781  Local / India / Re: What is the Min & Max rate against which u have sold your Bitcoin in INR? on: June 24, 2016, 05:23:00 AM
I have bought for a low of around INR 9k in mid-2013. To date I have not sold any coin.
782  Local / Press & News from India / Re: [2016-06-23] FP: How will Craig Wright’s attempts at patenting BTC tech impact u on: June 24, 2016, 05:21:04 AM
What a douche bag move! There is no way he can prove that he created the technology in a way that would satisfy a court of law, so I am not too concerned. What a complete tool though!
783  Economy / Speculation / Re: CIRCLE EXPANDS TO CHINA on: June 24, 2016, 04:45:15 AM
I think the Chinese gov't is playing a double game on BTC. On the one hand, they don't want chinese retail to adopt BTC en masse and exit the Remnimbi. On the other hand, they want Chinese mining to remain integral to BTC so they have a degree of control over the tech.
784  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Perianne Boring of Chamber of Digital Commerce knows nothing about bitcoin on: June 23, 2016, 04:16:06 PM
I agree that she is really clueless about BTC and the blockchain and shouldn't be talking about either, but some of the attacks on twitter were vicious and misogynistic, and quite unacceptable to be honest
785  Economy / Services / Re: ★ Brakoo.com ★ The simplest bitcoin game - Signature campain (FULL) on: June 23, 2016, 04:05:02 PM
I would like to un-enroll myself from this campaign. It's been a great experience. I wish you all the best going forward. Thanks for having me.

Looks like Wences is starting to do his stuff already. Encouraging news indeed, if true.

787  Local / Press & News from India / Re: [2016-06-21] Mint: Is Brexit fever handing Bitcoin its moment in the sun? on: June 23, 2016, 12:03:23 PM
Brexit is just one of several topics clustering around the whole theme of existing fiat systems breaking down that will help fuel higher BTC adoption. China debt is another topic that will go away anytime soon.
788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to convert to USD? on: June 23, 2016, 10:50:48 AM
I had never heard of tether.io before. Is there such a thing as a tether wallet? I guess you need to go to one of the large exchanges to turn BTC into Tether?
789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Anonymous Enough For You? on: June 23, 2016, 07:40:19 AM
Not really, but then again I don't have anything to hide. That said, if there ever was a situation where I would want to protect my identity, I would look to other protocols like Z-cash that aim to provide complete tx privacy
790  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin under 500 Euro on: June 23, 2016, 06:51:58 AM
I get the sense that $500 may be where there is support. All in all, these are probably decent buying levels regardless of how Brexit plays out
791  Economy / Services / Re: LetItRide Signature campaign. 4 Hero/legendary spaces left on: June 23, 2016, 06:50:36 AM
Thanks for having me, I take it you will update the spreadsheet in due course?
792  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still have time to reach the 21 BTC goal? on: June 22, 2016, 05:03:50 PM
The price is correcting yet again. We may even go below $600 again. Plenty of time for some of us to add to our positions at lower prices.

794  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: June 22, 2016, 12:00:32 PM
The douchebaggery of some maximalists on twitter whenever anyone says anything even remotely critical of BTC and cryptos
795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NEver keep all your coins on an exchange on: June 21, 2016, 06:14:04 PM
I lost some coin on MtGox so I can only second this. I have high hopes for bitsquare to emerge as a real decentralised exchange option.
796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who will be your perfect Satoshi Nakamoto ? on: June 21, 2016, 04:43:47 PM
I reckon Bill Gates would make a wonderful Satoshi Nakamoto.
Would do wonders for his image and for Microsoft's PR  Grin
797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The failure of Ethereum is complete - it is now a mere permissioned spreadsheet. on: June 21, 2016, 04:40:54 PM
My instinct is to agree that Ethereum has disappointed especially in its handling of the DAO crisis and the resultant forking discussion. That said, i am gonna reserve judgment for a little longer and see what happens
798  Economy / Services / Re: ★ Brakoo.com ★ The simplest bitcoin game - Signature campain (FULL) on: June 21, 2016, 04:38:07 PM
Payment received. I will re-enroll for another week at the new terms. Thanks.
799  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 49 days till the halving, time is flying now on: June 21, 2016, 04:35:15 PM
Well,it's 19 days to halving now and BTC has corrected 10% from the high. It's going to be pretty exciting and nerve-wracking to watch the vol over the next 3 weeks
800  Local / Alt Coins (India) / Ethereum on: June 21, 2016, 11:25:59 AM
Are there any folks here that would sell ethereum for cash?
