Traded the bitch in for a newer model. BTW, kickin' his two kids to the curb during the process, ergo anybody who thinks they're ever gonna see their moneys once on Cryptsy again best go see a doctor, for you've got serious issues. No person who doesn't give a fuck about his kids is gonna have compassion for you or your money. It was "FUCK YOU, I'M GETTIN' MINE!" since May 20, 2013, with John Hammes aka BitJohn cheerleading a month prior to Cryptsy goin' live, with John's brother-in-law, John "cup my" Ballenger, working with Mullick building and maintaining the exchange.

It is incredible that all these things came to light now:

1. Cryptsy is not the first company that Paul Vernon shutdown.

2. The divorce, and the ex-wife reporting him as a thief because of fleeing with company's capital to China.

3. Paul Vernon having a second family in China (this fact explains many things).

What I don't really understand is: why Paul Vernon did this to their community of users. It is avarice but it is not a crime that it is going to be forgotten easily. Lots of hackers and Crypto Supporters lost money there or feel empathy for the losers of this processes and are going to harass him forever and wherever he goes. It is not like stealing a candy from a kid you know.

If I were him and his team I would be scared.

Do the words "Paul doesn't give a shit!" mean anything to you? This was planned long before Cryptsy came online. That's how Paul thinks. And that's exactly how Jim Shockney, Ginny Shockney, John MacPherson and John Hammes thinks.

You are absolutely right. He really does not give a shit.I sent few times all mine findings, with complete analysis of transactions.I even managed to locate "hacker" BTC wallet where BTC from altcoins sold on different exchanges come and got not a single reply or help from them.Absolute silence. So called "hacker" left so many traces on different exchanges, but they are obviously not interesting in finding "hacker" at all.If they were, they could hire a professionals to monitor on stolen coins and alarm exchanges in realtime when this coins start to come on them. They did nothing and that is very strange for someone who lost $13M. This is also first time that thief did not put BTC in mixer after few days and that he took not just BTC but almost every valuable coin on exchange during hack which lasted for hours.Such long exposition made him so vulnerable for detection, that even Tor could not save him from it.Hackers avoid to steal altcoins ,because there are no mixers for them and they could be easily traced when start to move them to exchanges, but not this one.He was so confident and greed that hacked exchange for hours ,picking coin by coin. And no one tries to find him...

This is some sleazy stuff right there.

do you think we can still get the pre paid visa card?

The Visa card: another scam before shutting down the exchange. If they were planning to shutdown they don't start collecting money for a pre paid visa card program.

Yes it was quick money for nothing.. Completely ridiculous.
I would like my hard earned $10 cash back, what happened to that money? Hack attack? That's fiat. Fiat actually holds some weight with authorities. That was at least 3k. That's Grand theft. I'm just guessing though, I'm no lawyer.

Here are some of the coins I cant withdraw from the open wallets as I have no means of doing so. Anyone interested in buying these off me for an amount of the market price?

Why cannot you withdraw such coins if such wallets are open?. Verification tier?

No just cant find suitable exchanges/ have no wallet i.e. I dont have anywhere to store them when they come.

Also I have 427 USD in cryptsy. any way I can get that back?

No idea what to do with the fiat.

About the coins. Can you generate a wallet address with an online generator. I mean. Generate the pair public/private key and wallet address. Then you just need to copy and print the private key and wallet address for such coins and withdraw your money.

Later, you just need to keep your coins stored in your paper/cold wallets until you find a place to trade with.

For example for Nyan:

https://nyan.space/address.html?culture=es

- or -

https://www.reddit.com/r/nyancoins/comments/1wexf7/how_to_create_nyancoin_vanity_addresses_guide/

thanks my Nyan coins are now safe at least Smiley
Why would these wallet be closed? Only one reason I can think of. Maybe that new Chinese exchange bought all these coins at a discount to get their exchange populated with coins. Bulk Discount.

...

Is AML introduction in October was just coincidence or part of careful plan to smokescreen users from real problems and give more time to remove incoming funds?

When problem started in first days of October we had:

1.Withdrawals problem started
2.AML introduction
3.Bitjohn resignation
4.Divorce lawsuit beginning
5.Bitebi 9 launch

Coincidences? No,way - one old CIA spy told once - when 1 thing suddenly happens against your interests,it could be just coincidence, when 2 it is highly unlikely it is a coincidence, when 3 it is enemy action for sure.

I dont believe that starting of divorce lawsuit on 1st.October was coincidence too.

Is a divorce lawsuit had a purpose just to shield valuable personal and business properties from users exchange lawsuit by giving all valuable assets to wife and resting all toxic assets to BV? This is something we already seen when big banks left all toxic assets in old bank and removed all good ones to new bank, evading responsibility from angry investors they deliberately fucked.
...

A few months before the supposed hack you also have the opening of MN Contracts. MN was first then MN2 10,000 shares were put up. Only 5,000 were sold at .180. They supposedly used Cloud Hashing. So how did they pay Cloud hashing for 100 Terahash if they only collected 5,000 shares? Bait n Switched into the market too since it opened before 10K. This was the red flag that made me pull my bitcoin from Cryptsy and among other things like Raffling of 200 MN2 shares for 28 bitcoin total of Cryptsy points. This can only add to the overall suspicion that puts the coin in coincidence. These shares could be fake in my opinion and a way to hold people in the markets while they prepare an exit strategy. Initially Cryptsy said they were not allowed to disclose the hash provider. Coincidence??

That about MN2 shares is just tip of the iceberg.

They paid 175 BTC to Cloud Hashing for 10000 MN2 share, with ours money.

