Yeah, agreed. Sweet article; dope headline and accompanying image.

I was wary of the falling knife stuff during the the August 1 forking event. I was hearing a lot of internet opinion in favor of moving as much altcoin as possible into bitcoin to maximize the amount of bitcoin cash. I thought that made sense, but as hedge against bitcoin potentially cratering, I only moved half of my alts into btc.

Turns out the right move would have been to do it all. But I wanted to still have skin in the game in case the Y2K-like fears actually came to pass. Wish I'd loaded up on more btc than I did. But I'm generally in a little bit too deep anyway, though I'm not exactly a risk-averse person.

Supeerrrrr looking forward to launch of DNotes 2.0. Looking at the price action of something like NEO, aka Antshares 2.0, leaves me feeling very bullish about the short term prospects of NOTE. In addition, of course, to value of the long term visioning that is always at the forefront of all DNotes decision-making.

Like Zuck said once back in the day, "I'm here to build for the long term. Anything else is just a distraction."

Trust that you had a great vacation with your lovely family, MiningHabit. It was good to see your posts on Facebook.

DNotes is very committed to its long term vision. Many building blocks have been laid. Once we start gaining momentum, it could be unstoppable.

Thanks for the quote of the day, "I'm here to build for the long term. Anything else is just a distraction."

Firstly, congratulations to Alan on the speaking engagement at the world funding summit Smiley I'm sure there will be many worthwhile connections made, and exposure for DNotes.

Thank you, TeeGee. I just sent in my BIO. It is am amazing opportunity and a great exposure for DNotes. I am excited to be among many "A List" speakers.

Thanks for the kind words Alan, and yes, I love think tanks.

As for the conference, I just had a look at the speakers who've been updated on the website at the moment. You'll be in some great company while still having a unique perspective to offer. Not just your vision for Dnotes and how its capabilities align with their needs. But also your proven understanding of what businesses require to succeed.

I noticed most of the speakers are involved in venture capitalism in some way. And while picking the right technology for the right time is an important part of making a smart investment, recognising management potential is just as important. And then, once they've invested in a venture, providing guidance for business success could be the determining factor between a return on investment or a complete loss. So I can see your wealth of knowledge in this area being recognised and valued by the many speakers.

Of the speakers listed, I hope you get a chance to talk with David Koepsell. He's doing some interesting things with storing DNA on the blockchain and it would be interesting to know what he sees in the future of identity management.
http://worldfundingsummit.com/david-koepsell

DNotes Think Tanks in 2020? That could be cool. I have been known for asking too many "why not" questions growing up. Well let's call it a wish list for now.

Yes, I will be among some great company. The timing is almost perfect with the release of DNotes 2.0. We are gaining a lot of respect and it is quite broad-base. My LinkedIn connections have shot up to 7,000 with many great connections. Strategically, DNotes is amazing well positioned. Most of our building blocks are now in place and other people are beginning to see what we are doing and why we are doing them.

Business strategies and executions are among my strengths. My book "Improve Your Odds - The Four Pillars of Business Success" is one of our building blocks. Included in it is Chapter 15 - The DNotes Story. I trust that we can raise the necessary capital for any entrepreneur who can master my book and put in practice the fundamental principles of business success. I will represent DNotes well at the conference, potentially with many great connections. I could be asked to help conduct work-shops for two days.

Tim, I will try my best to speak with David Koepsell. He is quite a thought-leader. It will be interesting see what he has to say about the future of identity management project, which I am keenly interested and following.

August 14, 2014 - August 14, 2017

Rate of return on bitcoin - 740%

Rate of return on DNotes - 745%

Sometimes you just need to sit back and look at the long term big picture...  Wink

Thank you, Chase. That is a reasonable and objective prospective. I would add that the DNotes train has not even left the station yet. It is just getting ready. Whereas Bitcoin is packed through the roof and well on its way to destination. Perhaps DNotes has a lot more mileage left.

I had an excellent conference call with Victoria Silchenko, PhD. She is the creator and producer of the World Funding Summit. She has amazing vision in the world of future finance and very impressed by the vision of DNotes and DNotes Global, Inc. I could end up playing a bigger role than I anticipated. And that could be an excellent collaboration to jump-start DNotes NextGen-VC mentioned in our road-map (OP).

