Well IMO I think ill prefer bitcoin wallet than banks.  Ill prefer it because bitcoin is decentralized and it is easier to send money with it. Banks on the other hand is hard to add and withdraw money because of lines and not portable. I guess you're never using e banking or anything similar so you think paying thing through bank is as tradicional and ancient as age of stone when the simplicity and the speed is almost the same, do you even using debit card or credit card to compare the speed with btc? I think they are just only posting here without truly understanding what they are really posting. Unless anyone didn't try how banks works they will never know what benefits of using it. They use bitcoin first so it's common they will choose bitcoin. But it not right to state sh*t comments about banks where in reality you didn't have an experience of using it. How come you compare it without really using it in actual?? Like those other posters here, "bitcoin is safe, banks aren't" , "bitcoin will grow, banks low interest" etc. Such a sh*t post. For me its just the bitcoin transaction confirmation is the only problem in bitcoin as far as i discover now
I think if you were a man whose patient, the problem was not too big, but I see most users are not the patient type. so it seems this problem should be quickly solved i doubt that it is a huge problem to be honest and i think that the confirmations are actually a good thing because it allows the transactions not to be faked, though thats just my opinion the important thing is the transaction itself which should reach you immediately and without any hesitation and many businesses are ok with it too. and the confirmation is fast most of the time if you include enough fees with it. Yes if you include enough fees then I don't think there will be delay in confirmation time, and that is not a major problem for me, as overall I am very much satisfied with the features of bitcoin. Sometimes, many people are forget to put a reliable fee for their transaction and this can make delay in their transaction, but there is a people think the tax charge is high because they only make a transaction with little amount and the fee I become higher than amount of transaction, because this is not recommended to make transaction with little amount. |

Well I don't got any big problem in using bitcoin. I just don't like sometimes the speed of transaction confirmation but it is still good. Well its not that big of a problem but it is sometimes irritating when the btc is urgently needed.
The issue here we are facing is that bitcoin is only a virtual currency that cannot be used for offline transactions as there are no physical bitcoins available. If there were physical bitcoins, then we need not wait for any confirmation but here miners also who mine bitcoins need to get rewarded for their work. that's become a problem for a lot of people too rarely to find the offline store can accept bitcoin. it's why there is a lot of people is not interested in using bitcoin. miners maybe are must have a rewarded for their work because the miners giving a big contributing for bitcoin. with the difficulty to mining bitcoin is always going up, in my opinions, the miners must have a different achievement for them. |

Not that I have that many (I wish!), but how would you store >100 Bitcoins? The easy answer is just to say "create 1 offline/cold wallet and put them all in". But what about risk management? IE how do you store a very large value of coins while managing risk against hackers, forgetting passwords, the obvious need for at least 1 hot wallet, portability, easy of use, house fires, EMP bomb's (lol), or if a foreigner had to flee a country while taking no assets etc etc. I'm looking for real responses and ideas. Please keep the trolling to a minimum  maybe I can use mixing service from various parties to store my amount, above 100 BTC it's very big amount man, you need to put a more security for them. not centralized you amount because if you getting a crime you will lose all of your amounts. |

yeah I think you should be more cautious again on a new site that is not so reliable. do not try investing with a large amount or with the same password on your email. because usually many of them to save the password and email to do hacking be careful that's true just example several time ago a lot of people is getting hacked on hashocean account and many people is put same user id or password of hashocean and bitcoin talk account and then a lot of bitcoin talk account is getting hacked at the same time. never to try put same password and id in different site because this is very risky for you. |

You are right, bitcoin wallet is doing instant transactions and I would say both of them bank and bitcoin wallet are secured. And still both of them are vulnerable to hackers. But I would not choose only one from them. It is better to use them both. I making income from Signature campaign , earlier i had invested on cloud mining sites but those turned in to scam.
Better to buy bitcoins and hold for longer and once price goes high we can sell it .

The main reason is they don't know how to use it or earn it, if they are taught how to earn then they will definitely start using it in future.
maybe what's stopping them is their lack of knowledge about bitcoins. Or maybe they just don't see bitcoins as a sound alternative to paper money that they are used to be using.
