Something with the word VELORIO in it, and maybe characatures (sp?) of each member scattered about the word (like climbing on it, etc.)  http://www.facebook.com/media/set/fbx/?set=a.1251122177009.28803.1798141039
I can't see that Facebook page. Can you tell me how many members there are? Anything specific about them?

- shazow

Just search Velorio Facebook and you''ll find it.

There are 5 members.  Alvaro is the lead singer and guitarist, and looks like harry potter, Ben is the bassist and looks like an animal (see the facebook pictures or Veloriomusic.com), Adrian is the percussionist (congas/timbales) and a recent college graduate with glasses, Jason is the black drummer (you could play up his "blackness"), and I am Eric, the bearded Philosophy student who plays keyboards/synthesizers, guitar and sing backups...

Also, be sure to make the VELORIO letters rather large (maybe like 2x as big as the characters)

Thanks!

Any progress?

Speaking as a medical marijuana patient in California, I would like to take a moment to say that I love my state and all the freedoms it allows me.  (even though we are in extreme debt)

Happy 4 20.

client have issues with concurrent requests to server - it do not resend packet if previous did not went through. this leads to break in workflow. Therefore right now the only way to mitigate this right now - make connection to server as fast as possible and make server operate as fast as possible. This is not a correct solution, since bug should be fixed in first place, but I just do not have time for this even if I had incentive to fix it.

if you are using tor or proxies - connecting directly should help a lot.

i am going to migrate server to another more powerful one in the end of april.

Yeah everyone I was just playing has the same problem. I think Im going to have to just stop playing, its ridiculously slow. The website seems to navigate fine, but the play is really really slow. I dont mind donating if you can fix the issue. Im connected directly to the site. I have an ~8gb connection so...

Awww Bitjet, don't give up!  I still have coins to win from you!  Monday it was working pretty superbly... Yesterday I was having some issues... But yes, Hippich, we're all excited to see this work properly, if there's anything we can do to assist you, please let us know!

765  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [~160 Gh/s Mining Pool] INSTANT PAYOUT,+1% with LP! +0.8% for no failed blocks! on: April 20, 2011, 07:28:05 PM
Ok, I just started mining with deepbit, and this is my first shot at bitcoin mining.  I'm using my 6990 on an old AMD Athlon 64x2 system (4200+, specifically).  I'm getting ~220 per GPU core.  That seems low for a 6990, and I wonder if the Athlon CPU is holding my GPU back.  Any advice?  I'm running on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with the latest Catalyst drivers and the latest AMD SDK (2.4, I think).

In any event, any thoughts on whether I should be using Pay-per-Share or Proportional with a single 6990?

Yes, the CPU may be holding you back...  I hear using linux will cure this.  Also, Stream SDK 2.1 or 2.2 is best... although maybe you can't use that with the 6 series card??

To be honest EPiSKiNG, I'm not sure how much I could do for you with that one.  What you have on the site is already well written, and more importantly it comes from someone who is actually producing the music (I assume).

If you had any specific requirements then let me know, but from what I can see it looks like you're good! Smiley

We're trying to put together a press release for the tour we are taking this summer out to Chicago, IL (from California) and back... We have a press kit that we've already made, and a decent video for club owners/promoters to check out, but the press release could hopefully spark a buzz in the towns that we are going to...  I don't really know where your expertise lies, but it sounds like you've worked with great bands in the past, and we would love to benefit from you however possible....  Maybe just dig around our social network sites and google and see what we're missing?

Thank you!

I'm interested to see what you can do for the band I'm in... We're up and coming and are in need of a revamp of our website/wording/bio...  Take a look at Veloriomusic.com and let me know what you can do for us.

Thanks!

Cool band man! Playing the east coast at all? We should do a show together.

I could also use a new bio and some press release work.

We're heading to Chicago/Kansas City/TX/AZ/CA in August, but no East Coast planned yet... If you know anyone in those areas who can hook us up with a show, I'd be much obliged!

768  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: 5870 running at 385 mHash/sec! on: April 20, 2011, 07:14:36 PM
I have two ASUS 5870 stock in my intel rig running non-crossfire at 975core/900mem fans at 63%.  Temps at 60 for GPU1 and 67 for GPU2.  Getting 368MH/s each. (-v -w 128)  371MH/s (-v -w -f 0)

When I lower the mem down to 600, I loose ~20 MH/s on each card.

And AFAIK, the -f switch has to do with the window allowed for framerate to the desktop.  You can set it to -f 120 and play starcraft while mining.

Also, I hear of people having issues getting BTC into your program... A guy has been waiting 30 minutes and shows confirmed on his end... Anyone had similar issues?

-EP

please ask them to write email to pavel@yepcorp.com with details. I've seen this in the past and I need to track it down.

It appears to be down, and I sent you an e-mail regarding the deposit issue.

There's now a gaping hole in an economy once very active...  What implications could a huge increase in volume in the online poker market have on bitcoin?