I strongly believe that with DNotes 2.0 and our new blockchain we are in a great position to help many start-ups and existing small businesses to raise capital. Of course, using ICOs on DNotes blockchain and in compliance with existing regulations. We always believe in doing the right thing and that one day we will be well rewarded. I also like to see common people benefit from our success.

Excellent work, Tim. I love the headline, "Bubbles Riding Rockets & Falling Knives". That says so much about our industry. It is not for the faint-hearted. Always invest with caution and do not invest more than you can afford in the event of total loses.

765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: DNotes 2.0 - Bridging the Gap Between the Centralized and Decentralized World on: August 14, 2017, 02:31:00 PM
Any possibilities of including other more "competent" exchanges like Bittrex and Bitfinex for the purpose of enhancing deposit and withdrawal capabilities for DNotes and increasing exposure ?

Thanks, SCeeYong. Yes, we have a significant PR campaign scheduled for the last quarter of the year following the launch of DNotes 2.0. At the same time we will be approaching a number of exchanges to get DNotes listed. DNotes is poised to take a big leap forward by the end of this year.

Hi Alan,

Thank you for your update on DNnotes' PR campaign in Q4 2017 especially after its migration to DNotes 2.0 which will entail elements that will bring positive semblance of calmness, healthy growth to NOTE through education, smart partnerships and additional listings in other more competitive /competent /efficient exchange platforms, among others.

However , in and under the present circumstances,at least until all these take effects by the end of the year,  NOTE investors are and will still be relying heavily on PoloniEx as an exchange platform to buy and sell NOTE. My immediate concern is that the impaired Deposit/Withdrawal capabilities will exert downward pressure on NOTE's price viz:-

1.The continuing and successful NOTE deposits to Poloniex matched with consistent withdrawal problems of the coin from Poloniex will reduce buying demand while increasing the supply .

2. Similarly, investors will avoid or stay away from the coin if deposits of NOTE also become an issue at PoloniEx matched with withdrawal problems.

To some extent , I am inclined to believe that this is situation we are facing now with a less-than-efficient PoloniEx is among the contributory factors to NOTE's unattractive price performance in terms of USD or BTC, especially when the price of the latter has come to cross the 4k mark.

Hi SCeeYong,

Thank you for your support and very thoughtful recommendations. The steep price decline of DNotes, quite frankly, caught us by surprise; so did Poloniex unresponsiveness to customer support. It certainly has negatively affected the value of DNotes. No doubt, BTC price jump to $4,200 + also has a negative impact on most altcoins, including DNotes.

Unfortunately, in the mist of software upgrade from DNotes 1.0 to 2.0 every exchange will want to wait until DNotes 2.0 is successfully launched and in their eyes - proven to be stable. Objectively, that will bring us towards the end of the year.

The good new is that once we switched from POW to POS the supply of newly minted DNotes will largely end up with DNotes long-term investors with CRISP accounts at DNotesVault. Together with other efforts, DNotes long-term outlook should be quite favorable.

The Poloniex issues are very disappointing. It seems there has been a unrelenting number of issues on a wide variety of exchanges, particularly in the wake of the Bitcoin Cash fork. It seems however that Poloniex has had a larger number than their fair share being one of the larger alt-coin exchanges, with withdrawal issues going back months. They did some type of 'update' on the blockchains recently of various coins and it took deposit and withdrawal capabilities down for several days, and I remember in this forum others brought the pausing of withdrawals to the attention of this community. Has anybody had any success with deposits or withdrawals since they took that down for maintenance? In the case that they did not, it would imply their updates did not work (but it appears it did for others?).

Thank you, TeeGee. I just sent in my BIO. It is an amazing opportunity and a great exposure for DNotes. I am excited to be among many "A List" speakers.

Regarding Poloniex, my two withdrawals are still pending after almost 48 hours.

If Poloniex had some sort of automated 'support ticket wait time', based on the coin and the issue, that was available before you submitted your ticket, people may not react so negatively and it may free up valuable time for their support staff. For example:

DNotes - blockchain / withdrawal issues - estimated response time to fix issue _____. Estimated support ticket response time _____ (based on the number of tickets ahead of yours on all issues). Please do not file a support ticket for this issue.

It's pretty frustrating, and a good lesson in the importance of planning for scaling up...

I agree, Chase. It is frustrating. Prompt, polite, and positive communication with customers is critical to business success. I hope they will resolve the problems shortly and learn from it.

