81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: March 18, 2018, 07:51:37 PM
The long time king of the Cryptocurrency seems to be struggling now to keep up with the pressure of some of other cryptocurrencies.

Ethereum seems to be the most challenging opponent for Bitcoin right now and Bitcoin seems to fall apart against it. In a few past days its been clear that with the up of Ethereum, Bitcoin falls and that clearly indicates that finance is being transferred from Bitcoin to Ethereum.

Earlier that was not the case, earlier whenever Bitcoin goes up, it used to pull all the cryptos with it but now things are changing, Ethereum clearly is now out of the league of Bitcoin and is in its own now and is pulling the finance from BTC.

For me. This is the ideal time to invest in Ethereum.
if Bitcoin is compared to Altcoin, it is definitely the main Bitcoin. I really like Bitcoin, because although in any market, Bitcoin is still stable and able to rise. therefore if I choose between Ethereum and Bitcoin. surely I prefer Bitcoin.

Well it seems to me that they are now on par in popularity. Just Bitcoin has taken the lead in its time and does not let it go. The Ethereum just can't catch up with him in terms of capitalization.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethreum the new king of crypto? on: March 18, 2018, 07:48:48 PM
Hello Folk, is it the time for ethreum to lead from the front ? As bitcoin is going through rough ride along with other altcoins but ethreum is turning out to be more stable platform for investment and also new ICO's are based on ethreum. Do you think Ethreum will dethrone bitcoin from 1st rank of crypto this year?
Ethereum is a good coin, interesting and a lot of fans. compared to other Altcoin Ethereum much better than them. but Ethereum still has not been able to defeat Bitcoin. yes, we know itself Bitcoin is the best coin ever. and his position can be said to be the king of all coins.

You are now brought to all the truth which almost everyone knows. Not even surprised. The meaning of your post? If only he was? Yes, Ethereum is a good coin, but Bitcoin is better at the moment. So what?
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in ICO, still promising? on: March 17, 2018, 08:09:12 PM
It is not not so attractive like it was a year ago, but it is still. There are too many of them appearing every day, so you have to do a lot of research before you decide which of them are promising. If you do that and you have a little bit of luck, then you can earn some nice amount of money.

Of course, it's worth it. If I was advised to participate in ICO Neo, now I would never even thought about money. And so as i preference is to keep everything in Hold. It would be so.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: altcoins for 2-3 years holding! on: March 17, 2018, 08:05:10 PM
Hey guys, I wanna hold some alts for 2-3 years. Can you advise me some? I am thinking about Bitquance, XVG, OMG, NEO....anything else?
For me the coins that I would like to hold for moer than 2-3 years should bring in real value. Among your list I really like NEO. Since you are into NEO check THEKEY also. TKY is to NEO as Civic is for Ethereum. Another proejct that I am bullish about is Storm, they already have a working app with about 350k users using it.

Well, all that now goes to Neo and will come out in the future is by default already good projects, as I doubt that the developers will want to quarrel with the government and not check the projects that use their platform.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: March 17, 2018, 08:01:55 PM

Yes. Cryptocurrency has entered our lives and won't go no where. The market will grow and develop, and the cryptocurrency will be built into our lives more and more

Indeed, but the real question is how will it enter our lives?

Regulation is inevitable, but how will that affect crypto evolution?

Will it be heavily taxed? Monitored? How?

Crypto assets will play an increasingly bigger role in our lives but it is very uncertain how exactly that will happen.

Well, unfortunately, more questions than answers. Only States can give us answers. Everything will depend on how they will regulate this market. And then people find themselves the possibility of using
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: March 11, 2018, 06:29:53 PM
Seems like most people just want to become super rich in a short period of time.
If you don't believe in this new technology, and just want to earn quick money, I think you will probably not achieve what you want.
All I want to say is be patient, live your life, and don't get too emotional by all the negative news/FUD. Yes, crypto might be ended in a really bad way and you lose most/all your money. But if you truly believe in the new technology, just invest the projects you like the most and hold until it gets mature and returns.

Cryptocurrency has already become a reality today. Bitcoin is particularly successful. Many ATMs that issue Bitcoin installed already. I know about the existence of several banks which are specifically designed for Bitcoin.

Yes. Cryptocurrency has entered our lives and won't go no where. The market will grow and develop, and the cryptocurrency will be built into our lives more and more
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: altcoins for 2-3 years holding! on: March 11, 2018, 06:26:50 PM
I myself prefer investments for the long term. but I put mostly up to half of a year. If you buy coins for 2 years, so I think it should be Ethereum

Well, I think that in addition to Ethereum you can see coins such as Neo, QChain, Qash. I think they will show good growth in 2-3 years.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in ICO, still promising? on: March 11, 2018, 06:24:11 PM
I'm rarely participating ICOs lately. Focused on existing projects which have released their products or soon they will.

