8221  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: March 29, 2017, 11:42:40 PM

Exactly. If you devout full time in trading like 8 hours per day or more then you can generate income but not pegged at certain amount. You can even a whole month income for just 1 day in trading. The point is your willingness to fulfill it as fulltime job then consider yourself making a living by trading in BTC.

It's useless to spend even 24 hours in trading if the price is not much moving. You can't also applied that to a certain altcoin in terms of altcoin trading.

That is not a wise way to deal with trading just to have a fixed income so a big no for doing that kind of thing. Fixed income means that you will receive a designated amount in fixed period of time which is not possible in cryptocurrencies' big price volatility. You can earned big in one shot that can covered your earnings for the next following weeks or even months but same goes that you can also lose in a single shot.

that is true and i am really agree with chaser15 said, better we doing another thing that will be useful for us than only trading for 24 hours and beside that, its not good for our healthy. i think we can spend in every 4 hours only to watch the market and we can make analyze with the conditions from the market then we can decide what we want to do.
8222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: March 29, 2017, 11:40:27 PM
Bitcoin is a digital money like paypal, skrill, credit card etc. The difference between them, is Bitcoin is crypto currency. It's not centralized, which means nobody owns Bitcoin but its users. and there is no central station who manage and host it except the Bitcoin miners.
You are right, Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency. It's like bank in the internet. as you said paypal, skrill and neteller ... etc. But it's more variable than money in any real currency. Bitcoin price can go up or down at any moment. so this is the different about bitcoin and money in online banks.
By the way. There is a lot of difference about bitcoin and real money. The main is, we can use bitcoin only online. we can convert it to fiat. but it still a cryptocurrency not a real currency.

the different between bitcoin and money is from the usage, bitcoin is mostly used in internet, but money is only used in offline and we can not use bitcoin in offline as there is a few local store that want to accepting bitcoin as payment. the other different is bitcoin is applied for every country without limited, but money is for one country and we need to exchange with another currency when we are in outside of our country.
8223  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So what if Nigeria seriously starts getting involved in the crypto? on: March 29, 2017, 11:32:46 PM
Im just saying if there is no recourse for malpractice in the crypto world it wont be long before they too cotton onto the fact that its the perfect crime as nobody is gonna do anything even if there is proof.

i am thinking that if nigeria seriously start this, then its should be good news for bitcoin community and the other country could thinking that nigeria is small country even they are not have much assets in their country as other country. the other country will be thinking what is behind the story that would make nigeria wants seriously to start involved in the crypto currency and i think the other government will make an approach with the nigeria government.
8224  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: March 27, 2017, 06:23:50 PM
many of us is agree that doing trading and investing is a good thing that we can do to earn more money, but i think we need to know more lesson about trading and we need to increase our knowledge in trading so we can make good analyze and we can make sure that we can make money for weekly or monthly. and in investing, we need to learn about the programs before we invests so we don't worried if someday the programs is getting scam.
8225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: March 27, 2017, 06:21:47 PM
If you enjoy it and you don't harm others or yourself then nothing is wrong. Live life and care less about restraints.

Pimping out..
gambling is always an enjoyable game to earn money. But once we get addicted into it, its really hard to get out where we asking some debts just to play being care less on playing give result of loosing.

that is true but many people is attracted to make money with fast in gambling so they risk all of their money and in the end, they only get addicting in gambling. firstly, they don't think about to become addicting, but from time to time, they always playing gambling for daily and finally after some month, they become addicting person in gambling and its not for them.
8226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you always missed the right time to sell/buy bitcoin? on: March 27, 2017, 06:11:18 PM
Do you always missed the right time to sell or buy bitcoin?
Nope i don't missed the chance to sell my bitcoin from exchanger i always set automatically price of bitcoin where once the price i set hit it there will people will grab that and then had that profit exchange into fiat currency and use for my personal needs.
i do not think that there will such a perfect person who can claim that he never missed the right time to buy or sell bitcoin. for me  although for some time i catch the right time to trade but other time i also missed good time to buy or sell bitcoin in right time.

i think there will be sometime that we are missed the good time to buy and sell bitcoin but maybe we don't realize and don't want to talk about it. because if we honest to ourself, then i think we have many experience for this and we have missed many times to buy and sell bitcoin in the right time.
8227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do retailers accept altcoins? on: March 27, 2017, 06:09:33 PM
Sorry if this is a silly question to ask, but I can't help myself.

