Over $1200 USD worth of stock in this picture alone while I get ready to open Batch 3. This is as many as I could fit in the picture, and I threw some power converters in there, too, so you can use these anywhere in the world, including global travel. There are plenty of real units to go around so piss off with the fraud shit and worry about yourselves from here on out. I will not forget the ones who have been posting and doubting. If I don't waste time replying to you in the future, you know why. Cool bananas It'll be interesting to see what happens @ the exchanges now Recovery, didn't stay down for too long, I picked up a bunch on the dip. I'm staking nicely.

well, that the citizens of crypto-maniacs, will raise the price or we will observe all falls down let's help ourselves and the community is somehow not a community at all .. I said too much no one hear me I'm increasing awareness on Cryptopia with giveaways to new address, and sprouts tipping.

|
|
Yet the price has shown stability for months? So sure, it's easy to look at other coins and say this one will fail too
But you really don't know.
Anyways I've already profited since I invested back in october
When I finally buy 10k then you start dumping. Now we can start CUBE pump. CUBE compounding interest at 2000% CUBE investor The fact that it's predictable helps. Plus you also have to consider how much is available in the market and the price holders are willing to sell at.

Horus the Walrus Get Verified! The time has come my little friends To talk of other things Of shoes and ships and ceiling wax Of cabbagges and kings And while the sea is boiling hot And wheather pigs have wings Kaloo Kalay come run away With the cabbagges and kings

Since trading fees went to 0 there never came another payout from Paul's shares either.
I didn't use cryptsy, but what sense does it make to drop trading fees to 0% when you're trying to make good on insolvency? I would have thought that collecting trading fees would be your best hope of making up the shortfall. 0% trading fee, people deposit more coins to trade for free, charge instead % for withdrawal so people leave their coins on your platform.....sounds like the perfect plan if you're coming undone with not having the coins on your books. Horus: This is a really shitty situation. I understand people are upset and have every right to be. I admit, I drank the koolaid and when people told me things were alright, I believed them whole heartedly.

Paul,
Here's another option. Sell the company - 100% - to the customers for the amount of the shortage. Distribute ownership to the depositors based on what they have trapped in the company. Then reset all balances in cryptsy to 0 and the new cryptsy get a new CEO and reopen. All coins on balance go into the exchange's reserves. Over time, cryptsy can buy shares back using it's profits. You never come back to the US again and you hold no business interest in Cryptsy.
Your liability is with the depositors. Turn the company over to the depositors. You can do this today and nobody has to wait two years for a bankruptcy proceeding.
If you are a depositor and would rather wait 2 - 3 years for a fraction paid at bankruptcy, speak up.
That is really smart. Better than nothing.

Sorry if you lost money playing Craptsy, but signs of the downfall started months ago...
Craptsy accepted an XPY Prime Controller and added pump-n-dump scamcoin(s) on the same day (007coin) "Someone" dumped 150,000 Craptsy points for BTC Craptsy, strapped for cash, adds 'sponsored coins' and 'pay-to-ban' for chat 2-3 months ago, Vern went on vacation to China(?) and has not been back(?) Complaints about stuck withdrawals started 2+ months ago Complaints got so bad that Craptsy removed chat trollbox (when not logged in?) CoinMarketCap delisted Craptsy a month ago Craptsy office in Florida was visited and they have moved out...
Prolly several things I missed, but all the warning signs of MtGox 2.0 were there... I even called them GOXtsy back in November
Horus: This is a really shitty situation. I understand people are upset and have every right to be. I admit, I drank the koolaid and when people told me things were alright, I believed them whole heartedly. Shouldn't a security investigator not accept what people say as being true. I would think a good trait for an investigator is to always be suspicious.

I’m seeking known leaders in the community who want to participate in an advisory board on how we can keep Cryptsy operational for the users. Gleb, has Paul reached out to you yet or is he lying again? If you can raise a couple million bucks, this is totally doable. Just remember the money is spent, to go to the members who are owed.

I knew something was wrong, but didn't know what. I gave my employer the benefit of the doubt and believed them and apparently it was the wrong decision. Hindsight is always 20/20 man. Even if I wanted to, there was no way for me to access our own financials to look.
You've told us several times you didn't have access to the financials. However you knew something was off and you had access to the countless customer complaints. Was that not enough of a red flag for you? You know what did it for me? A big LTC deposit was "lost" for weeks. You know how I got it back? A BBB complaint. That told me everything I needed to know and I'm just an end user. This isn't about hindsight. It's about making bad decisions when faced with information you've had the entire time. The tier system was a red flag for me. It should have bet a huge banner for the world. I want to know why this glaring disregard for basic customer rights was ignored. Coinbase wanted me to prove my business ownership, before i could use their services to sell BTC, but they had no problem allowing me to WD to Circle, where i sold my btc without issue.

