7921  Other / Meta / Re: Need to talk to theymos about minds.com can offer minds tokens for help. on: September 10, 2018, 10:31:00 AM
You can find more information about Bitcointalk trust system here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=211858.0. You can try to PM theymos, but it's not likely that he will reply, because he is getting lot of messages every day and he don't have time to answer all of them. If you wont get reply I think that you shouldn't try to copy trust system.
P.S. I think you have to move this thread to Meta board.
7922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are transaction costs like these days? on: September 10, 2018, 10:20:05 AM
Well, transaction fees are really low recent days. Even if you want to make priority transaction, it will only cost you some cents. Just remember fees that we had last year - you had to spend $10-20 for transaction and wait from several hours to several days to get confirmations. Now Bitcoin transactions are cheap and fast.
I don't know how much it costs to withdraw money from Localbitcoins because I'm not using it, but according to this link https://localbitcoins.com/fees their fees are dynamical and based on current network status. So, I predict that you wont be charged big withdrawal fee.
While withdrawals from some other exchanges are still quite expensive, some of them charge 0.001 BTC fee. Probably they still didn't lowered fees because they don't want to be used as Bitcoin wallets.
7923  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Does any of you spend bitcoin in physical shops? on: September 09, 2018, 10:43:38 PM
No. In my city there are no physical shops accepting Bitcoin currently. There are some physical shops accepting Bitcoin in my country, but it's located only in bigger cities.
Month ago I had chance to purchase new smartphone using Bitcoins, but I choose to pay in EUR then. I decided not to spend Bitcoin for this purchase because it's price was very unstable in these days and there was risk to spend to much money on that phone.
So, I'm spending Bitcoins in online stores only. And I can say that I already made quite many purchases using Bitcoin as payment method.
7924  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Buying from bitcoin.com? on: September 09, 2018, 05:29:45 PM
Are they trustworthy? Well, I didn't saw scam accusations against them, but personally I don't trust Rodger Ver, as I see other comments in this thread I'm not only one.
I don't like them because they are spreading propaganda against Bitcoin and shady promoting their Bitcoin Cash. Bitcoin Core - wtf is that? It can really confuse less experienced people. At least they're not calling Bitcoin Cash as Bitcoin here.
7925  Economy / Exchanges / Re: C-CEX.com Trusted, Secure & Friendly Exchange Since 2013. 200+ Alts,USD,Low Fees on: September 09, 2018, 10:59:53 AM
After long time I tried to login to my C-CEX account, but got "user not found message". Seems that they deleted my account, as I see more people have same problem like me. At least I didn't had money on my C-CEX account. I also tried to open new account, but guess what happened - confirmation message didn't arrived to my email. Now when I read this thread I feel that it would be better to avoid this exchange...
7926  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Overview of faucet scripts on: September 08, 2018, 10:50:59 PM
bitcoins4free.ml/faucet-scripts/
Updated!
If you want to make your own faucet, please check my full list of faucet scripts. There you will find some useful addons for faucet also.
7927  Economy / Micro Earnings / Faucet.ly microwallet on: September 08, 2018, 07:51:14 PM
Recently I found new microwallet, called Faucet.ly https://faucet.ly/
Did anyone tried it? Acording to their stats they have 37 faucets currently and already paid over $400. They support Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin currencies.
Faucet.ly have their own faucet script, but API documentation looks very similar like on other microwallet services.
I saw their advertisement on Bitcointalk ad slots, what isn't a cheap way to advertise, so it means that they have initial budget and it can be legit service. Offcourse, it also can be revival of Epay.info Cheesy. What do you think about it?
7928  Other / Meta / Re: User nominated names of possible moderators for forum. on: September 08, 2018, 04:28:12 PM
It's not likely that theymos will appoint mod based on a poll results. But still, I vould like to share my opinion based on what I see on Bitcointalk. krishnapramod would be a great mod, he made a lot of good reports. LoyceV and Iasenko would be a great choice. They are great at reporting and catching spam bots. I'm not sure about few other guys mentioned here. Some don't want or just don't have time to be a mod, others aren't reporting posts. How you can appoint mod who don't have big number of reported posts.
Anyway, appointing new mods can make situation better only a little. Having a lot of mods is only a fight with consequences of spam, something has to be done to remove reasons of spam.
7929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Games Prediction Thread on: September 08, 2018, 02:59:00 PM
League D is an embarrassment, who's going to watch those games? LOL