Hey guys, just an FYI, I tried to withdraw my notes fro, Poloniex and I never got them out. I contacted them for 4 days and no one ever got back with me, so I sold them and withdrew my BTC. So I see today that notes is down on Poloniex, and of course all other exchanges follow. May need to address this with Poloniex, and possibly get off of that horrible exchange. The support there is horrible and, I don't know about today, but all last week I could not withdraw my Notes and nobody would respond to me with my concern. Even still today, I have not received any correspondence from them whatsoever. Consider contacting them about their Notes withdrawal problem, or get off of that exchange. People will be giving away their Notes because they cannot withdraw them. No reason for Notes to be at this low price on that big exchange. DO this before Dnotes 2.0 is released. Trust em....I see a HUGE red flag with that exchange.

If anyone has Notes on Poloniex try to do a withdrawal and see if they are doing everything properly now. If there is a problem alert Dnotes here to contact Poloniex to discuss this matter.

Thank you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I have written to Poloniex and hope to get a prompt response, which I will post here on this Forum ASAP. To ensure that there is an issue, I have made two withdrawals, (a small one and a larger one) over the last twelve hours. Although, successfully confirmed, both transactions are still pending. There could be a number of reasons as a result of their rapid growth and constant demand for upgrades. At this point I am not too concerned. Let's wait and see what they have to say.

Updates:

As of this moment, the only response I have received from Poloniex is a form letter below, like any one else would have received. In the past, I have consistently received almost immediate response from a support staff. Perhaps they are overwhelmed. Unfortunately, combined with the big jump in the price of Bitcoin, DNotes price decline continues. Investors never like uncertainty, though this is likely to be a simple fix of a broken blockchain.

From Poloniex:

Dear Alan Yong,

We will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

In the mean time please do not create additional support tickets for this issue, we will use only this support ticket to communicate with you.

Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Sincerely,
Poloniex Support Team

There are complaints of withdrawal problems and declining customers support services at DNotes Bitcointalk Forum this morning: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1924858.900

Please advise on how I should craft a response that is accurate to minimize further damage to your brand. To ensure that the reports are accurate, I have made two withdrawals and they are both still pending.

Feel free to let me know if there is anything that I can be helpful.

Thanks, TimMarsh. Interesting read.

I found this quote most meaningful: "I own some myself, and have adopted the wise words of Wences Casares, one of the apostles of bitcoin: own less than 1 percent of your net worth, don’t buy and sell bitcoin, and don’t do anything with it for at least five years, at which point it will either be worth a lot more or absolutely nothing. I have yet to use bitcoin for a transaction, and wouldn’t know where to do so. That alone says something about where we are in its evolution."

That's interesting Alan because I hovered over that quote for a while too. I hadn't heard about Wences or his quote when I wrote:

"By that I mean you don't need to buy a whole coin even, to do well out of a runaway success. So I've been thinking about how hard it would be to create a small portfolio for $100 by buying just $10 worth of the ten most likely to succeed cryptocurrencies. If nine went nowhere, and one only gained ten times it's value, you're safe. But if just one of them takes off and gains 100–1000 times it's value, you'll have done better than any other investment opportunity I can think of."

But I never had any insight into how long that portfolio should be left to sit. Wences' recommendation seems rather short to me, at 5 years. I've only rolled out major tech upgrades within a government environment, so my sense of how long things take is certainly skewed. But I think five years is about the minimum for getting a ground breaking technology, that contributes real value, off the ground. But maybe the activity in this space is so volatile, that 5 years could have become an overestimate.

My previous thoughts about a $100 investment portfolio also relate to what you've mentioned regarding the SEC compliant ICO. I've never supported the idea that we need the government to absorb the role of 'parent' after we've grown up, protecting us from our own bad decisions. In fact I believe it is the role of democracy to do the opposite. Once we grow up we should protect the government from making bad decisions. So I don't like the idea of legislation determining who can invest in securities or ICOs and who is banned from the opportunity.

I also agree with you that this space requires a different body of knowledge, and that the rich are not necessarily the most informed. What I do believe about the rich, is that they have the most capacity to lose without getting into a situation where they depend on society to support them. But whether you're rich or not, I certainly agree with the advice that in cryptocurrency, only invest what you can afford to lose.

