7661  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] 5oz .999 Silver NastyFans Minted Seats on: June 29, 2015, 09:18:16 PM
Don't forget to give some feedback on the coins.  Always great to hear criticism and praise for what was and wasn't done well.

I also have a few shirts left.  Feel free to voice your opinion on them here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=888762.0

So I got mine today. Love it. My only (small, literally) problem was that I have a hard time reading the key/address on the coin. (Yes I probably need glasses)..

I'm pretty sure it's:

1NASTY1DomxHgZDvhQWjF8FSZr41ytVWiv (which strangely has about .35 cents in BTC on it according to the blockchain).

However, I'm not sure how to verify this is correct (I am alone for the night, sorry)! - Also, the OP said the coins would be like 1NASTYxx (I assumed xx were numbers in order?), but I guess I had that wrong? Anyhow, OG, can you verify that I have the right address if it's not too much trouble?

Thanks - I hate getting old, I don't want glasses.. Sad

I never PMd him before, no. I don't know what "bringing the bullshit" entails, but he didn't respond to the PM I sent.

I'm pretty sure you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Conspiracy theory disproved, thank you kindly TC. Wink

want to become Legendary  Cool  Grin
Then... Put in the actual effort and trust to get there. Buying accounts is like buying someone else's life. Unless you are out to scam, why do you need Legendary?  Seriously?

7668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency - 0.8.8.6 on: June 29, 2015, 12:23:16 AM
https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/commits/master

Latest bitcoin commits only 2 days ago - is it dead?

Look at the context. Lots of things have been updated since the last Missive, but from what I hear fluffypony and other devs have just been too busy to put a Missive together and with good reason, they still have to make a living doing other things. Just because there are no formal updates doesn't mean work isn't being done.

If you compile the most recent code from https://github.com/monero-project/bitmonero.git you'll find all these new things working:

  • LMDB works for most systems
  • Integrated address protocol with payment ID integrated into XMR address
  • viewkey functionality working (watch only wallet)

Also:
  • Moneroaddress.org offline client side Javascript monero address generator

Thank you for info. I hope Fluffypony will release LMDB Monero soon. Just wish to read Fluffypony's or core devs' posts here more often...

Monero's home is http://www.reddit.com/r/Monero & https://forum.getmonero.org/

I like the fact this cesspool is being slowly evacuated, permanently I hope.

I like Reddit as much as the next neckbeard, and getmonero forum is OK, but I actually enjoy wallowing in the crapulence that is btctalk.

yeah, it's a daily staple here too. I guess when Thermos' 2 Billion Dollar new forum software ever comes to fruition, it will all be gone or migrated anyhow...  Roll Eyes
7669  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Giving up on the Trezor soon. on: June 28, 2015, 11:03:00 PM
You don't need the recovering seed when using newest version of electrum + trezor. Only the PIN.
I don't think this is an accurate statement.

Even if you can import the recovery seed, it doesn't mean you need to.

It is commonly considered more secure to keep the keys in the TREZOR and use Electrum/Mycelium/etc. as an interface to the TREZOR.  This way Electrum acts as a replacement for the myTrezor web interface.
See http://doc.satoshilabs.com/trezor-apps/electrum.html .

When I try to create a new wallet -->hardware wallet --> trezor, electrum simply closes. This could be because I do not have a trezor connected to my computer (I'm not sure).

Yeah I had the same problem, no trezor to plug in, so I gave up. Worse, I had about 5 HD Accounts on my trezor. The only possible way to get any coins back was using Multi-bit and then, it was only able to recover from HD account 1 - all my other coins seemed to be irretrievable.

Panic sets in of course! Tried Mycelium import, failed again... Gave Up for the night, then I (PRAISE THE LORD!) found my lost trezor device on the floor of my office the next day! It had slipped out of my bag.  Roll Eyes

Anyhow, it was a long restless night, to say the least. Now, I only have 1 HD account, and all my coins are in that, so that if it happens again, at least multi-bit will work.

Not sure if it's been fixed, but no updates to firmware on trezor since, so i'm playing it safe for now.

Also, I too use mycelium instead of mytrezor, works fantastic. Wink

Not a big fan of the plastic build-quality of the trezor and the crappy USB cable broke very fast on me too, but otherwise, best-behaving and trusted wallet so far, I may have to get another one - I do hope they improve the quality, I would like it to be metal instead of plastic! Wink

7671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: June 28, 2015, 10:10:56 PM
Still when bitcoin goes to 0 it will collapse as any ponzi does. A great quote "If Nakamoto is as amoral as he is ingenious, then he pocketed the early bitcoins and laughed himself to the bank." KH at SCC is a commodity that users on SCC are buying and selling just not as grand as bitcoin and will shut down faster if everyone has no trust in it.

Satoshi never cashed out any bitcoin, as far as anyone is aware. Your second statement is 100x more accurate, good work, you do have some common sense knocking about up there! Wink
7672  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] Google Wallet [W] 1.5 BTC on: June 28, 2015, 10:06:19 PM
Why am I automatically accused of scamming if I haven't dealt before? I've been on various forums exchanging large sums of BTC before, and many times used an Escrow. Bringing it up is a sign of scamming here?

