7941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on the new merit system? on: January 30, 2018, 03:25:40 PM
This is an Altcoin Discussion board so topics here shouldn't be about the forum.

Can we just stop creating new threads about merits?

Main discussion about merit here Merit & new rank requirements.

7942  Economy / Services / Re: LoyceV's Bitcoin Fork claiming guide (and service) on: January 30, 2018, 01:36:04 PM
We are already having similar list here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2591813.0
That's only a list of upcoming/past bitcoin hard forks.

Thanks LoyceV for this great guide on how are we going to claim those free coins out there.

Also good luck to your service.
7943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: u think myerherwallet.com on: January 30, 2018, 01:18:18 PM
yes i am responsible my pvt key u thin am not safe him?
am save him whre am safe my others btc, etc,xrp ,doge etc wallet key and password
and before login am check my ether wallet green baar corect
all safe but only this one  un safe ?  why?
so myetherwallet not safe not secure not sport not sms , e mail verification not a pincode
this is myetherwallet falt, u think not need these securities? other wallet fullish?
I'm trying to understand what you are really trying to say.

But base on your explanation it seems that you have lost your private key and you think that your coins aren't safe anymore?

As you mentioned MEW, it's only a wallet for ETH and ERC20 tokens so if you have btc, xrp, doge you can't store it there.

There are many other ways to make your MEW account safe and also don't keep on clicking unusual and untrusted links everywhere on internet.

Thanks all but i tried the famous escrow's but non of them reply yet after 2 days.
That's why i create this topic.
Also those who have red trust don't even think that i may fall to this.
I need trusted escrow not scamers

Two morons spotted . Trust is definitely not all that matters . I have earned people's trust as well as criticism based on 'morons' reviews

The heck, calling the one who's looking for an escrow a moron? Look who's talking, he'll definitely not going to trust you the way you talk to others.

Trust is definitely not all that matters?

This is what theymos' says about trust.

Pharmacist himself is a scammer .

He was being sarcastic in other words he was joking. Use C-Cex at your own risk, read more about them in scam accusations, just use the search bar and type any exchange's name, you'd find what all scammy shit they have done.

I'm a big fan of localbitcoins as well.

I'd recommend it to you without a doubt.

Thanks a lot but
Localbitcoins do not look like trading.
You are looking for a fiat --> bitcoin trade right? Localbitcoins is the right place for you if you want to have lower fees.

To know more about their fees --> https://localbitcoins.com/fees

But there is also another section here in forum where you can do that trade at Currency exchange, this is just an alternative if the fees on the chosen exchange is still high for you.

Having a P2P deal there needs a reliable escrow.

7948  Economy / Services / Re: My experience dealing with the so-called accelerator services on: January 29, 2018, 10:04:39 AM
Some members of this forum even sent me private messages, saying they would help accelerate my transactions with ridiculous amount of fees.
Its better if you'll expose on who are those members that tried to offer you a fake accelerator so others will be aware on who they are.

The lesson is the suggested fees in the Bitcoin Core is quite good!
Yes it is and fees now are quite low so no need to worry about high recommended fees.

And, if it was possible to pay very small fees for a transaction and then use a free accelerator to get your transaction through then I guess no one would have been concerned about the increment of transaction fees of Bitcoin.
I saw some transactions that paid low fees but I don't know on how it went confirmed, maybe they were lucky but to think that they have been accelerated by those "free" accelerators and will put a small quote that tip is appreciated, LOL.

Everyone can try every accelerator that is listed here FREE BTC Tx Accelerators. Stop paying for something that is free!.
7949  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Problems with selling altcoin on Yobit on: January 29, 2018, 09:50:49 AM
hi everyone, i bought some Pac coin on Yobit with doge coin and i put it for sell for btc, the problem is there's no buy orders on this market but there's many sell orders yet many buys in the trade history; and the sell orders are huge there's a huge amount with about 22 billions of pac  that correspond to my sell price which is 0.00000001 btc; now i'm stuck with my Pac and i don't know what to do is it gonna work ,
You can see on how many buy and sell orders are there. By the time you purchased that PAC coin, you are aware that you need to hold it for so long?

Next time don't buy something that doesn't have volumes of sell/buy orders or you can do nothing but to wait for someone who is willing to buy/sell that coin.

will i have to wait until all this amount is sold? can anybody explain this to me plllllllllllllllllllllllllllllz. so i wont do the same mistake again. thanks
Yes, everyone here gave you a detailed answer though.
7950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: YoBit not responding to emails. on: January 29, 2018, 09:38:14 AM
I wonder on why it bothers you to have a yobit account? I thought this thread is all about another cancer problem of yobit about withdrawal / deposit thing.

But you shouldn't bother yourself if you are thinking not to use your account there anymore. Just don't use them at all and forget that you have an account there.

Another thing that your account is also 3 weeks old so what's the important thing if your account gets deleted?

Ignore and don't use them, simple as abc.
7951  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Belarus has legalized Bitcoin on: January 29, 2018, 09:26:50 AM
This news was published since December 2017 and it's a positive one.

https://news.bitcoin.com/belarus-legalizes-cryptocurrencies-icos-tax-free/

I wonder on how many whales from countries who banned bitcoin will start to migrate to Belarus?

Blockchain technology is also starting to bloom its usage from banking system to different tier businesses so this means that crypto's are being recognized.
7952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: January 29, 2018, 09:14:32 AM
Everyone is afraid of hackers. We don't know when and where they are coming from. Crypto is a serious thing, it's already treated as financial assets so if his wallet has been stolen it's alarming that everyone isn't safe.

