7681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the future of gambling on: September 14, 2017, 02:13:56 PM
I think the future of gambling is using cryptocurrencies and it will definitely phase out fiat gambling. Because in fiat gambling it is super hard to deposit, withdraw and other funds management because of the KYC policies of gambling sites. That is totally eliminated by adopting cryptocurrency into gambling sites. It also speeds up transaction in and out of the gambling site, which is good for the casinos and the players.

Seeing the future with phase out fiat gambling is possible but it won't happen for the next 10 years or even 20 years. It's what we call traditional gambling, there will be gamblers who are going to choose the digital gambling and there are some who loves to gamble in physical casino's gambling out their own cash, the experience are different.
I completely agree on this one because not all people do have the same interest when it comes to gambling some may like to play gambling on online basis some may play on physical casinos which cant really be removed specially to those persons who do play on this place for how many years and as you said experience is really different among the two fields.
Online casinos and land based casinos will coexist; none can take place of the other one. The gamblers, who are the young ones, mostly get attracted towards the gambling sites whereas the old people still love to visit casinos and enjoy their way of gambling. Also, gambling itself will remain for as long as humans will survive on this planet.
Which means these two fields wont really collide into each other because people do really have different preference when it comes on where they would gonna play. Younger generations who is most likely knows or have knowledge on tech will mostly go on online rather than on older people who do make used on traditional gambling places for sure they will really still stick into it.
7682  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's make Bitcoin's Price Higher on: September 14, 2017, 01:47:13 PM
Before we all are going to get hyped up about the price, let's concider first wheter or not we would want to have a higher price.

A higher price simply means that the transaction fees are going to be higher, and that it becomes progressively harder for newbies to join in.

I think that it is desirable that the bitcoins price is stable. If the price is stable, bitcoin becomes more attractive for new persons to join in, and the transaction fees don't become so extremely high.

I don't think that will ever happen. You cant define a price for bitcoin, it depends on it's marketcap, and since the coins are limited it's price will continue to rise if people continue to buy. Bitcoin is attractive as a product and as a concept and we want people to realize that, and we want that everyone  continues to buy them. The price will be stable once all coins are distributed and people starts using bitcoin as a way to trade goods and not as a way to trade fiat.
Price of bitcoin wont really be ever stable even it is being distributed completely on its entire supply it doesnt mean that it would fix its value. No it really wont and thinking off that the last bitcoin would be mined would happen on 2100+ year which means we are all dead on those years for sure.If all coins been mined but the demand is still high then price will really be valuable even more even owning some small satoshis would be already have a good cost.
7683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker v Other casino games online on: September 14, 2017, 12:58:40 PM
We all know how much bitcoin users love dice but I think even poker websites ( bitcoin supporting sites ) also generate same or even more revenue than dice sites . Do you guys play only dice or only poker or both using bitcoins ?

I don't think poker sites can be a competition to dice sites at all those which are accepting bitcoins. People love playing dice games as it has more risk but more chances of getting a lot of profit at the same time. They (including me) enjoy playing dice and using all the strategies to try their luck every now and then, which i don't think people do a lot on poker sites or maybe it is not possible to apply any strategies in poker (i don't know because i never play poker).

The people will play both games. But Dice game a newbie can play, to play Poker game we need knowledge about this game. One is fully luck base game, and another one is skill base game. Profit wise if you think means Poker is the best, but many people will not play because it takes time to finish the game and lot of competition to win a big amount. So people like a dice game.
Most of them play dice because they do not have much free time. But if you have free time, why not play poker? Moreover, there are tables with large stakes, where you can win a decent amount of money.
The reason is that poker is a difficult game, everyone can play dice, you are as good as you are going to be since there is not a chance of winning but in poker you need to study and practice the game and people do not like to make efforts especially in things they consider must be fun and easy.
The real fun in the gambling we will see in this Poker game. Why because it requires both skills and luck to win the game. And in this game skill set is very important this will improve our thinking capacity, and it will improve our strategies technics. If you play half day, also you will not get bored in this game, but you can't play more than 1 hour Dice game it will get bored. For short time fun, Dice is ok, but you want full entertainment in gambling then play Poker game.
You are definitely right when it comes on playing these two games we can really feel the difference regarding on the enjoyment that it gives.Dice games are only good for short term and regarding on poker you can able to play it even how many hours in a single day because your mind skills and emotion will surely stick with it.You would really enjoy specially if your opponents are good but dont gamble too much and its much still better to balance your time in your daily routine.
7684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever gambled to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, grief or lose on: September 14, 2017, 12:08:45 PM
I never gamble to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, grief or lose, mainly because I know gambling is inherently stupid and you are going to lose, but I like the thrill of gambling in special occasions when I take a trip to Las Vegas with friends or something. So actually I gamble less than 10 days per year.

