*trace* being the key word - trace in that context means *almost undetectable*

It's probably got trace amounts of fecal matter on it as well, and 87,412 other things you don't want to know about.


I don't think that fecal matter is a fine enough powder to contaminate bills that efficiently.

Even if it's almost undetectable it still doesn't stop me from pointing out the hypocrisy of running around claiming BTC is associated with cybercrime when you have drugs on almost every single US dollar out there..

No, the U.S. sounds like a very bad option. You'd need a country where the government lets you alone doing your business as long as you don't mess with them. The Seychelles perhaps?

Basing yourself in the U.S. and registering with Fincen just renders you as less stable in our eyes, somewhere in south america would be my choice, I wouldn't however purchase coins from a south american based company unless they had already established a reputation.

Some website that phish Gox or other Bitcoin-related websites will offer you the option to play a video and ask you to download a Java application to do so. Do not allow any websites to download Java apps.

Hey guys, I have been following bitcoin for a while, and also following these forums for the past year and I finally registered to join the fun bunch of people you all are Cheesy I am creating a website, a bitcoin informative website of some kind, however, I also want to give people the ability to register with the website, and more importantly, receive a wallet address when they register. How do I go on about doing that? What can I use to give people wallet addresses? Thank you in advance!

Run bitcoin-qt as server and then use json-rpc PHP to request a new address Cheesy

Funny thing is that people claim BTC is associated with crime yet cybercrime decreases "real" crime, there has been virtually no violence associated with the illicit trade in BTC as far as I know. No stories of nerds chopping bodies up to deliver a message etc.

Most of the bills are contaminated with cocaine too (it's not a myth), so it's kind of terrifying that you would give your child a dollar bill to purchase lemonade and it would have trace amounts of dangerous narcotics on it.

We've fixed the minor bug that caused that occasionally, still working on a daily basis trying to make everything work even better and more efficiently! Currently thinking of redoing the way Hall of Fame is ranked, perhaps something along the lines of (the number of bets / 3) + (total bet amount by player).

A strange occurance has happened that you may want to look into. In game 14212 the result of this game was 32. I made a few seperate bets on this (all winning bets btw) and have an issue as below:

It just shows that while Bitcoin is working using irrefutable mathematics it is still under the personal whim of gullible people thus rendering it unstable, perhaps even more unstable because the whole thing is managed by financially unstable individuals who would sell their soul happily to wreck everything we have worked so hard for.

Kind of reminds me of how totalitarian governments acquires control, first scare the masses with the threat of terrorism (S.Dice) then ask them to surrender their rights for the government (Gavin) to protect them, then continue spewing propaganda claiming anyone to resist is a traitor.

Ideally, you would have a "tree" system where Bitcoin separates into two different builds, perhaps liberal/conservative style (even though both are identical in this case) and users would be able to "vote" to choose which build they want to download and use.