Yes, now there was a period of time when I did not see any less good project in which I would like to invest. With the exception of the SmartHoldem and QChain.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: March 11, 2018, 06:20:53 PM
I can't name any other coin/token, which failed more times than ETH. It's not about loving or hating it, it's all about people losing money, because of situations which can be avoided. I would care less if these ETH based projects were not asking money from the masses, but that's not the case. And believe me when I'm saying that Ethereum has some powerful lobbyists. Otherwise its price would be probably 1/5 from the current one.

Didn't we had enough of this?

I am not such kind of men who makes a lot of changes in a short period of time. In the beginning of 2017 I have invested some hundreds dollars into Ethereum and it show good results so don’t want to leave this coins and change something.

Well, that's a good tactic. If you look and invest for a long time, it will bring great benefits and profit. And Yes, it is not necessary to change the horses at the crossing.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethreum the new king of crypto? on: March 11, 2018, 06:15:37 PM
ethereum is the king yes i admit it but no matter what the bitcoin will be the pioneer no matter what without the bitcoin before their are no altcoin and ethereum and many more

Don't know for sure, but also inclined to this. Ethereum is used in a large number of operations. It came out most of the new coins. That says a lot.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: March 11, 2018, 06:12:48 PM
Ethereum wins for sure, even though Bitcoin got kinda cheaper I still see no potential in it.
Ethereum is will give even more iksvo than bitcoin. No still need to have bitcoins on their balance. Wink

Why? If You don't use it, then why do we need Bitcoin? I think you need to have at least 1 bitcoin to talk about a good profit, in a smaller amount, I don't see the point of keeping it.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people have no faith in ICO's? on: March 11, 2018, 06:08:34 PM
Because there are some ICOs that would just scam or take away people's money. And also dumping of prices are common after a certain coin has been listed to the Exchange that is why others dont like icos.

Yes, there are a lot of scammers now. More recently, the news thundered on the same Bitconnect as I remember. It all creates bad background information about ICO
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Big budget versus Great idea. Who eventually wins? on: March 11, 2018, 06:04:05 PM
Hello people,

So my question is: why a project with a mediocre idea but with a bigger budget is likely to have more successful future than the project with a great idea but with a low budget?

How do you see this?

Because if there are funds, you can hire people, professionals who will be able to finalize the idea and implement it in life, when the budget is small, you need to try to compress costs. It's all taking a long time.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: possibilities for crypto on: March 10, 2018, 07:10:34 PM
What do.think will happen to crypto currency year form now? Will it be legalized? Will be banned by some? Will it be controlled by the government?

I think that this year, too, nothing will be decided. A lot of talk and very little done. With this attitude, we will wait a long time for any decision on this issue.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin to be over $5000 in 2018? on: March 10, 2018, 07:04:00 PM
There are coins like Nano which Litecoin cant even compete with. There also isn't much development being done for Litecoin. Even Charlie Lee owns Nano, which should show where Nano stands. So I don't know why Litecoin should reach such high market cap when there are other coins deserving it much more than this coin.

Well, Litecoin has quite a big crowd of fans. So anything is possible, especially since this coin is distinguished by its more or less stable cours. Therefore, it can be.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: March 10, 2018, 06:58:56 PM
I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

Don't you think you're just holding the wrong coins? I think that the holders of well, say coins Neo, would say it for sure. There are bad coins, there are good ones. It is necessary understand
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What you guys think?? on: March 04, 2018, 05:55:13 PM

Hey

I think March will be BTC Season
we may see Alts bleeding. Alts season will start from April

This is my thoughts. Need your thoughts too

I'm of the same opinion. And I think that the growth will continue until June. In July or August I think it is possible to rebalance the portfolio.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What phone apps do you use? on: March 04, 2018, 05:52:52 PM
Currently I only have a marketcoincap app and wanted to expand my apps.

What good ones do you use?

I like Blockfolio, Quoinex, an app from Huobi. Now still testing the application from FinTab. Really like. More convenient than Blockfolio.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what to do if bitcoin decreases? on: March 04, 2018, 05:32:46 PM
now a lot of investors are investing in bitcoin, therefore bitcoin has increased very rapidly, if bitcoin decreased what should be done?, whether the investors will lose? Roll Eyes

Well, until you fixed it, you didn't lose anything. If there was a strong fall in prices, you should just wait and not sell. This is my opinion
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Ledger Nano S be Hacked when is connected to PC with internet? on: March 04, 2018, 05:26:26 PM
Nope, Ledger Nano S is very secured because it is a hard ware wallet, i've been using mine for quite time and i also do connect it while my internet is not but still i dont get hacked or something, so i assume it is okay however becareful of phishing sites.

I agree, mostly because everything happens due to the fact that people fall for phishing sites. If we strengthen due diligence enough use for safety and a simple flash drive.
