confirmed, i used viabtc for the others.
Thanks a lot man  Wink

Update:
All confirmed perfect guys thanks a lot Roll Eyes

Thanks too for this thread. It really helps me too to solve my unconfirmed transaction. Actually i don't fully understand what happened to my transaction. I just to multiple address then suddenly it is too slow to confirm.

Pm the admins about your message
Do what he says and lock this thread as soon as you fix it. I think DT can't do anything about this. Only mods can fix his problem. DT can only tag his account so that i can't be use on shady transaction.
776  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: March 23, 2017, 12:43:02 PM
Bitcoin wallets have been termed as the users own bank which has got features similar to the features available with banking. Even with such a availability certain group of people depend on other person for transaction and other needs for which i suggest bank as a solution for it.

Bitcoin wallets could be consider our own bank but there are things missing in bitcoin wallets such as insurance and loan service. If our wallet is our bank then it should also provide us loans if we need to and if the site was hacked then the site hosting that wallet will refund our bitcoins. But those features were missing on our wallet thus it cannot be considered a bank but a storage wallet.

Bank is a storage of our money that provides security and we need to pay for that assurance that they were giving, somehow it is like our bitcoin wallet and we ourselves are the guarantor that it is secured , by on how we will take care of it and use it. Bitcoin wallet provides features that banks can as well offer but btc wallets needs more improvement but somehow they were the same as storage.
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: March 23, 2017, 02:01:31 AM
Yes, I use analysis for gambling, that I did for this kind of sports gambling such as soccer, NBA, boxing, F1 and many more. Without the analysis surely will make me often lose.

We really need analysis even in deciding whether we will play or not, if we will bet or not and if we will continue when we lose. Analysis in terms of playing whether to bet that amount especially if we think its our day and the momentum attracts. Analysis in sports betting is really in need, while in cards or dice we depend on luck mostly.
778  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: ☘️☘️[ANN|ICO]EDGELESS CASINO - 0% Edge & Full Transparency☘️☘️(50000ETH raised) on: March 21, 2017, 04:50:48 AM

Thank you po
779  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: ☘️☘️[ANN|ICO]EDGELESS CASINO - 0% Edge & Full Transparency☘️☘️(50000ETH raised) on: March 21, 2017, 04:41:25 AM
