781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whitepaper? Do you really believe 100% in any projects whitepaper?. on: August 16, 2018, 02:34:49 PM
White Paper is the one point from the list of others, and it also gives the understanding and even reputation of the whole project. More over very often you may understand wheather the idea of the project is realistic or not - because the technical side is widely presente there in good project. And it is easier to understand sometimes how the product will work and how it will becimplemented according to the roadmap. I pay attention to it as well as to other points - like the reputation of the team and their experience and others.
782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is now dying, what do you think? on: August 13, 2018, 08:23:28 AM
Ethereum is best time to buy there is a space created if it dip like that it means time to invest people look at it like ethereum is dying but nothing will happen to ETH it will still remain second coin in crypto currency market

Completely agree) The situation on the market in whole leaves much to be desired, and the situation with the Ethereum price is not the exception against the general background. Comparing the price of previous years and the price of the Ethereum nowadays, you will find out that everything is ok to tell the truth. And it is not the end of Ethereum, it is just the period. I believe in better situation. And think that it is better to wait a little and be more patient)) That person gets benefits who has a strong patience and cold mind dealing with money or cryptocurrency decisions-making.
783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the King of ICO, Do you agree? on: August 13, 2018, 08:07:49 AM
Ethereum is great and interesting coin. It is not only the father of all ICOs, but the tool, the basis for lots of projects. Lots of projects use Ethereum ERC20 Blockchain for their products. And Ethereum is the most preferable means for traders, even holders see the Ethereum as the most interesting coin among others nowadays.
784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 is not a very prosperous year for cryptocurrency on: August 12, 2018, 12:50:45 PM
Overall it's been a great year for crypto. Many countries accepted the existence of crypto and some went regulating it.
Few countries issued their own currencies and others are planning to do so.
Crypto got a lot more media attention and now a larger group of people are aware of it.

Agree - a lot of attention from the society the crypto has got and cryptocurrency became more popular but the situation in whole is not so optimistic, because for people who hold, trade and expect the rising from this popular cryptocurrency they do not get it - lots of losses, lots of frauds, lots of hopes and the result is the balance on your wallet... it still leaves much to be desired. So this year is a contradictory and uneasy year for us as well. But I am an optimist and hope for better situiation at least to the end of this year.
785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a bounty hunter? Check in now on: August 12, 2018, 12:24:15 PM
I am a bounty hunter started last March 2018, my goal is to add 1 project a day started yesterday well I've successfully added 1 yesterday and today added 4 bounty projects so now a total of 29 projects I feel so hard to manage everything where most of the campaign I joined is social media where it needs to create original article every post.

This thread is a survey:

How many projects do you promote everyday as a bounty hunter?
Is it hard to do a lot of bounty campaigns daily?
What is the best project you promoted now?

May be last year I promoted more projects, because the situation on the market was differ. And I participated in lots of bounties - social. content and signature - in whole it was not bad reward. But now the rules substantially changed, and the pool now is lower then before, lots of social bounties very often do not give the expected profit because of the huge amount of participants but this activity takes too much time - even for the reports about your work that is done every week. Lots of scam project and so on.  So the amount of projects I participate in is less then previous year. I try to choose the project more carefuly now.
786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins are going down and down on: August 11, 2018, 03:23:22 PM
Alt coin are going down and down. When can the market go up again?
For me I am holding a lot of alt coins.

Not only you feel sad. When I checked today the wallet - it was unpleasant surprise. But I would not tell that it is a tragedy.. We should be more patient and keep the situation on the pulse. Every situation has the ups and down - so just wait a little more and after the changings will come just try to react as fast as possible. It is my opinion.

788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your views on cryptocurrencies on: August 10, 2018, 01:50:13 PM
How do you view the current condition of coin prices, will it have an impact on the sustainability of cryptocurrencies?

