As a casual gambler i'm curious how you guys handle your own losses whether it's from dice , sportsbetting , slots or other gambling games..
I want to know your own way of dealing with it.
Usually I am making gambling at sport games ( i mean online games bet like at nitrogensports sportbet cloudbet etc ) . But usually for every bet I lost and made a very small profit because of my low thinking of prediction or you can say my luck . But I never made my bet for direct in bulk loss but I made only maximum two bet of each 0.001 btc per week in thus way I never found myself much tension of loss . The big reason to loss my bet is also is that I am placing my bet only for the winner who have maximum win bet return , So chances of loss ate much . There is not much of a point in betting a huge amount of money if that is going to make you nervous, you will no longer enjoy either of the games you are playing, sports bet and watching your favorite sport, so I think it is way better to just bet an amount that in the case of defeat does not make you lose your sleep. If you risk too big money on a single bet then excitement would really be removed instead tense and nervous will replace and you are right its better to bet on small amounts so that incase you lose you will not bother too much which would affect your emotions too much. Gambling losses are normal and we should really be aware on that anytime we play on it. |

If I was running my own bitcoin gambling site, then apart from this forum, I would definitely focus on attracting customers or people from outside the bitcoin world. It used to be before the existence of online gambling, I did real gambling, that is by collecting a lot of friends and then playing cards or dominoes cards in the other. When losing a lot of quarrels that happened so it makes me fight with lots of friends, after the online gambling then everything becomes more secure, and better. now, I only play at online gambling and leave the real gambling.

Worst moment when I suddenly become greedy on a certain dice game on which I decided to put all in the amount of 1 BTC with 2x multiplier. Last week was bad for many traders I monitor. Let us see how he recovers from this. No one makes 100% profitable trades. Just when I saw on the link I could really say that it is horrible to see those red stats over there which is really surprising regarding on the past reviews and results of the trades made by OP. You can easily spot a addicted gambler if you see him everyday on a real casino and playing every game there. But if in online casino it is very hard to spot a addicted gambler. You need to check the name of the gambler in the history list every time you play. It is literally hard tho.
By talking him in general you can also find if a person is addicted to gambling or not. Like if he just avoids everything and is looking for money all the time then he is addicted and if he is calm, gentle to talk with you and much more relaxed (because an addicted gambler is always stressed ) then he is not addicted. You cant be still sure if someone would talk on you on relaxed way isn't already a gambling addict because I know some people who are addicted to it still acts as normal and not too stressed.Addiction on gambling doesn't rely on those indications anytime but most of them are stressed for sure because they lose up too much money. |

I don't think proofs are important here as they will show you only that he was lucky with his bot in short time period. It doesn't mean that he wont burn his coins in next 72 hours. Senior member who is writing all his posts in gambling section every day should know better. you deserve a virus...

I have to agree to what you say. However, that is only a definition of gambling and I do not think that i will help people a lot in their trading career. Most of the time traders have to spend time on studying and researching the market and improving their skills. If you do not have knowledge or information about it, you probably do not know what time is suitable to buy or to sell you things Buy low Sell high is just really a basic thing for doing Trading and yes you could able to make money on that but it doesn't work all the way because same as ged00u said you would really need to learn more or the fundamentals of trading because trading is not easy as it sounds or to do so.Maximing your skills and knowledge will really help you out to gain decent profits. |

If you really want to make profit find some good trading website and trade your money. their are always conditions in the marketing world. first if you know how do gambling works. you can earn money from it. practicing on small bets can lead you to success in gambling. first you all go to small bets, and then after you know how gambling game works. you can try on big bets. you just need to be oriented on how the game works. and on trading, you even if there is a good site of trading, if you are not good about it, and do not know anything. you will just end up losing your money. This method wont work for long term even you will use small or big amounts since gambling is gambling no matter what and the results are unknown theres no need to study or making such things for you to be profitable on steady way. Way back 10 years ago we use to play counter strike and even battle realms. So just give some twist to the game my friends and I were playing with bets. Because most of the time when we are playing some are just trolling so to make the trolling away, we put some bets for each game so that all of the players are going to be serious.
this is true, placing a bet in any form of game will prevent trolls from the game. as placing money on a game will make you focus on what you are doing. if you just play without any forms of money, you would end up dealing with trolls. so placing a bet will be good for serious players. This is true since i do feel this kind of thing and most people would feel the same way too since if we are talking about money we would really be serious on the game because we know we are risking our money and trolling would not be possible and this is the best way on tournaments.Its also considered as gambling as long there is money. |

When i play gambling for the very first time and i suffer lose of money i do regret in the end and telling myself that i should didnt play gambling at all.The emotion of getting angry or in rage is always there specially when you are playing gambling on your first time but later on i realize that we should not think of the losses as long its only a small amount.

Well, I did stop and got back to again but not as bad as I used to gamble. Nowadays I just gamble some few dollars not even exceeding $10. That's just my limit and when I do lose it I would just forget about it and move on with it. Then I just gamble the following week with another $10. I set a weekly budget.
There are really instances on some people that could able to quit gambling but not completely because they usually go play again but only on minimal basis same on your situation because past gambling addicts do already realize their past mistakes and they would able to avoid that on the next time they will play gambling.Setting up limits will be the main thing. |