And as for the Filecoin ICO, by Protocol Lab, I would run away because it fails one of your basic tests. Is it bringing something new, and necessary to the market which is hard to duplicate? No. Storj started three years ago, has a working product and is preparing to migrate from bitcoin the etherium this year. Kim Dotcom is re-inventing MegaUpload to do the same thing with bit cache. And when the function benefits from mass adoption and people don't want to run multiple storage apps, there can only be a limited number of successful players in the market. For an approximation of this, I'd compare the market share of the top four centralised could storage providers.

Wow. Amazing prospective, Tim. If I ever start a "Think Tank" group, I want you to be a part of my team.

Unfortunately, we live in a rather "confused world". We need more people to think "outside of the box" to help our world to be slightly better. DNotes is our platform and I am 100% committed to our missions. We'll talk more later. I am heading home to Chicago, a 3.5 hours drive.

Oh just one more thing - I am confirmed as one of the speakers at the World Funding Summit this November in LA. It's a big deal to be among many "A List" speakers". Exciting time ahead for DNotes.

Hi Kelly.

We really value that you've come to the forum to get our opinion. I notice that numerous others have given their view, but I am hoping that my experiences and views on this may be of some help.

Firstly, nobody here can predict the future, neither affect the price as an individual, but we can as a group of people with mutual interests build value into a system, which as you no doubt are aware we are working to do. Price is often set by expectations of the future and it is likely that the more people who are impressed by our next installment in DNotes 2.0, the higher the price is likely to go.

It's never fun when your portfolio is lower than where you bought in, but investing is of course all about gains over time. My first purchases in Bitcoin (having been a miner) were early 2014 when a Bitcoin was about 750 USD. It subsequently went down to as low as ~160 USD over the next year, but regained to 750 by mid 2016, and is now ~3300-3500 today. I don't know where Bitcoin will be in a year, but with DNotes I believe it will do very well in the long-term as a result of a unique approach to succeed that would be very difficult for any rival to replicate, qualified leaders, a trusted brand. As it stands, immaturity in the industry has meant many are unaware of the value in our approach, or do not yet know who we are. A strong PR drive will accompany the launch of DNotes 2.0. At that time, people will at least take notice. For this reason, my view is that your situation is similar to Bitcoin during 2014/15.

I understand that only you know what is best for you Kelly, and I sincerely wish you all the best.

Thank you very much TeeGee
i'm sure you're right. and DNotes v2 will makes some good changes in price and value .
but the release date is in september, i don't think it would be possible for me to invest anything till late november ...
by the way, i just quit being sad ... and i know eventually i will recover all i have lost... and probably more..  Cheesy
and someday will laugh at this days .
i am pretty positive about this coin future and i know your team efforts will pay off .
wish you luck and success.

Thank you, Kelly. You have been very gracious. I must add that I am very proud of our community for being so supportive and positive.

You all are amazing and an inspiration to me. DNotes is fully committed to doing the right thing at the right time - of course, the right way. I trust that we all will be well rewarded one day - likely to be quite soon. We are very excited on the progress our team has been making in preparation of DNotes 2.0 launch.
773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: DNotes 2.0 - Bridging the Gap Between the Centralized and Decentralized World on: August 11, 2017, 02:59:55 AM
I am still constantly bombarded with ICO offerings and invitations to serve as an advisor which I have politely declined. From my vantage, there could be tens of thousands of ICOs in the making. Our industry is becoming a mega casino.

The following article is interesting. But it means leaving out the small investors in favor of accredited investors with annual income of $200,000 or more or net worth $1 million or more.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/is-there-such-a-thing-as-a-sec-compliant-ico-filecoin-thinks-so-raises-52-mln

Is There Such a Thing as a SEC Compliant ICO? Filecoin Thinks So - Raises $52 Mln

The recent SEC ruling that Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) will have to comply with securities registration laws (if the tokens they are selling are considered equity) has resulted in apprehensions that ICOs may dry up in the US. However, Filecoin has raised $52 mln in a pre-ICO sale, as a prelude to what is claimed to be a SEC compliant ICO.
What is Filecoin?

Filecoin, developed by Protocol Labs, is a decentralized storage network. The network is expected to give owners of unused storage a means to monetize their storage capacity. It is also expected to bring down the costs of storing data reliably. Given the large amounts of unused storage in data centers and hard drives around the world, a natural market exists for this service.