If I was rich I would like to attend the big boxing fights in MGM grand and I would for sure play around in the casino while im at it, but im not rich so im stuck watching pirated streams.
We do have the same hopes  Grin How i wish that i would be rich like that in able to do those things i do really like to experience but well back to the topic I do play gambling when my mood is good and if i do have vacant times.I dont really play on those times when im in trouble or boredom,grief/loss because most of the time i will not able to enjoy my game because i cant think off properly for sure.

One of the main reasons I want to be rich is literally to go watch the big boxing bouts. Like for example I would like to make a trip with some bros and go on Las Vegas this weekend to watch Canelo vs Golovkin fight, but I dont have money so I have to resort to stay at home and watch it on some stream (I can't even afford PPV, im saving every penny for crypto).

Hopefully in 10 years BTC will be worth a fuckton and also hopefully I nail a homerun and im holding a new crypto that blows up x1000 in value, that would be enough to retire.
Don’t worry, you are working hard and one day definitely your all dreams will come true with bitcoins. I am glad that you are faithful to bitcoins and holding them for future purposes. Bitcoins are going to pay you off in the form of grand profits. Just don’t give up on your dreams and stay away from gambling.
Dreams would really come true but depending on how hard you do work for it because planning without any efforts would be still useless. Its not really bad to play gambling but you should only spend on the amount you can afford to risk and to lose up then you are just fine.We do have our own wishers or goals in life this is why we do really strive to engage ourselves on this cryptoworld.Playing gambling is just really an entertainment and not on a way on getting rich.
7685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I always lose all my tokens and btc on gambling~ on: September 14, 2017, 11:38:24 AM
Gambling is a means of getting entertainment. We have to pay to be able to enjoy the entertainment. Do not dream to be entertained without paying!
This is why when we already deposited on a gambling site we should think off that those money are gone already or treat it as a fee on playing gambling.Dont think up on making more money out of the money you deposited because things would comes opposite for sure.If you expect to make money then you will end up on frustrations because anytime gambling can really make you poor and those money are meant to lose in the house.
7686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best strategy on Freebitco.in and Bitsler on: September 13, 2017, 05:33:56 PM
I am a regular gambler on freebitco.in and bitsler spending over 6 hours on the site almost everyday, i have invested a lot on the 2 sites and play many times using different strategies and settings but am always losing at the end. Pls is there any best strategy to win on these sites?

If you are already losing huge amounts of money on playing on both sites then im sure you would know the answer regarding into your question. If you do try lots of strategies on both sites or even into others then we can really conclude that no strategy wont really work for long term specially on these kind of games hi-lo and dice game.Luck would be the main thing here, even you do play on random without any strategies if luck is on your side you will still win but if not then its a sure lose.
7687  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshimines - Consistent and very profitable Bot! #BETA Version on: September 13, 2017, 04:55:59 PM
Hi,

Thank you for sharing this bot! I have been using for the past 17 hours and i'm in profit ~23,000 bits (0.023 BTC). But it sometimes stops after 5-6 hours running and i need to start again. Maybe its the website security?

May be you should at least give the prove rather than boosting their thread up again. Because OP and many alt accounts said that they always profitable but never shoe any proof. More over you have a red trust, why shouls they believe on what you saying here. I am sure many people want to try this bot but still no prove of solid strategy will not make them buy this script
You are right and its not surprising that those people who do said that its working is just an alt of OP for sure and now a veteran member with red trust did say some positive words in here without any strong proofs on what he claims. No fool will really buy this bot because all people know that even having a bot or scripts wont really make you profitable on long term. You will really busted up no matter what.
I'm not saying anything about the validity of the bot here, only that the premise is plausible. Gambling bots normally cannot ever win in the long term, this is true. But for satoshimines, it is possible because the site is not really provably fair. Their system only guarantees that they do not change the result from before the bet to after, not that they don't determine the result. It's possible for them to put the mines on the most clicked squares because of this, and if this were true, theoretically you could make a bot/script/program that attempts to play this and profits.
But the question is how can you determine on which tiles are mostly being clicked? This is why i do really have negative doubts on this one because i dont really believe that you can able to exploit the house itself. If they are not fair then i guess having some patterns would really be discovered.but how??