Why would either of those roles have access to Cryptsy's financials?
I did investigations on customer accounts, never needing access to our own. Does someone who is an investigations officer at somewhere like HSBC have access to the banks personal financials? obviously not, because there is no need to.
If you work somewhere and can't tell things are off, you're either willfully ignoring facts in front of your face, or you're just an idiot. I don't know you so I won't take a guess as to which. I only knew things were off the last couple of months since these issues started. I had no idea what it was so I gave my employer benefit of the doubt. They said it would be fixed and I believed them. I had no idea if it was technical or financial. At the end of the day, I still had to do my job and it wasn't anything to do with this shit, believe me. I threatened to resign not long ago if I didn't hear something. I tried my best to hold on as long as I could hoping something good would come of it but it didn't. Anyways, I guess it is a bunch of shoulda-woulda-coulda's. I'll do my best to try to help in coin theft investigation, but at this point that's all I can do. A lot of people trusted you. Including me. Up to the very end when you came back in support of Cryptsy stronger than ever. That trust gave people comfort to stay. And even deposit more. This is much worse than you try to downplay it to be. You gave Crptysy more credibility than anyone else I could think of, because of the respect and authority you commanded.

The reason I created Horus, was not because I didnt want people to know I was Jd, which I have stated multiple time in public -- I created the pseudonym because I worked in anti-terrorist financing and investigations.
It's amazing how they're always the last to know about a ten million dollar theft. Why would either of those roles have access to Cryptsy's financials? I did investigations on customer accounts, never needing access to our own. Does someone who is an investigations officer at somewhere like HSBC have access to the banks personal financials? obviously not, because there is no need to. Its a credibility thing man why did so many see the problems with crptysy yet, the EXPERT was clueless. How do you expect anyone to buy that?

Well fuck.... I don't even know what to say...
I found out about the blog post when a customer called me and told me it was up. I found that irritating to say the least....
Again, I never worked with any wallets, had access to any wallets or any code. I ran investigations and customer end security ( like 2fa and getting back into hacked accounts)
This is a really shitty situation. I understand people are upset and have every right to be. I admit, I drank the koolaid and when people told me things were alright, I believed them whole heartedly. I don't know code or hardware at all, so when I was told it was a technical issue, I had faith.
Now I just look like an asshole for believing it, and for that I do apologize. Since I heard about this, Ive been sifting through dozens of emails from people with "tips" and it is exhausting to say the least. Although I am no longer paid by Cryptsy, I feel an obligation to try me best to help locate coins, whoever may have them.
In the mean time I don't mind trying to answer any questions I can and I know trolls are gonna troll hard at the moment. I'd be trolling too so I can't blame them.
I've always tried to help people since starting at Cryptsy and I find it a real shame it's come to an end like this.
I have no standing on the Tier system I was already confirmed. I thought it was implemented badly. I am concerned with how this sort of thing reflects on crypto. We were told that the reason for it was to find Terrorist accounts, which you said yourself you successfully uncovered a few. Did Crpytsy keep the money in these frozen accounts or was this whole thing a fabrication? I never believe the excuse here. The EU concluded that bitcoin is not a major factor in Terrorism. We all know Terrorist use US dollars, Gold, and Oil. What percentage does crypto play? Likely not even going to register as a percentage. Basically Crytpsy held accounts hostage in order to extort personal and private information from its customers, in a community which values its privacy. Why was Cryptsy using Terrorism as an excuse to drastically inconvenience law abiding citizens? And why did you publicly and actively support this effort?

i have 105 CIONZ how long will it take for me to stake? 1 week maybe?
Hardly. I'm in the top 20 on the list, with a single transaction and have never staked. It's been weeks. You probably will not stake for months, if ever, as long as the premine is staking. Lol, ignore this dude. You could stake anytime, the longer you wait the higher your percentage. Some people have staked with as little as 21 coins already There has been a single person who claims to have staked other than you in this thread. Link or it never happened. I have hit 9 POS stakes. I got all my coins from solo mining. Then after POW was done I combined them all into inputs of 1000~3000 coins per batch. After a day passed I combined all of the 1000 input into one 10k input and left the others at 2k~3k. Most of the 2k~3k batches have staked and so did the 10k batch. I think it was four days weight for the 2~3k batches and two days weight for the 10k batch to stake. I'm sure it may got better as the block chain moves more. http://explorer.cionz.pw/address/CRCDpfqUNnSBXv6Cfri6tLb9tSUWd4aCmZThanks for the info.
