You are right. BTC is too complicated ( Blockchain, mining, altcoins, markets, airdrops, wallets, pools...etc)

So most people are of the opinion to keep holding their altcoins until they can recover their invested bitcoin. But you guys are not taking time into consideration.
What if the pump you're waiting to recover your invested bitcoin in your favorite alt, takes 2 years? And if you sell that alt now, and just hold that amount of bitcoin for 2 years, you may increase the worth of your assets by 500%(just saying) which does not likely to happen with any alt at the moment.
Why time is irrelevant for you? I think time itself must have value in any trade or investment.

You have to be patient and wait for the market to turn. Although is not all of them that will rise at same time. Those alts coin you owned are good to hold. Do not panic and lose your assets.

I will be honest, I regret the day that I did not start with bitcoin. It was in the very early days, value was still around $1. But I calculated that the costs of mining would exceed the value of the coin. Then around 2011 I had some money to 'invest' and considered bitcoin. I don't even want to calculate the value it would be now, that's just frustrating  . But hindsight is always easy. If we could look into the future we would all be millionaires the next day.

But I could not stop following it because I like the technology and also the economic aspect. So I believe the point of investment is just gone. Even if it go's up to 100.000 this still would 'only' be about 10 times the value now, so not the mega profit from the early days.

But I'm convinced that bitcoin will crash some day. Not because of envy, but there are a lot of things pointing to a tipping point. A bubble for sure. The question is when will people realize this and when will the fall start.

So I'm pretty sure about this and this time I don't want to miss this opportunity. The question is, what would be the best strategy to profit from this crash? I thought CFD's and short-selling, but when it go's up a lot, I don't have the equity to hold the positions and they will be terminated/margin call. Also I don't trust the brokers, will they pay when the fall is huge?

We can discuss about a crash yes or no, but for me this is not a question anymore. The only question is, how can I make sure not to regret this opportunity this time.

I just saw this on a blog. Indian based blog. How possible really is mining bitcoin through your mobile phone(samsung galaxy s5 to be specific).

From what i saw. It seems that the samsung company set the phones like those hardware miners. Theyve also stated that a 7 samsung galaxy s5 can mine faster than the i7 core gpu. If this is really a success it could really be a big help for us. We can easily buy some of this 2ndhand samsung phones and can easily be in the business

Since bitcoin are most expensive coins in crypto currency followed by ethereum, I think it's a good opportunity if we used it in trading. Because we are surely winners if they were invested in these coins.
Therefore no doubt regarding to the increasing of bitcoin and ethereum value in the market so they have no reasons to refuse bitcoin and ethereum in trading.

If at the time of the hard fork november 15 you will in bitcoins, then be sure to keep them on exchanges, otherwise you will not be able to make deposits for sale, both sides do not want to put protection from repeated transactions

thank you for giving this info and i think we can follow your info so we can keep our bitcoin in the exchanges. but i think we don't have to transfer all of our bitcoin but we can do for some bitcoin and i guess we can get free coins again. i am only expecting if the hard fork will give me the other bitcoin for free so i can sell it again like what i get in bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold. so i think we can waiting what will happen in november 15 and we can hope that we can get free coins.

According to my view it s very much easier for bit coin to hit the price 7000$ because now a day’s bit coin is in an accepting phase in countries like Thailand etc where the investors will also take part in investing and trading in bit coin which will definitely boost up the price of bit coin.

I was browsing for news in bitcoins last week when I got intrigue with this title in an news article.  In deed, the biggest test for bitcoins in this year for there are a lot of scares with its operations.  There has been issues with its legal basis as China and South Korea has halted their exchange operations.  The all time low bitcoin value then the sudden increase of its worth... It has been a roller coaster... but thankfully it survive and here we are...

I use to hold all my altcoin on bitttrex and my bitcoin in my wallet(hot and cold) but now my alt have started to stay in my wallet. I can not trust any centralized exchange any longer. We need bitcoin trading dex!

What do you do with these? Just leave them on the exchange?

I agree with your strategy because I plan to do something similar. Also, since I have distributed my bitcoins in different wallets, I plan to accumulate my coins in those wallets that offer to credit B2X. In this way there is nothing to lose, only easy and free earnings.