How to protect yourself from hackers attacks?
There are many ways to protect yourself from hackers. Buying hardware wallet, printing your balance and make your own paper wallet.

Don't put too much balances on exchanges that's one of the riskiest thing ever, an exchange can be hacked and we can't tell if your funds will be gone together with those hackers.
7953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrops Are Everywhere...Still Catching Them? on: January 27, 2018, 11:10:20 AM
I don't join airdrops or being engaged with it but this is new to me.
I noticed that there are airdrops spread for the purpose of getting referrals to another airdrop...am sure you guys have seen this lately.

They are upgrading for increasing their referrals and this is also a good awareness raise for airdroppers out there.

Without a good team behind, any project whether using airdrops or not, will just be nothing. A team with a good vision, plans and strategies can pull a coin up in value sooner or later.
No good market cap = worthless.

Airdrops...airdrops...just a waste of time?
Sometimes it is for useless projects but there are times that it is a blessing in disguise for others.
7954  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is bitcoin legal in Pakistan? on: January 27, 2018, 10:35:20 AM
This guy is probably living in Pakistan Abdussamad.

And you can see he's wearing a signature that says "Bitcoins Pakistan" that will bring you here https://bitcoinspakistan.com/

To support this one, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory tells that in Pakistan bitcoin is legal but trading isn't regulated.

Yeah, that's one of the helpful members I know of from Pakistan, and you might see others in the Meetings section. I personally know a few Pakistanis who even from 2012 (computer security students mainly) played around with Bitcoin, there were quite a few digital currency traders even from those days based especially in Islamanad, Karachi and Lahore... who of course picked up Bitcoin into their portfolio.

That said, just because Bitcoin isn't illegal there, doesn't make it legal, at least not in the context that most people think ("not against the law" or "permitted by law". In fact, the link you point to indicates Bitcoin is legal but then goes on to say that digital currencies are not recognised by the state.

Basically, we take the stance of legal until specified as illegal.

I admired that guy for being helpful at the alternative clients section and I loved reading his posts helping others.

That's true that just because it isn't illegal there it doesn't mean that bitcoin is legal. Their government is still might be in the phase of recognizing the pros and cons of bitcoin.

As for OP, I guess you had enough info and these are your countrymen trading now. - https://localbitcoins.com/country/PK
7955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How do bounty managers keep track? on: January 27, 2018, 10:20:46 AM
So how do you (bounty managers) keep track of the participants. Including wether they still have their signature, count the posts they made in this week, twitter things etc.
I'm not a bounty manager either but are you trying to ask because you are a potential campaign/bounty manager?

Not really, i was just wondering if there is a market for making an application that just goes through the Google Slides, checks users, how many posts they made, what signature they wear, and then fill the data back to google slides. Perhaps also gets their recent posts and does some text analysis on them (to eliminate spam posts etc.) which could give user a rating of how 'good' their posting is (or bad).
I thought you are starting to make your own career as a bounty manager.

Look at the google spreadsheets of each bounties, they have their own style, putting time stamp, starting post count etc.

And there's no way to automate it not until someone who will develop it exclusively to make their job easier. There are campaigns before that are automatically counting post, like bitmixer.
7956  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Yobit.net | Problem on Deposit on: January 27, 2018, 09:46:15 AM
They dont answer any ticket !!!! my transaction done 20 days ago and i cant see in my account
What can you expect to an exchange that is one of the slowest support response?

By reading back the recent posts on this thread you seem to be very annoyed on how it is taking so long with your problem.

If after several days still no answer from their support for your ticket, send them another one. And when they do, start withdrawing everything you stored there.

it was my first deposit and amount is very high around 1300 usd, i trust and i lost all money on there, i have already sent 5 ticket (4 english 1 russian language ) also they are not answering, my transaction also done in 1 hour. so please all users be careful before deposit to Yobit ! thank you i will reply when i get answer from them. !

That's really a big amount, why you trusted them with that amount in the first place? Aren't you aware that they have the most unhelpful support of all time?

If I'm not mistaken, its owners are Russian so they will get into your ticket. I've seen problems that are resolved and helped by them but yours is taking so long.

Just hope that they will catch up your ticket ASAP and once it is solved, get out of them and forget that they are existing.
7957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for bounty manager job on: January 27, 2018, 09:20:43 AM
I would like to suggest you some tips, make an attractive thread first no one will hire you if you post like this.
Agree on this, start making your own thread on what you are offering and if you are focusing of managing bounty campaigns, try to show on what skills you have and why they should hire you.

It's not enough that you will only say this way
If you ICO needs a bounty manager, look me up. Thanks

That's not a professional way of finding a job that suits your passion. Remember that you are looking for a job and you don't market yourself that way.

Good luck!
7958  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why don't people realize the problems with cloud mining? on: January 27, 2018, 09:01:22 AM
What's so hard to understand here and why are people, joining into this cloud mining scam?
Lack of knowledge and everything that they are searching out is all about profiting in cryptocurrency or mainly with bitcoin.

As the popularity of bitcoin starts to pop the entire world, they starting to search what bitcoin really is and how to earn it. And the result is they ending up reading beginners guide and the first on the list of earning is through mining.

They are not aware that cloud mining is different from the real one so they end up being a victim and investing to these scams.

It's quite obvious, greed.
True!
7959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hitbtc has taken my money I have to do on: January 26, 2018, 09:49:12 AM
Never used hitbtc but if this happens the greatest thing that you have to do is to contact or send them a complain ticket.

But what happened is this
I spent four days writing multiple applications thanks to support but full silence.
There's no reply from the ticket he sent.

It seem that you are not the only one that has this problem, a lot of complainants in this thread too - HitBTC scam!