No, it's because of this, and the neg trust he left you:

Alright man, I tried helping you, but you just insist on bringing the bullshit.

I don't understand. I have no prior communication with you.

I highly doubt you had no communication with Tomatocage, he is not the type to leave neg trust for no reason, did you PM with him or not?
7673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: June 28, 2015, 09:22:42 PM
No one debating my BTC ponzi theory?

Probably not, because it's A. Off-Topic, and B. Just dumb.

Have a nice day! Smiley
7674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: June 28, 2015, 03:35:23 AM

...You still can't withdraw your BTC. Might be a bit early to call this one a win. And I don't care about your money. It's fucking entertaining beyond belief to watch people motivated entirely by greed ignore facts of their existence. Carry on sir.

I fail to see the entertainment beyond belief.
Like stated, no children here.
Thanks for worrying so much about our cash.

That's what makes it so damn funny.

YOU SIR ARE A GLORIFIED FUCK WIT.

Keep spewing your proofs which aren't really proofs but assumptions based on guides that say 'THIS MAY BE' and 'NOT THIS' a ponzi or scam. Your ignorance is astounding and quite rude. expecting people to follow yours words like their doctrine. How fucking dare you. Yes you have your views but push them everyone's throats.

Uh. It's called basic "MATH", which has proven this to be a scam. Did you never learn any maths?

So logins are back, everything looking good for the 30th.

So, ponzi screaming fukers,  what's gonna be your bullshit explanation once rewards start coming in again and withdrawals starter working?

It's all part of the ponzi plan huh?

Time will tell .. No plan here, its just entertainment. Good luck! Wink
7676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: June 27, 2015, 10:12:55 PM

So with all the respect other people investements should not be your business as well!

Regards

You seem to not notice, but I did not ask how much he invested, he just told me - and he claimed I was broke, which is also funny.

Reading comprehension goes a long way, but then again, you are probably from hashtalk trying to un-Paycoin yourself.

And yes...

Fools & their money are soon parted indeed. Wink
7677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: June 27, 2015, 09:39:24 PM

So maybe I am a stupid troll fucker. But at least I won't have lost a single Satoshi to this obvious scam. Thing is, I know that running even 10 Gh/s and trying to mine something besides LTC is a joke. Between coins that adjust difficulty within several minutes and a total lack of liquidity in the markets for many of these alts, it's just not fucking possible.

And while that may not mean a lot to the ponzi queens, who seem to be the real trolls here, anyone who's not blinded by greed understands that if the basic premise of an investment is a lie, so is the entire thing. Read over the materials on Scrypt.cc and see what you're being told you're investing in. Then watch your "logic" unravel.

Maybe I'm a troll fucker in the end. But at least I'm not a Scryptard. Ponzi on kids.

This exactly... This is my new favorite scam thread, since the GAW one got so boring. I find it not so ironic that so many hashtards came here so fast to "recoup" their losses and are now "scryptards"... There is just no fixing blind/ignorant greed I suppose. I can only imagine how many of them/you people who have now possibly twice lost your life savings to these silly scams could use a valium or 4 right now, I know if if I had any significant amounts in there right now, I'd be quite concerned to say the least.  Roll Eyes

Kudos to Dooglus for the Cooling the Mark link. Fascinating stuff indeed.

We all know that's impossible, The reason you troll these threads is quite simple.
Your broke ass can't afford investments and we all know that with envy comes hate.
I have over 50 grand in there right now, I'm not concerned.
To say the least.

Ha, that's funny. I'm not even trolling, I'm just here for the entertainment value to be honest.

As for my investments, that would my business, not yours. Good luck on yours, I know mine are safe and sound. Wink
7678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Mining on: June 27, 2015, 09:13:52 PM
I'll pledge 2000 XMR to the release of this highly optimized miner code (if it in fact exists). And if it doesn't, well there should be a bounty for it anyways so mine remains open for anyone who wants to work on it.

Totally. Never understood why no one but Claymore has one coded yet. I'd add to the bounty even, just to make more xmr.

great, I have two accounts and both are exactly same KHS and BTC as before "attack" .  Satoyama, your time for your apology is coming, prepare please. / "T H E  E N D " you look like idiot now, right? / .   There will be mining start back at 30th, and everything as before. Probably some traffic collapses and massive price dump in first days.
OK, so who laugh now?   Haters, any new teory, to make me laugh more?  Does this make you still sense with your scam-end visions??

Hold your BTC in wallet, sure thats best invest Smiley ...

greetings to collegues!, and another f*ck off to haters or guys who are "too smart to invest here"/so dont, but stfu now please../.

Oh but wait.. You can't withdraw or trade. All you have are numbers on a screen.

Point - Don't count your BTC until they are in your own wallet, I'm with Crestington on this one, nothing is for sure/proven here yet at all.