Does anyone know of retailers that accept alts?

I've seen some say altcoins have "rapidly growing user bases".

My first thought is, how can altcoins have "rapidly growing user bases", if there's nothing to use them for?

This must mean there are retailers that accept them, or some purpose they can fulfill?

Its hard for something to have a user base, if there's nothing they can be used for?

 Huh

i don't know if there is any retailers that accepting altcoin as their payment because as far as i know, the retailers is only accepting bitcoin for payment and i don't think that they will know about altcoin. but if in future when many people know much about altcoins and they can convert from altcoin into btc, then i am sure that retailers will use altcoin too for the payments.
8228  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: March 27, 2017, 06:07:37 PM
Actually, you never saw someone rich from gambling but I have seen a few people who lost everything from gambling including their home and car.
In my case, i have also lost a lot but never that much.

i am sure that in out there, many people is rich from gambling but we don't know how they are and if we are follow them then i think its depend on our luck to get rich too. but for me, i think for now, i am not rich from gambling and i don't think that gambling can makes me rich like other people.
8229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin are you currently supporting, and Why? on: March 27, 2017, 06:04:05 PM
Hi All,

It would be interesting to know which Altcoin(s) are you currently supporting and why are you supporting them.

This will greatly generate insights to new adopters and help them get in cryptos.

In addition to BTC, I am holding ETH because of the technology as many new altcoins are developed using ETH blockchain. So for me this is a valuable digital asset for the future of cryptos.

Please share your thoughts on this thread.

All the best!

if supporting that you mean is about to do trade the coins, then i am trade with many altcoin but if supporting for each coins, then i don't think that i can give support for many coins. i only support for the trading only because i don't know about each of the technology of the coins so i think its better to support the coins from doing trading each of coins.
8230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: March 27, 2017, 05:59:43 PM
Trading and Gambling are both same for me, as both are risky and waste of time, both involves risk of your money, which you can loose at any stage, so its better to stay away from both.

Yes, you are right they are both the same. Similar in that they both attempt to create a capital gain. Trading and gambling involve capital transfer without capital creation they are viewed skeptically, especially when their outcomes are unpredictable.
The difference between on that too is the fastest way to earn capital is on gambling both needs capital but you can earn there consistent income in gambling not unlike in trading you need to choose when your money will be in long run or in short run and it is depends on the coins right?

beside the fastest way to earn capital, both of gambling and trading is the fastest way to loss our money if we are make some mistake. but for me, i think trading with skill base is not as gambling and we can still makes money for short term and long term so there is a good way for us to earn more profit from trading.
8231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie Altcoins questions? on: March 27, 2017, 05:57:26 PM
Apart from obvious bitcoin which established altcoin is the best overall backed up by good reviews?

Bitcoin has a max supply of 21 million coins,

What is the max supply of Ethereum?

What is the max supply of Dash?

What is the max supply of Monero?

Is there a all in one wallet that can store all these altcoins? If so which is the best wallet to use?

Im from UK and like to know which is the best exchange for me with the most volume for altcoins like these?

Thanks,

i don't really know how much the max of each of coins you asked but i know the wallet that can store all of the coins you asked which is jaxx. with jaxx you can use it in your android phone so you can send and receive the coins directly into your android phone. beside that you can controlled how much you want to spend and makes the fee that comfortable with you. for the best exchange, i will suggest you to use poloniex and bittrex as the two of them is the large market exchanges for now.
8232  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: March 27, 2017, 05:54:18 PM
It is not so easy to teach kids about bitcoin formally.
I mean in schools it would be really difficult because
Most of the governments even now oppose the use of bitcoins,
In place of their national Fiat currency.
So they won't allow the school to have bitcoins as a part of their economics course.
But yes we can definitely promote the use of bitcoins informally to set an example in front of them.

it will need patience until our kids understand of what we explained but if in their school, there are any lesson about bitcoin, then i am sure they will fast understand and they can discuss with us and who knows our kids will using bitcoin too like us. the other way, if we want to teach our kids about bitcoin, then we need to spend much time to explain to them until they can understand the point first.
8233  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC with CC (or PP using CC)? Coinbase just isnt working! on: March 27, 2017, 05:51:35 PM
Hi everyone,

Long time lurker, first time poster here!