They simply took 175 BTC from "cold" wallet(  https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0c07e0bec1002bd2 )and sent to Cloud hashing on 10.Apr.2014 :

https://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/3151782bc1b3ab193b35158359fec3ed2ec36bcd3b17af4df712316d7700ca0c

Also, from same "cold" wallet they took 1222 BTC on 22.Apr.2014 (~ $550.000 worth at that date)

https://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/8d15ce38add27d4e9377b179acf927989e219eee14dcc39132d9c424a3974515

Where did that so much money go?

From 5-19.June.2014. through 3 transactions 1575 BTC( ~ $600 for 1 BTC then =   $945.000 ) fly away from Cryptsy cold wallet -  https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0c07e0bec1002bd2

In total 550,000 + 945,000 =  $1.495.000 went from Cryptsy cold wallet before 29.July hack.

After exchange hacked, with so much financial problems and ravaged by huge debt, BV has enough money to buy new house on 25.March.2015 worth $1.374.881 :

http://www.co.palm-beach.fl.us/papa/Asps/PropertyDetail/PropertyDetail.aspx?parcel=00424629130003540&

1.374.881 for new house and taken 1.495.000 from exchange - another coincidence ? or we gave loan for we even did not know to exist ?

Horus should be done with his investigation any sec down to report back to this thread with his findings as promised. Rest assured that the Freemason, Horus, filed a report with SARs about the millions missing from Cryptsy's coffer since his boss, Paul Vernon, didn't have a clue as to whom or what agency the event should be reported too.

Let's just say that Horus best have filed something for I have a feeling  Wink Wink Wink that his name is included as part of the culprits over at Cryptsy, and that it's to his best interest to start singing like a spring robin otherwise he best start exercising his ass so to accommodate all future visitors.
Is Horus really a Freemason? If so maybe Vern is too. They aren't supposed to turn on each other.

i'm having untold joy and good tidings with a high staking coin where the dev has obviously handled funds in a secretive manner which have resulted in him having access to an unknown quantity.

if you dont' believe #1 is spots, who do you think he gave 8% of the total coin count to ?
(at the time of it's initial funding that was the value of the coins, now those 8% have risen to 29% of total coin count.)

and how many other addresses do you think he controls ?

and there's always an apocalypse Smiley
or
you must be new here ...
I have tek, hyperstake, truck, bottlecaps, bitbean, and even sprouts. I haven't seen any apocalypse.
I don't think spots controls all the CUBE coins. More important to me is how many I have in comparison to the total? How much can i get? At what price? I think if you are having trouble being profitable in crypto, it's not because of anything spots is doing , its because you are asking all the wrong questions.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🎅 DigiCube 🎄 C-CEX MERCHANT 🎄 ANDROID 🎄 StakeStick Smart TV Staker on: February 03, 2016, 02:43:44 PM
here's what i find positive about Cube.

good usage for buying real products, la stake stick wedgie Catbot etc.
positive people getting excited about Cube

and negative

- excessive interest/return that will require a much stronger cap to maintain health in the long term
- dodgy coin distribution that at the very least has left spots with an undisclosed sum in the #1 richlist, and who knows how many other undisclosed stashes
- lack of communication/transparency, not just the vague distribution method but also all through the stake sticks there has been an obvious lack of communication between spots and the purchasers, once the order has been placed no further communication took place - not even a "yes you're stakestick is in the mail". and of course the whole "anonymous" dev who never actually denied ever being spots.

Are you having problems getting your stakesticks?

One man's dump is another man's discount. There is enough interest in CUBE, for Digi-merchants to use the coins they get selling products. Which I have no problems with. I see this sort of activity as redistribution anyways, distributing the coins to more people is healthy for any coin. I'm also glad to see the coin is healthy enough to purchase great products.

good perspective.

hidden coin distribution practices leading to undisclosed profit for those few involved with the coin creation should always be looked at in the long term perspective and  as healthy for any coin.

let's just ignore that similar practices have been outlawed in the "real world" and not let a bunch of hidden coins ruin a nice relationship between us trolls and shills.

i guess we should also ignore the prior fact that there isn't a healthy coin left alive where such practices have occurred, and that all those other coin lucky discount grabbing bag holders should just enjoy the simple health giving attitudes they should have.

from now on, i pledge to always troll with optimism and good will towards anyone who indulges in "scam" like ways, surely there are no shady practices that can ever end with a sad ending if everyone just stays positive.

-edit
personally i don't see the (more than) 40 btc of "interest" in Cube necessary to support it, but in an optimistic way, it's obviously there, just hidden along with the coin distribution.
i look forward to the coming dumps and the then revelation of long term interest in Cube.
You make too many assumptions for your statements to have much weight.

you're just not being optimistic enough,
pre-mines are good,
dev's mishandling funds are good,
dumps are good,
you can smile while enjoying the long term health and benefits of all sorts of assumptions  Cheesy

lol i'm all up for everything that's good in Cube.
even the bad bits make me happy to be part of the coming apocalypse.

spots could do amazing fully positive work, but he insists on hiding stuff.
mishandled funds and lack of transaparency are always the big win for long term health.

More assumptions don't add value to your words. The assumption of there being an "apocalypse" is the most laughable off all.

Is there way to hide transactions in the blockchain? We all know what the total number of coins are and how many are being created and when. Besides in the "Real World" most people think bitcoin is a scam. It's really easy to tear down someone else work. Anyone can do that. How about helping to create a coin of your own and instilling your values into that coin. That would have a greater impact on me, than just trolling.