I really like this Nations League, we won't have those stupid friendlies (like Germany vs San Marino, with a ridiculous 8-0 score) but actually competitive games, it incentives teams to use their best squads as the top teams wouldn't want to get relegated and smaller teams are going to fight for a spot in a higher division.
Still we will had matches like Germany vs San Marino, because Euro/World Cup qualifiers will still remain. Euro 2020 qualification will start next year.
In Nations league there are already few unexpected results like Italy vs Poland 1:1, but it's not sensational score. Best match of today is England vs Spain.
7930  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Uzbekistan Opens Door to Cryptocurrency Exchanges ! Will this help to UZB? on: September 08, 2018, 11:22:32 AM
It would be good to post link to article, not just title of it:
www.ccn.com/uzbekistan-opens-doors-for-cryptocurrency-exchanges-with-tax-benefits/amp/
I don't think it's important news. It's not likely that many exchanges will be interested to register their business in a country like Uzbekistan, especially when there are quite strict requirements from Uzbekistan government - big initial capital, KYC policy, servers in Uzbekistan. Mostly new exchanges will continue to register business in tax heaven countries as it already common, others will choose developped countries like UK, Germany, Japan and others.
P.S. this topic doesn't belongs to Beginners board, move it to Bitcoin discussion or exchanges.
7931  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Your Public Key is Your Identity on: September 08, 2018, 11:02:11 AM
Yeah, public key can be used to identify people in crypto world. I think it's quite similar to bank account. Public key is like your bank account number and private jey is like a PIN code.
It's really important to know how to use Bitcoin address and signed message for identification. It can help to recover Bitcointalk account, prove that you hold needed amount of Bitcoin when you are escrow agent, lender or smth similar. This is why it's very important to use wallet which allow to sign a message from your public key.
On the other hand, public keys can help to hide your identity. People who want privacy always use new Bitcoin address for every transaction. Use of Bitcoin mixers also helps to increase privacy, hide source of Bitcoin if it was received in illegal ways.
@DropOnBy_1b

Why would you bump an old post with a totally unrelated answer?

That link of yours is shady as hell. I wouldn't click on it either.
Just use "Report to moderator" button and mods will delete offtopic spam.
7932  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet on: September 07, 2018, 03:57:47 PM
coinpot seems not able to load at my side, any one has the same problem?

Yup. Same.
Coinpot website still not available. But all their faucets works fine all day long and I'm claimining without problems.
7933  Other / Meta / Re: Have we left "Bitcoin Discussion" board for spammers, forever?? on: September 06, 2018, 08:04:17 PM
P.S. My opinion is that it is necessary to introduce the KYC, with the provision of documents and selfi with a passport.
Once this is done, immediately 20% less will become accounts, trust me.
Not sure if you're really serious here. Do you really think it is necessary to introduce KYC here, in this forum, to reduce the amount of accounts spamming threads? Oh boy, oh boy, this, in my belief will never happen and will not solve much. Don't get me wrong. I feel you and I understand that you are trying come up with something to help the forum but this is just impossible.
I'll just add quote about KYC on Bitcointalk :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3097811 :
I'll get right on that, just as soon as hell freezes over.
7934  Other / Meta / Re: Let’s do an experiment: allow signatures on the Ivory Tower for one month. on: September 06, 2018, 07:44:41 PM
I think it's a bad idea. If signatures will be enabled and no dedicated mod appointed it will just become another board full of spam. Despite that signatures are disabled in Serious discussion, it's still quite section. People still posting there despite that they wont get paid.
Why people aren't posting in Ivory Tower? I think the reason is same why boards like Bitcoin technical support aren't very active also. To post there you need to have more than basic knowledge about subject. And maybe many people don't know what Ivory Tower means and why this section has been created , they just skip this section. Personally, I have to Google what does Ivory Tower means exactly Cheesy

UEFA Nations league starts today. Here are all groups:

Teams which will win A, B, C, D group will get spot in Euro 2020. This tournament was created to replace friendly games mainly. What are your thoughts about it, will you watch this tournament. Today we will have interesting match between France and Germany.
7936  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advice on creating a decent [ANN] wanted. on: September 06, 2018, 12:17:27 PM
Well, just open Announcements board and you will see how decent ANN threads looks. If you don't know how to create ANN yourself, I suggest to hire one of these designers:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1610428.0
You're Newbie and you can't post images on Bitcointalk until you will become Jr. Member. To remove this restriction you have to purchase Copper membership.
7937  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [FREEBITCO.IN] Amount for disable captcha? on: September 04, 2018, 08:34:03 PM
I think that information posted by TryNinja is outdated. I checked my Freebitco.in account and I have to depisit 0.00825801 BTC t play without captcha. But I got much more from free rolls than 0.008 BTC.
Is also possible in freedoge.co.in?
I can't confirm if this feature is also available on FreeDogecoin, but it's most likely possible since they are owned by the same person.
No, it's not possible. Freedoge.co.in have very limited features compared with Freebitco.in. Eventually it will be merged with Freebitco.in.

First, this is wrong board, move your thread herehttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=234.0
Digital goods > accounts and invites.
Secondly, this is Bitcoin forum, why you are looking to buy account using PayPal?
And advice - if you don't want to get scammed - always use trusted escrow when you buying/selling things online.
7940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: September 04, 2018, 07:39:19 PM
@LTU_btc. In what year will Sebastian Vettel's contract in Ferrari end? I reckon he might need another extension to win a championship with them and before he transfers to Mercedes hehehehe.
If I remember correctly, last year he signed new 3 years contract with Ferarri. I wouldn't be surprised if he will extend this contract for more seasons.
Vettel to Mercedes? Now it looks impossible. But in future - why not? But it only can happen if Lewis wil leave Mercedes or he will retire.
