why is the sale of 5500 coins less than 2 days long? was expecting for the 5500 coin sale to last at least 4 days or so. thanks
Check the OP. fyi. time estimates were based on 10 minute bitcoin blocks.. due to increase hashrate.. block times have been averaging 8.5 minutes, so expect levels to come faster. https://blockchain.info/statshttps://blockchain.info/charts/hash-rate

For the Bro ICO, is the passphrase supposed to be the "Brainwallet" ?
No. Where did you get this from? Hi then how do we use the passphrase to redeem our BRO after ico. didnt get any private public key the passphrase decrypts your seed, (eseed: breakout-wallet-{btcaddr}.json) used in a deterministic private key generator. my bad - never heard it referred to as brainwallet b4.

D. Approx 700 btc goal for initial phase E. If the total amount of btc raised falls short of the proposed 700 btc amount, we will raise the remaining amount through a "private" sale. F. Once the 700 btc criteria is met, the "coin sale" will end. G. Remaining coins will be sold at a later date to be announced by Breakout Coin on this forum.
Can you enumerate exactly which pools of coins will come with Bergstake? And throw in examples if there are any contingencies. Thanks! technically all coins have Bergstake.. Bergstake is defined as the coinbase transaction that creates the coin. There is a plan to "burn" the Bergstake from the 7 million promotional coins. 10 million coins will be sold before launch, and 2.5 million will be retained for devs. Breakout Coins have Bergstake. neither can be created without the other.

Besides Poker, all other segments are Perfectly Legal in United States.
Actually, contrary to popular belief, online poker isn't illegal in the U.S. I dare someone to show me one law on the books that makes online poker illegal. There are still many sites that offer online poker to U.S. residents. Most of the laws that FTP and PS violated involved bank fraud and money laundering. FTP was accused of running a ponzi scheme because they couldn't pay back their players. PS struck a deal with the DOJ to purchase FTP assets and part of the deal involved them leaving the U.S. market forever. That's how it came to be that US citizens can't play on Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker. This was from a 2011 Forbes article. "On the Friday before the Christmas weekend, the Department of Justice revealed that it had changed one of its most important and long-held positions on Internet gambling, stating that the federal Wire Act of 1961 only applies to sports betting. The new position on the Wire Act marks a huge shift for the Justice Department, which has long relied on the law when asserting that all forms of Internet gambling, especially online poker, is illegal.
“The Department’s Office of Legal Counsel (“OLC”) has analyzed the scope of the Wire Act, 18 U.S.c § 1084, and concluded that it is limited only to sports betting,” U.S. Deputy Attorney General James Cole wrote in a letter on Friday."look up at washington state laws thats says online gambling is illigal in the state. ten yrs in prison for online gambling. goddamn child molester gets less than that!!!! time to breakout of those draconian laws. gaming will eventually go the way of marijuana and alcohol prohibition.

is it okay/safe to send BTC from exchanger like bittrex or BTER to participate the ICO? it will be safe as long we save the json file rite?
you must use www.breakoutcoin.com when sending from a third party. the webapp creates a new bitcoin address (btcaddr) that you control with your password and breakout-wallet json file. so yes, it perfectly fine, and the site was designed specifically for these cases. feel free to follow the instructions and send from the exchange to the bitcoin address in the instructions.

As an example if someone participates in the coin sale and receives 10000 bro coin with 10000 Bergstake. How many bro coins would he receive out of the newly released 1000000 coins each year?
expected amount would be 800, assuming all bergstake holders are actively "bergstaking" 24/7 365.

The Terms and Conditions need to be amended to reflect the new Terms and Conditions.
@ Jay
You haven't answered my previous questions:
1.- Will there ever be no more than the 10 million bergstake that is offered in the ICO?
2.- Will these 10 million be enough to secure the network?
Thanks.
1. there will be exactly 12.5 million Bergstake, forever. 2. I would think so, as long as the reward is incentive enough to "mine". also the gaming company has a vested interested in securing the coin, and would educate holders to continuously run full "mining" nodes.