7689  Economy / Speculation / Re: More Chinese FUD to trigger panic selling on idiots on: September 13, 2017, 03:24:52 PM
how are people idiots for selling when they can buy back in cheaper
Not all people do panic sell are idiots since some of them do sell out wisely and go with the the flow.As long they are selling out on profits its still a win win situation. They will really buyback later on when they saw the price on its dip.FUDS are everywhere and weak hands would really suffer for sure.Wise people are just waiting to come in.
7690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we still gambling while we always lose? on: September 13, 2017, 02:53:54 PM
We are still gambling because we still have hope to win and get our money back and win much more money. Greed and addiction are what makes up gamble again. If we had a strong willpower and determination, we would not even gamble because we know that gambling could be so addicting, and once you start to gamble, you will not get out of it easily.

If a person is not inclined to greed, then he will always be able to easily quit the game. The problem is that many people are too greedy and not just in gambling.

greediness is one of the reason why people still continue to gamble even if they know they always lose. but there's other factors on why they continue it, maybe it's their nature to play such things like it's their source of income and many more.

Greediness and expectation will make people come back and play again because of these two reasons many gamblers will come back. even they know making and getting back lost is not easy in gambling but still, they try it's not their problem it's their greedy problem. It will not let them stop gambling. When you control your greediness, then you will never come back after getting any bad experience in gambling.

People sometimes also expect that a big win is coming their way soon if they have lost recently. It isn't always greediness though, people also play for the entertainment as they enjoy the games.
As a gambler we do really expect those times and do really think on this way on which when we are losing we are minding that we might hit big on the next bets which causes for us to lose even more.
If you arent lucky enough then you will end up on frustration on that day and if you are lucky for sure you will end up smiling on that day.

7692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you even gamble? on: September 12, 2017, 03:52:27 PM
Yes I gamble for lucky and easy money in order to have fun, but I am not serious about it because if we focus on it we will have no future. Gambling is not all about money and for the all certain about is it's only a game of chance and not a reliable sources of money.
You should never ever gamble for lucky, gamble for yourself if you are involved in all this. Ohh ok if you are doing for fun, that’s great. You should avoid gambling as much as possible because you can never make money with gambling and it is great that you are aware of this fact. Gambling sucks!

If we keep in mind that we play gambling always for fun, than we can't addicted easily. Because we have bear to face our lose and afford it. But control is always good, especially in gambling. But if you have money then i think should play gambling, nothing any excitement way is here except gambling. I have a dream if i have a lot of money, then i will play gambling and gambling and gambling. But clearly i am telling i am not addicted.
Its nice to hear that you arent still addicted on gambling inspite on playing it on continous basis since you do mention on having a dream of lots of money and gambling is the way you do choose. It might be risky but as long you do have self control and discipline then for sure addiction would not be easily be acquired on yourself. Why gambling? Just for the sake of entertainment and earning money is just a bonus.
7693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: September 12, 2017, 02:46:37 PM
we all know doing trade is not that easy. Sometimes it mix with emotions if the price value crash down, were most of the traders got panic especially for the newbies, which is not supposed to be happened.
Most of the people like you have this concept in their minds that trading is not easy and gambling is easy because the only thing you need to do is take some money, place a bet and you can win also, hence getting rich without putting any efforts. Cool!
Reality is damn opposite. Trading is not this horrible as you have said my fellow, it's not.

And it is also right concept, that people think trading is difficult and gambling is easy. No doubt in it. Also risk situation is same in both of them, but profit wise trading give us more than gambling. But when gambling decide to give us mercy than trading can't compare this mercy or gift of gambling, like we win jackpot.
Talking about the simplicity then gambling would really have the edge since we all just need to place a bet then wait for the roll or result in an instant depending on which game you do play. Both things do really have the risk on losing money and we cant avoid that but same as you said when we are talking about profits specially for longer terms trading would be the best option. It might be hard but would really be worth to be learned.

Hi, are you guys afraid of posting or sharing gambling related topics & news in your personal facebook ?

is it because afraid of siblings, parents or girlfriend noticed it ?

or dont wanna let your workmate, colleagues know that you addicted to gambling ?
Even on those things not related to gambling I didnt even post it on social medias because i dont really like for people to see on what im doing specially to my relatives unless if its an occasion then it should be fine. When we are talking about gambling i wont bother or ever post regarding on my activities.I do really like to be anonymous on the things i do in my life.
7695  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how improve trading on: September 11, 2017, 03:56:27 PM
learn a lot.. google different terms and read some articles

