We at Quantum1Net would like to bring certain facts to the light regarding Jonathan Jogenfors's recent attack upon us. Jonathan is in the business of creating a product directly competing with ours, a "quantum bitcoin" ( https://arxiv.org/abs/1604.01383) making the motive behind his attacks dubious. In addition, Jonathan have not had any special access our work and is thus unable to make any statement about it's veracity. We have been in contact with Jonathan and offered him to review our work, an offer he refused, instead opting to attack us. Jonathan demanded access to our proprietary research without signing an NDA, and when refused this he attacked us on social media and has made unsourced claims defaming our product and reputation.  We would also like to point out that Jonathan registered an account on BitcoinTalk solely to attack our product, in addition, his reddit history pertains almost exclusively to cars. This “review” of our ICO is his first foray into that kind of work, which again plays into the fact that our product is in direct competition with his “quantum bitcoin” We will contact our legal advisors and LiU, we also advise Jonathan to do the same. |

In this case, photons, and not timestamps, would be transported over the network, and the system would be protected by the no-cloning theorem. I have some preliminary questions about your yellow paper:

This implies that V_i and V_s are in superposition not that they are entangled.
Perhaps you meant `|gamma> = 1 / sqrt(2) (|V_i>|V_s> + |H_i>|H_s>)` ? If so you may want to rewrite that section to clarify it.

How are Alice and Bob authenticated with the device sending the time stamps? i.e. How does the device know it is sending the time stamps to the correct Alice and Bob?
Thank you for noticing it, it should read `|G> = 1/sqrt(2)(|H,H> + |V,V>) for Type-I (potentially should also add a phase shift, like |G> = 1/sqrt(2)(|H,H> + Exp(i O)|V,V>)` we'd correct that. Authentication of the client was considered outside of the scope of the paper so it was not mentioned. It short, there is a 3 way communications: A and B are connencet via P2P and have unique IDs. The P2P connection has its own unique ID, which is also reported to the server. Using that data server will stream separate timesamps to both clients. The timestamps are aligned on the server when 3-way connection is established and immidetaly removed from the queue when requested via socket. If another device, even moking the same ID tris to interfere and request timestams from the server, timestamps will become misaligned, making it impossible to geberate an encryption key. It will also result in detection of a 3rd (unauthorized) client, and session will be terminated. New ID will be generated a new session will start. In addition, we are designing our device so it is capable of Quantum key distrubution configuration, when actual photons are sent via finber network between 2 devices (in this case one device is A and another B) and no timestamps aer sent over conventional networks. |

For silver tokens the cap is 15 million. I think that if they reach this number they will close the presale early. Hard cap is 15mil EUR, but soft cap is 3,5mil EUR. |
