7721  Other / Off-topic / Re: Some children's juice drinks have more sugar than Coke on: November 11, 2014, 10:13:11 AM
Even fresh orange juice contains more sugar than you think. This comes to no surprise to me. Sodium (salt) is another problem altogether.

Most fruit juices aren't really good for you as they are essentially just sugar water. Just eat the fruit.

The only problem I see here that juices are artificially sweetened. If something is labeled - Juice it should be just JUICE without any sweeteners. If not it is not juice...

Nope. It's full of natural sugars and by juicing it you get rid of all the other good stuff; fibre etc.

Jesus is also an imaginary prophet in Islam so I don't see why this would be especially unique. It's probably actually easier for Muslims to dream about Jesus than Mohamed seeing as his image is everywhere and Mohammed's obviously isn't.

Interesting.  What does Jesus look like?  There isn't a description of him in the bible, so wouldn't any likeness be from the imagination?

Like Jared Leto, but not as sexy.

I think we all know the stereotypical image of the white-European-looking Jesus, and not of a first-century Palestinian Jew. I don't think most Westerners would like worshiping a scruffy-looking Arab so it's fair to say he's been whitewashed mostly by the Italians who painted pictures of him.

It's happening.

Someone claimed that Agora and Evolution markets were honeypots set up to snare people and that's why they're still untouched, but if that was the case I don't get why they don't just keep all the others up and running under their control or surveillance.

They're allowed in signatures.

How much would you sell all six for? Pm me the price if you wish.
7728  Other / Meta / Re: Trust improvements on: November 10, 2014, 07:55:48 PM
Yeah, positives should be green imo. I don't like the current bold/black. Either black or blue or something for neutral would be good as well.
7729  Other / Meta / Re: 102 posts and still newbie? A bug in bitcointalk forum? on: November 10, 2014, 01:50:07 PM
Why do you even care about your activity? You want to make a few cents from signature campaigns or sell your account? Just get a real job dude

Maybe he wants lower wait times between posts or something, but there's nothing wrong with wanting to join a sig campaign proving you're not gonna shitpost (though I still wish people would read the stickies or search first).
7730  Other / Meta / Re: Trust improvements on: November 10, 2014, 01:36:29 PM
I think the neutrals should be a yellow colour or something and show up in the trusted section if they're from users on the default trust. Just saw one vod left and thought he'd left a positive and been removed from default trust for a minute  Cheesy.

Yellow text will be very hard to read. What about using blue for positive ratings and black for neutral ones?
Or even a green font might work well for positive ratings, and black for neutral.

Yeah, yellow was a bad choice but I think it should be some neutral-ish colour. I don't think they should be green though, that makes them look like positive.

Good move, but you also need to reset the whole trust ratings. I see a lot of green accounts, and digging deeper it shows that they sent first or used an escrow.

Look at cooldgamer's sent feedbacks. He is on the default trust list so all those he trusts show up as trustworthy, and he didn't take any risk with them.

People are free to leave those feedbacks and there's not necessarily anything wrong with it, but you can choose to disregard those feedbacks if you wish. The feedback system is there as a guide and for you to make your own mind up. Having lots of green trust doesn't = they can be trusted. I see lots of people with green trust but once you read it and see it's for several $5's worth of PayPal or whatever I know that feedback is worth very little regardless of whether it is from someone trusted or not. That feedback essentially means they can be trusted with $5 worth of Paypal (or maybe not anything if the chargeback period hasn't ended) or maybe it's worth nothing at all and even the opposite if you suspect he's just trying to cheaply build up feedback/trust.
7731  Other / Meta / Re: Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?) on: November 10, 2014, 01:25:10 PM

- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 150 characters.

Where? I don't see any feedback for either the op or the other guy?
7733  Economy / Services / Re: Buy me something off Amazon & Ship,I will pay in Bitcoin on: November 10, 2014, 06:56:11 AM
Yeah, you should put that in the op and roughly how much total you're wanting to spend.

I can't comment on the service but that's a rubbish name for a bitcoin company. Just looks like another stupid altcoin. I mean, why Butter?

7737  Other / Meta / Re: Banned account !!!! on: November 10, 2014, 05:55:21 AM
You shouldn't use your alt accounts except here on meta, or your alt accounts could get banned as well.
The ban on your main account could also be extended for ban evasion.

I am using it from a different browser. Won't that be okay?

Still ban evasion but you can try get away with it if you wish, but I'd just wait your short ban out instead of running the risk of further bans on all your accounts.
7738  Other / Meta / Re: Tecshare Maliciously Abused The BitcoinTalk Trust System on: November 10, 2014, 05:50:32 AM
2 posters both with hardly any activity getting in on the fight over trust by an old users and some dick which then the staff got in on, some surreptitiously, cause they wanna throw their cyber weight around. Then you turn on me for pointing out that those newb accounts stink like shell accounts! Perhaps you've been directed to oppose my assessment cause it's a little too close to the truth!

So much I could spout about this situation that stinks all the way up to T.........s, but I won't, cause I'm not a snake in the grass like most of you c...ts!

Oh and yes Tecshare is a friend of mine, I didn't realize that was a secret! Do you want me to provide an extensive list of people I'm friends with?

And I haven't posted much of late cause I have a life outside of here! If my account is a shell account explain the purpose of it, STAFF?

Staff you can check my IP to see there's a continental divide between me and Tecshare!

Good to see BTCtalk now has staff making BS accusations! Perhaps you should back those up?

You were the one accusing people of being shell accounts without any evidence and there was evidence to suggest you were quite possibly one in this situation but you've now just admitted to being one yourself anyway. He might not own or control your account but your relationship with Techshare is very relevant because it shows you are bias and anything you say on that matter should be taken with less weight because you're not being impartial, hence you're essentially a shill or a shell here or whatever you want to call it. You're also being very childish about it all now.

And I was directed to this thread actually, by Techshare via PM asking if I could "give him some support" and I suspect he did the same to you, but as usual people start crying about there being a conspiracy or the mods are abusing their power blah blah blah when something just hasn't gone their way and they were in the wrong.
7739  Economy / Services / Re: Neutral Trust on: November 09, 2014, 06:49:47 PM
There is no way to stop trust abuse, unless you want to suggest a way. Like scams, the trust system isn't moderated except for rare occasions. This guy probably doesn't have any way to do what he is suggesting, but he's just likely trying to scam.
7740  Economy / Services / Re: Neutral Trust on: November 09, 2014, 04:27:29 PM
I dont think it will go to neutral trust. there would be still a red color in it, so its still useless

You can neutralise negative trust by gaining trusted feedbacks. However, this guy is probably just trying to scam, but even if he was legitimately selling the feedbacks he'd get busted very quickly and removed from the trust list.
You are a staff hillarious, why can you just ban him? This bring everything to peace.

As has been said many times: He will just make or move to another account.
so why cant you ban all his IPs? How many IPs can he change?

IPs are unlimited so Banning them doesn't matter. As above, he can use tor or just get a new one each time with proxies.
