I have 2 hubs first Industrial USB HUB 10 ports High-Power USB HUB for Bitcoin Mining Sipolar...
Sipolar unfortunately only makes a single HUB that has enough power to run the NewPac's efficiently, the A-400 USB hub, http://www.sipolar.com/page172.html?product_id=18It can deliver 2.1A per port, or as others have said, the GekkoScience 7-port hub which can provide even more per port.

Hello from a new member, excited to have my R606 in hand. Can someone direct me to instructions or tutorial on to use a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ as a controller for Terminus R606? much appreciated. I've searched high low online with little luck.
The NewPac/R606 official support forums list the Raspbian compile instructions on page 1: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5053833.0.

Fan Speed: 2,000 RPM (@ 12V DC) 1,200 RPM (@ 7V DC) 850 RPM (@ 5V DC)
Air Flow: 31 CFM / 52.7 m³/h (@ 2,000 RPM)
Noise Level: 0.3 Sone (@ 2,000 RPM)
Fans are measured in Sones not Db but a rough translation is 1 Sone is equivalent to a person whispering from 1m away. So ya, it's a very quiet fan.

yes i did use zadig and I use windows 10.
Can you share a screen of the error? A capture of zadig with the NewPac selected would be beneficial too.

Looks AMAZING! I see 5 per power break out board, is it the same per hub/test station?

I should probably start another thread to discuss it, but since you are much deeper into this stuff then I am, when it comes to power supply efficiency at lower power (applications like this) does efficiency really matter? There are certain losses that are always going to exist in going from 110/220 AC to 12V DC. At the lower wattage can you even really get to 90%+? If I get a dozen pods then yes going for a "platinum" PS will matter. But is there a real difference running 1 plus the RPi?
As I said probably a good discussion for a separate thread but it's just been hanging out in the back of my brain for a while.
Thanks, Dave
The efficiency definitely is negligible for power loss when you running a single unit on a power brick but the secondary affect of a high efficiency is less heat. We chose these power bricks because after tested a dozen or so, all the "cheap" units were so hot I would not trust it to run continuously unattended. If your getting into higher unit counts, the GekkoScience DPS1200 PSU kit is a really good option and is built on a HP 1200watt 94% efficient PSU.

Just grabbed a screenshot from one of the testers. I pulled the first six production pods to run them through the wringer and get statistics on max hashrate per voltage setting so we can get a better idea of performance and deviations. This is the ones on Tester 3 (connected through a Plugable 7-port hub), voltage setting 7 (max), on VH's latest r606 branch build, powered via 6-pin from a DPS1200 PSU and one of our breakout boards (the PSU is comfortably powering 7 pods off 120V right now) Note the frequencies and hashrates listed are the absolute max for these things. I'll have the final numbers on Tester 4 in a couple hours, and then we'll re-run the tests with a new batch of 6 for comparison. Whats the USB bandwidth look like? all 3 units running from the same Plugable hub?

So further to my first attempt at making a copper top plate. I've finally finished (although still not perfect in my eyes, but hey, having a kid in hospital and running back and forth to the city to be with her has taken its toll so i just wanted to get it assembled) :- The black bottom plate looked a bit odd so used the first attempt as the bottom plate. Shes mighty heavy now but certainly wont be getting knocked off the desk Very Cool! Ive been toying with one that has slots for the fan stand, but your is still better. Very Steampunk.

Some screenshots of cgminer running this thing would be nice Most re-sellers are still in pre-order at this time. As the units roll out, better screenshots, build out photos, updates to cgminer and step-by-step how-to's and support forums will all be coming. I know your excited, we all are. This is all new for us as well. I have a prototype demo unit but it doesn't function the same as a production unit, I can post a screenshot of that if it helps.

Remember guys, this is not the sales announcement thread, just a introduction to the next great thing. Though I would expect the sales announcement to be coming sooner than later. THAT post will include all the nitty gritty goodness.

Hey guys, so in honor of sidehack and his amazing work, we running a special on our site. Our power pack, normally on sale for $106.17, when you buy a R606, we are going to give $32 off. That brings the price down to $74. This is going to be a bundle price, when both are in the cart, a discount will be auto applied. Check out the details here: https://www.419mining.com/shop/power-supply/complete-power-bundle/when run from 120V, this will produce up to 900 watts of power and is compatible with both the GekkoScience Hubs, and the new R606. I know they are not out yet, but when we can, we will post the pre-sale and let everyone know. And if you're wondering, the break out board and the pcie power cables are both produced by GekkoScience.

You should have someone do the site for you so we can buy direct and have someone there ship them out for you The nice part of how its setup now is that resellers do the one on one sales and customer support, leaving sidehack to work on the cool new projects.

What would be a safe frequency to run these miners if your using a usb 3 port with passive cooling? Trying to figure out how much i can push these sticks before i need external cooling....
419Mining, LLC states in all sales that active cooling is recommended even at stock speeds. Bear in mind, a simple desk fan can be considered active cooling, most people even use something as simple as this USB fan: https://www.ebay.com/itm/254154810314.