Other suggestions are to follow trading groups and the market on a daily basis
Google do not help in everything,if you are going for forex or stock then it might help you built some skills but for crypto market it is useless.if you are thing of reading the graph then it is no use as whale dominate markets.you can only learn trading by experience or project potential.
Even on forex or stocks you wont completely able to rely on google itself since you would really need some teaching from other traders too because most informations on google are just good for basic learnings, there might some advanced things but would be somehow hard for you to cope up if you are not experienced enough which means it would be still useless and regarding on cryptotrading it would be ideal just to know the basics and experience on trading would do the rest.
7696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you like slot games ? on: September 11, 2017, 03:08:30 PM
do you like slot games ?
I have a thought that i haven't won in slot games everywhere. It's even hard to hit a small prize and it seems impossible to hit the maxi jackpot. Probably i don't have luck with this one2

Not only you but many people are not lucky in gambling. If all gamblers can be lucky then all casinos need to close by now. These games are for just to give us enjoyment so always try your luck with a small amount and don't over spend just to win the jackpot. If you target only jackpot then you may lose all your money before hitting the jackpot.

that is true. there are few lucky ones out there but the house edge advantage is always at play - hence, some gamblers will win lucky and most are losing because the house edge advantage is applying to all bets. If you are lucky and win, cash it out already and don't bet more because you might lose it all Wink
the basic concept on how the slots machine prize built are like this : 100k players spent average $12 each. 1.2 million dollar in total , the house edge take 20% from it which means $240k and give the rest to 1 or several lucky players and repeat. that's what makes people get interested, the prize are so high , there's no harm really to give it a try with a couple bucks, as long as you didn't get overaddicted with this.
I would like to ask on where did you get that 20% house edge by slot games? I didnt even know such thing since from the start because i dont really care on what is the house edge of it but i do always think that it has high HE and now as you said its 20% thats freaking high and losing would really comes next to it.For now even how big those prizes are on slots i dont have any enjoyment on playing it.
7697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your first betting? on: September 11, 2017, 01:59:10 PM
My first bet would be when I was a kid when I play some marbles with my friends ,
We play some betting games when we were young one of the most often betting games in the Philippines is marble games and collective cards,

How do you gamble with marbles dude? How much money does it entail? It seems like fun to bet on and pretty simple with something that can be easily acquired. Good way to kill time with friends
It can actually called as gamble when you do play marbles since if you do lose up you will give your marbles to your enemies which can be considered as gamble too.Ive remember this thing too on my childhood days which i do play this thing too with my neighbor friends which is really enjoying and spending time with them.
7698  Economy / Gambling / Re: A non-martingale PrimeDice script! So far so good! on: September 10, 2017, 07:20:07 PM
How to use this do i need to copy paste this script into developer mode of chrome?
Do you have other script that we can use in yolodice looks like i need some script to do some experiment doing some martingale bets..
And why you call it non martingale? it is because after 3 winning streak it will turn into normal bet again. just curious..
It would really be need to post those codes on developer mode (Pressing F12) to apply those scripts.I have seen this thing which you are waiting for 3 consecutive loss and going back to base bet. Some said it is working but i dont really trust up any scripts on this online world. It might still be worth to try this one but dont expect too much on making money.
7699  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: September 10, 2017, 06:44:14 PM
for example if we use the dollar it will certainly be bad news to see the habits of the corruptors in Indonesia, they will never do small corruption. What if they later corrupted $ 50 million or even $ 1 billion. Countries will be dizzy to tackle such corruption cases. that is if we use only one currency, for example the dollar currency
Having once currency would be also a good way on resolving those issues but i would bet that not all countries would really allow this thing to happen specially US dollars have been used,in this case we are all in the power of US government since their currency is being used and countries wont really like for this thing to happen this is why we do see lots of currencies because i do believe that their own monetary unit signifies its power.
7700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: September 10, 2017, 06:20:30 PM
Limits are mostly set for people who have gambling problems and people who lack self control when it comes to gambling, They normally lose control and spend almost everything on them if they want to win, The best way to control oneself when gambling, is to take a limited amount of money to the casino so that should you eventually lose it all, you have no option but to go home and stop gambling for the night.
You are limits is mostly set for addicted gamblers, and also can be set for a normal player. It's all about controlling yourself when you start gambling, because some of gambler end up by lossing all his money in one night, so be carefull guys and try to set some limits and don't achieve it.
So the best option is to make goals with limits amount of money, so if you reach your goal you will stop and if you didn't reach it, you should stop too by this limit amount.
Lets say you are already on the addicted side and you do know that you have still money to spent on? For sure you would still able to get those money and play even more.Setting up a goal is easy but implementing it out or following would really be a tough job on most people specially on those who are addicted on gambling buf if you are really a sensible person then stopping wont really be a problem at all.