Pre-ICO

Filecoin has raised $52 mln in a pre-ICO sale, in which the company offered selected investors securities which would lead to the allocation of Filecoin tokens. Investors who took part in the pre-ICO sale include Winklevoss Capital and Digital Currency Group. This will be followed by an ICO on Coinlist, which will open on Aug. 7.
SEC compliant

The list of documents available for prospective inspectors is comprehensive – ranging from the white paper to Private Placement Memorandum to Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT). The tokens will not be registered under the Securities Laws and will be sold under an exemption clause only to accredited investors. Each investor will have to execute the SAFT and will have to complete an investor questionnaire to participate in the token sale. There are also constraints on the ability of investors to sell these tokens until they are ‘vested’ (Vesting Period as agreed in the SAFT and measured from the network launch).

Is this the right approach?

The SEC rule on accredited investors works on the assumption that wealthy investors (as defined by net worth) are more likely to be knowledgeable and understand the risks of investment. However, in the cryptocurrency space, this is not necessarily true. A cross section of people including students, software engineers, cryptography specialists, etc. may have a deep understanding about ICOs but may not have the net worth required to be an accredited investor. Preventing them from investing is only going to shut out a huge section of the cryptocurrency community from the ICO market.

WIRED writes About Intrinsic Value

Yesterday, Zachary Karabell of Wired magazine wrote about intrinsic value, both fiat and cryptocurrency. I enjoyed the whole article, but found his comments about mistrust in fiat currency during the 19th century most interesting.

In fact, you could troll through reams of 19th- and early 20th-century fulminations, replacing the words “paper money” with “bitcoin,” and be hard-pressed to tell the arguments apart.

To understand a lack of faith in 'paper money' we really need to get our heads into the mindset of the times. This was a period where land and title held value. A still primarily agricultural society quickly recognises the ability of land to generate income. Land also requires an army to steal. Even gold which can be stolen is less of a risk than paper which can disintegrate in water or burn into nothing.

And at that time, the actions of government had some effect on the value of land, but nothing like it does on the value of its national currency. Zachary went on to mention the Argentinian peso, but skipped the Venezuelan bolívar. And while he acknowledged that neither fiat nor cryptocurrency had intrinsic value, he did recognise that trust builds up over time and gives a sense of worth.

I recently read the headline, "Swiss franc eases slightly after spiking on North Korea tensions" and wondered if the value people perceive in the franc is a residual impression generated during the world wars. If it is, then it looks like time is a significant factor in gaining trust. And maybe 80 years from now, people will wonder why the world was so cautious about a currency that could not be destroyed by water, or fire. Was immune to nationalistic manipulation. And could be protected from theft simply by remembering a phrase.

Has anyone been to DNotes OP lately? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1924858.0

I just did. Frankly, quite impressive and everything is on course.

Well, I was approached by one of my 6000 + LinkedIn connections to be a speaker at the World Funding Summit on November 17 and 18, 2017 in Los Angeles. If all works out this could be a great thing for DNotes NextGen VC as mentioned in our OP road-map.

so what do you think ? should i sell my DNotes ... will be there a pump ? what about DNotes v2 .. will that raise the price ? ...
i don't know what to do ... i already lost more than 70%...! Cry
i really appreciate any advice.
thank you very much.

Hi Kelly,

In my opinion, if you can hold a little longer, I would.  It takes very little BTC to move Dnotes.  I've seen price fluctuations go up and down 10-15% with just a few hundred/thousand dollars.  Right now, people are riding the BTC train up, which is keeping that out of dnotes at the moment.  There's been $30B+ put into the market over the past few days, and growing.  I think it's just a short matter of time before that start filtering down.  Remember also, it's not necessarily about where you bought dnotes against bitcoin (.0000068), it's the converted price against the dollar.  A little more patience, and I think you'll be smiling.   Cheesy

Thank you for sharing your opinion, Denver Dan. It is wisely expressed. DNotes is a long term play in an industry addicted to get rich quick mentality. It is best suited for disciplined investors who continue to accumulate DNotes when it is under-valued, such as at this moment.

