81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: List of NeoScrypt Powered Coins on: January 07, 2015, 08:36:18 PM
Hm interesting, now many coins use that. And no new coins use that. I guess its harder to make a coin with Neoscrypt then with x11 for example.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: List of NeoScrypt Powered Coins on: January 06, 2015, 10:39:51 AM
Is this list still up  to date ? No new neoscrypt coins ?

All good today ? I cant open the web page.

It seems to be running fine for the last 24 hours. But we had to block many ip addresses because of abuse. If you were blocked by mistake, send me your ip in PM for unblock.

Well i usually can open the web page, but sometimes i cant open it for like 10-20 min, then its all fine again.
No idea why this is. But mining seems to be unaffected so its all good Smiley
I started mining with you since 2 days and so far i am pretty happy.
Keep up the good work ! Smiley

I guess everything is going down right now cuz of BTC.
But would be good to hear some positive news from the Super crew Smiley

Hey, so i started testing neoscrypt configs, but i have no idea what i am aiming for.
Can anyone share what is the most you can get from 7950 ? I am getting around 220kh/s. Is that good ? can i get more then that ?

Cheers

Looks like you can get a little more..

http://hw.neoscrypt.tk/index.php

I actually got them up to 260 but i am still wondering if i can get more out of them. I am using sgminer5.1-dev

I would like to know what is the best some one got out of this cards or from any cards actually.
I mean any optimized hidden super secret kernel etc Smiley
Just wondering what is the max at this moment.

I guess, some good points could be made for POF. But overall its not that many Smiley

And well, there are much more important things that have higher priority, so i guess it would be better to focus on them.

Since the new team took control, things are going good. And thats even without anything new. If things continue to develop, it will get even better Smiley

Does SuperCoin wallet compile in static mode?

Hi,

We will proberly release an updated wallet this weekend. Then we will also release a source code for the exchanges ( Basic wallet )

If you have any questions you can allways PM me or Griffith.

Hey mdtspain,

did you see the comments about Poloniex, what do you think about that ?

Yes we (Griffith and me) did read it all. It was something that freaked Griffith out, he wanted to release a new updated wallet right now. He checked out the code and said that it was all corrected.

none of the wallets have that higher number left in them (that i we have published right now), but that doesnt mean at some point someone may had minted more coins than they were supposed to. however....
if the current money supply is correct. then there are less than the 50,000,000 coins out there right now. which is good. so at the moment i see no immediate need to worry too much.

Well, if you can find the discussion in the really old thread, you will see that all was actually a mistake and did clear out at the end. However poloniex did not say anything about that, just closed the case and never accepted Super again.

So the idea is, if you can contact them again and try to get us back there etc. It would be reaaaaly good advertising for the coin.

feeling slightlyyyy lazy today and slept in like 3 hours past when i normally do, so im just getting online now. but heres a question for you all:

do you (the community) want a supercoin wallet update today? or should we wait for the weekend?
update wouldnt be anything too major.

just a few fixes we would probably enjoy, we havent yet pushed out the auto conf generation. that would be added

also the way to use supersend, would take it off coin control and just make it a regular clickable option.

just some minor stuff like that.

soo... yeah...

today or over the weekend?

I would say, take your time and make sure everything is perfect Smiley

Well yes that was my idea, to fix that and so to say - clear the name of Supercoin.
There are a lot of people that trade at Poloniex and if they come across Supercoin, they get to that ugly part etc.
If Griffith and the team can talk to Polo and discuss everything and fix all the problems so they can get out with an announcement that everything is okay with the coin and they start trading it again. Well that will be REALLY good advertising for the coin ! As you said, that will be much better than any social media etc at the moment.

So i would say that this is something with high priority.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperCoin Takeover by Trusted-Cryptos Team [Griffith] on: December 04, 2014, 11:14:56 AM
Just to trow in an idea to Griffth and the team.

In the past Super got some bad reputation from Poloniex, i would say that both sides had its part in that. But now there is a new dev team and some great support. Things are going great and i would say that having Poloniex can only be beneficial for Supercoin.

So if the new team can contact them and start talks on getting Super back to Poloniex would be great.

Would be great if all members of the community give an opinion on that. But mine is that we should do that, as it can be only positive for the coin !

Yeah it was such a shame that mintpal died Sad It started so well ...

But well we have Super selling on Bitrex and Cryptsy, so we are all good right now.

About the price of Super, i think we should be just happy that there is movement and a decent volume. So far this is more then good ! We have to be very happy that we have a new dev SERIOUS dev team that is handling  everything professionally.

Lets wait for future development and improvements on the coin. Price will increase naturally, we do not need pump and dumps, we need more people to get involved with super!

Things look great so far.
A boost in the marketing direction - twitter, facebook, reddit etc will be really nice.
But i am confident that Griffith and his team will do it !

New thread looks good.
Waiting to see the roadmap.

Btw Super also trades on Cryptsy - https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/SUPER_BTC

Time to buy some more SUPER Smiley

I even can not express how happy i am that there is such a positive development of things here !

Supercoindev agrees on the changes, the community is behind this.... this is just so awesome for the coin !

Cant wait to see the future of the coin.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SUPERCOIN] Unique Most Advanced Anonymous Trustless Multisig Technology on: November 26, 2014, 06:55:12 PM
We should keep trying to reach supercoindev, so he can point out that he is okay for the new dev's to pick up from where he left.
Yes we could simply make a somewhat " hostile " take over, even if the dev agreed on that, with new thread, facebook, page and everything.
But it would just look so much better the other way.
