first all the information anyone needs on crypto can be acquired from internet and for free
That can be said about many topics. Take the internet itself for example. Surely anything you can learn from a book about the internet can be learned online for free. So why would anyone pay for a book about it? And yet books about the internet, both history and technology, abound and proliferate. A book can be seen as bringing a lot of information together. It can also be treated as collectible merchandise. Ultimately, the book is a piece of written art. I respect your perspective

Can I ask why you haven't made an ebook version?
At least I didn't see one on the Amazon page.
Creating the ebook version will inevitably result in a complete different layout. I will add a poll to this thread asking if people want an ebook created. Thanks for bringing it up.

Actually you can search and learn about cryptocurrency online. Why bother to pay when you can do it for free. lol Just think about the author over 2 or 3 years with (hmm, let's say, over 500,000 books sold at £20/book). Now do the math To be honest, I have sold about 40 in 2 months (£4/$6 royality for each). I wrote the book as a historical reference of popular coins chosen by the community one year ago. I am helping to promote cryptocurrency to a wider audience.

Would've been better if you released it for free or at the very least in a non-DRM format, in the spirit of the Bitcoin/cryptocurrency movement itself.
A lot of work went into the book. I would like to think that people appreciate effort