The current situation changes all the time, and prices changes all the time - lots of factors influence on this, so all crypto coins are not stable at all, it is how the market is built. Have you ever seen the stable dollar or stable native fiat money? And what do we expect from the cryptocurrency, that is made of rises and falls? ))))) if the cryptocurrency is stable it is not the cryptocurrency.
789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Are ICOs And Are They Scammy? on: August 10, 2018, 01:08:54 PM
Of course the situation on the market with ICOs is more pessimistic now than some years ago, but it is not the end, and it is not the tragedy. It was obviously that such a "tasty topic" like opportunity to collect and get a lot of money will attract  people that are creative but not honest. But there are lots of projects with really good interesting perspective ideas and trustworthy. Of course it is sometimes very hard to identify the scam project and the trustworthy one, but it is possible))))
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can something free be a scam? on: August 10, 2018, 12:51:59 PM
Hi everybody,
Lately I am reading a lot of posts asking: is this airdrop a scam? Is that free ICO a scam?
So I am wondering how can something that doesn't cost you a penny be a scam. Sure, they get your email adress and maybe a ETH Adress, but how can you  really be scamed with only this informations? I am not talking about airdrops that require kyc registration, that for sure can be dangerous.
Cheers,

Everything may turned out to be a scam, and not always something that costs nothing. You may buy a lottery ticket, pay for it a small amount and find out that there is no winners at all there, they were just collecting money, or you may buy something luxiry - a ring, a house, and find out that its price were too high for it. Scam is when you have done your job and you were not paid for it. And so on. Just try to be attentive and try to notice the first bells that you may be deceived.
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Punishment for ICO scams! on: August 10, 2018, 12:42:53 PM
It is better to prevent than punish. How can we punish someone in case it is really hard to find these people sometimes, using their fake datum? It would be better to make some control group on this forum that will professionally check the project before the ICO start. And of course try to be more attentive and careful before investing somewhere.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just sold everything and bought Cardano! on: August 09, 2018, 05:40:44 PM
Cardano is an interesting coin of course, I am interested in it as well. BUT I would not be so sure in the bright future of one coin and would not spend all resources on a single coin. I would choose some directions, because everything that sparkle at the beginning can go out quickly at the end. It is better to rememeber about it and somehow insure yourself against losses.
793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost 80% of my bitcoins in alts, What can I do now?! on: August 09, 2018, 05:34:36 PM
I would defifnitely keep it, at the moment there is just no reason to sell these coins. I think they will return to their heights. Just now a lot of attention is focused on Bitcoin and the people come into it. Just be patient and wait a little.
794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uneducated people join Cryptocurrency? on: August 09, 2018, 05:16:54 PM
Can possible uneducated people join the Cryptocurrency?
Have one condition he have enough balance to trading. So what do you think guys?

People may be uneducated for the society - may be without the Harvard diploma or something like that but may be very experienced in practice and technically and understand sometimes even more than people with deep knowledge in theory. You know lots of examples are in the World when successful people known worldwide have few classes of the education)))))))) So cryptocurrency is not the exception.
795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust ICO Rating sites? on: August 09, 2018, 05:11:03 PM
Personally I do nut trust to the ICO rating sites. I try to analyse the data that I can find and collect aout the project itself, the team, advisors, and try to understand their idea and strategy - after I make the conclusion, very often I ask for advise my close friends who are in crypto and aftr make the final conclusion about the project.

797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is facebook creating their own crypto? on: August 05, 2018, 10:51:20 AM
About the Algebraix heared nothing, first heard about it from your post. And what about the Facebook and their own crypto heard a lot, but there were lots of of rumours and nothing else happened - like official announcement. So now the own Facebook crypto is still the rumours only. Will see.
798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would make you trust an ICO? on: August 05, 2018, 10:32:36 AM
Hi all,
I am part of the Maxdata.io team.
As part of an ICO marketing team - you always strive to show your ICO in the most transparent and candid way possible.
So I decided to ask you the community - What would make you trust an ICO?

All answers will be highly appreciated!

Thanks
GL:HF

Lots of factors - good informative website and of course informative technically good White Paper, the experienced and professional team, open and communicative members of the team with society - it shows they are not afraid of straight questions, the Roadmap that is realised step by step, managers of the project that work with society in active and open manner, the interviews with CEOs and developers, and of course realistic and perspective idea. These are first things that I pay attention to. After that of course I pay attention to he token, its listing, its functionality, the amount of hardcap and terms of realisation of the product.
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum is waiting for what? on: August 04, 2018, 07:37:04 AM

Completely agree that big things strart from the little steps, and it takes a lot of patience, strenthes, resources and time. Everyone would like to get the Ethereum like the coin of high price with rapid rising. But taking into account the whole market situation even there the Ethereum holds good position nowadays. But you should look at the Ethereum not only like the separate coin, but on the whole market and the Ethereum in it. So that you will notice that Ethereum is the most desired coin after Bitcoin.