We are barely discovered. But this will change soon. Once DNotes 2.0 is successfully launched, a major PR campaign will kick in. I also expect that DNotes will be listed in many more exchanges. Additionally, over 50 episodes of video are being produced for my book "Improve Your Odds - The Four Pillars of Business Success". We will aggressively target the corporate world using the book as our "foot in the door" to promote our blockchain and smart contract technologies. Yes, it will take a year or two to gain serious traction but we are telling you as it is. However, I must add that no other coin is better positioned than DNotes to gain the trust and acceptance of the coin as a global digital currency. Take this as a clue - we are casting a very wide net. DNotes is built to meet the full functions of money and the participation of anyone worldwide.

Sorry, Kelly, to hear about your situation. Not sure it helps, but I practically bet my farm on DNotes. Well, at least we will have a daylily named "DNotes" one day!

Spoofy and the Whales

I just read an article about a bit coin trader referred to as Spoofy. It talks about their practice of making sell and buy orders for bitcoin in Bitfinex to manipulate the price, then cancelling them after making smaller trades. To have this effect on the exchange, orders in the realm of US$60 mln are placed. This practice is illegal in the US due to the Dodd-Frank Act.

To me, even with this amount of money to throw some weight around, it seems amazing that it could have a profitable influence on the exchange rate of bitcoin. With a market cap currently over US$50 bln, bitcoin seems too big to be impacted by spoofs at one thousandth of it's market.

So of course I wonder how much it would cost to influence exchanges of less capitalised currencies. DNotes, with a market cap of just under US$9 mln, would appear to be susceptible to similar manipulation with as little as US$9,000. Other factors other than the percentage of market capital also must be considered. This includes the volumes that are regularly traded, and possibly how easily the cryptocurrency is traded with fiat currencies.

Apparently every cryptocurrency has its whales, many forming them through the tiered ICO processes they use. And I'm left wondering how much spoofing is going on with smaller cryptocurrencies. And when some of these cryptocurrencies do pre-mines or generate a percentage for themselves with each sale, how likely are the founders to manipulate their own coin value?

“Spoofy makes the price go up when he wants it to go up, and Spoofy makes the price go down when he wants it to go down, and he’s got the coin… both USD, and Bitcoin, of course, to pull it off, and with impunity on Bitfinex.”

If Spoofy can do this with Bitcoin, he can do it with any coin. Even in the real world currency manipulation happens as in the case of 1997 that led to the Asian Financial crisis. Unfortunately, there is very little that the small investors can do.

This set of guidelines for investments in ICOs was well worthwhile.

Thanks for the link, TeeGee. Excellent article.

Just two brief comments before I head out to our recording studio at the farm in Michigan:

"2. Who is involved?
Look at the track record of the issuer and the broader development and advisory team. These are usually published on the website and marketing content. Some simple internet sleuthing can provide insights into the team’s experience. LinkedIn, CoinDesk, Medium and Reddit - while not verified information sources - can provide a wealth of background information and commentary.

For institutional purchasers (with larger wallets), you’ll want to do more digging, using your internal due diligence tools and vendor sources, as well as meetings with the issuer."

We believe that TRUST, integrity, and verifiable track records are invaluable for "internal due diligence". Institutional and other serious investors will find that DNotes is a rare breed in these areas. We started out from day one to build a trusted brand and fully committed to our missions of building DNotes as a trusted digital currency with a purpose for everyone worldwide to participate.

"Getting professional advice on your situation is essential before participating in a token sale. Be aware, however, that capital controls and tax positions can change quickly and often without notice."

This always sounds like a great advice - certainly a great disclaimer. In reality, even if you try, finding useful professional advice is nearly impossible. This industry is still at its infancy. Invest with caution and do as much of the "home-work" yourself, first.

China to Use Blockchain for Tax Collection

https://dcebrief.com/china-to-use-blockchain-for-taxes/

Very interesting. So, very soon the Chinese governing can start invoicing tax-payers what the government believes is due. Both under-invoicing and over-invoicing could be a big challenge for years.

"Unlike standard blockchain systems, GACHAIN is designed to ensure that command and control of the entire system remains in the government’s hands". Of course. It is a centralized closed system.

What is next? Perhaps accepting digital currency as tax payment.

Is there a marketing/PR plan in place once Dnotes 2.0 gets released?

Welcome to DNotes, goopuss. No, we do not have a formal marketing plan for DNotes that we can release. As we get closer to DNotes 2.0 launch things could. We often involve our community to support our PR campaign that includes special contests. PR is one of our strengths and we can respond quickly. Following the launch of DNotes 2.0 our PR efforts will greatly intensify.