I have been trying to buy some BTC using my CC. Its hard to find somewhere to do this for obvious reasons, so decided to go with Coinbase since they are legit and concerned about handing my CC (and ID) out to random exchanges. My ID is accepted fine so its not that.

When I have tried making a purchase, it seems to go through ok but the status stays on "Pending". Then after sometime the transaction simply disappears and my "weekly limit for CC purchases" gets reset back to £500.

I have tried purchasing 5 times now, using 2 different Cards from 2 different banks!
Obviously this is completely legit, these are my cards and I have provided my ID, which they seem to have accepted fine.
I have tried sending them a support ticket, however, I get a message saying they are basically flooded with support requests and it will likely take a week to respond!

Is this a common problem with Coinbase?   Has anyone got any advice?   Can anyone recommend any good/legit exchangers that I can buy BTC with my CC?

Thanks in advance

i am suggesting you that the other way to buy bitcoin than buying bitcoin from coinbase. you can trying with localbitcoin for easy ways because i don't think that buying using your credit card is safe. but if you buy from local bitcoin, then i think there are many recommended seller around your city and you can contact them directly than you need to wait too long.
8234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum pump and advertising campaign on: March 27, 2017, 05:49:25 PM
But I do find it funny how Ethereum price goes down when the BTC prices rise. Embarrassed
Noting yesterday Eth per coin was $55 when btc per coin was $995 and now it is $48 while the price of btc is $1027.
If it was a true alt of BTC it would follow litecoin and rise when bitcoin's price rises.
Wouldn't anyone here agree with this opinion of mine?

actually i am waiting for next ethereum price going up again like before but i need to wait first before i see there a fast movement from the market. for litecoin, this coins is waiting for next up like other altcoin because litecoin is still in the bottom and i am sure that litecoin will be up too like the other.
8235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CAN WE SEND BTC WITHOUT ANY FEES??? on: March 27, 2017, 05:43:32 PM
i think the answer is yes we can but i don't know when the time that bitcoin will arrived into destination wallet and how long to gets confirmed from the network. i am not trying to send without any fees, because i am sure that it will need more days before it gets confirmed and it will makes boring to just waiting too long.
8236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the worst case if we have more than one bitcoin on: March 27, 2017, 05:38:14 PM
Market will determine their fates, right?
What is the worst-case scenario? Are they acceptable to you?

The market seems to be over-reacting.

i don't think that this will end, as far as market can still online, then we don't have to worried and if there is still many traders doing trade crypto currency then i think there is still a way to make money from trading crypto currency. i don't think too much about hard fork and i am sure that if hard fork is really happen, then traders especially market will make decision about this. we only should wait for this and keep doing trading as much as we can.
8237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: March 27, 2017, 05:32:16 PM
I was late to the bitcoin users list. Even now I don't feel this to be late to get a better profit out of it. Early adopters made a big earning through bitcoin and now I too believe that working hard and smart with bitcoin will help us make money as the earning access of bitcoin is increasing.

so do i but i am believe that holding bitcoin for a long time will makes me to make money and i am sure that i can hold it as long as i can. but unfortunately, i can not holding bitcoin in much of amount because i don't have money to buy bitcoin for now and i only depend from trading that i am doing for daily.

8239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can i do with Bitcoin? on: March 21, 2017, 01:23:40 PM
With bitcoin, you can do anything. It all depends on what your goals are.
You can simply hold it, or you can buy the goods using bitcoin. You can use bitcoin as an investment.

yes its true but we only can do anything in the internet and if we want to do anything in our real life, then we need to find some place that will accepting bitcoin for the payment. there are still few place that already accepting bitcoin and i think to see bitcoin is available in many place, we need to wait until there is any approval from the government in many country.
8240  Economy / Speculation / Re: The rush to sell is real on: March 21, 2017, 01:21:30 PM
Title.

Never sell low philosophy is killing me.
Are you guys also getting crazy? Grin

(About BTC dive)

i think its not good to sell btc at this year as if we only want to sell our bitcoin in the higher price and for the price $11xx is not the higher price or even the price is reach until $12xx. so i think its good to hold and save it into our wallet and i think its not a big problem to us to save it, many people is holding their bitcoin too like us.
