81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is McAfee a particularly good source of information on: January 28, 2018, 05:02:10 PM
his tweets are pump/dump signals, stay away from sharks and whales singals!
His feed is probably sent out after he buys in or after he places a sell within the order books. Something is extremely fishy about that guy.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $500 Portofolio on: January 28, 2018, 05:01:18 PM
Invest in 2 icos, high risk high return
High risk returns could end well if the price is dropped down to a point where the investor can to worry less.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Financial freedom, is it possible in 1-2 years? on: January 27, 2018, 05:08:55 PM
Hello there,

I hear soo many stories, read soo many stories of fellow crypto-traders that this is The time to invest in crypto's.
These stories are also about making lots of money in about 1-2 years.

With would be the minimum start capital in your opinion?
Also like to know if you think it is possible to work yourself to financial-freedom in 1-2 (maybe three) years.

This also made me think:
'Why are some people enormous succesfull in the trading game while other are not?

I think you have to think like a (financial) successful l business person to make succes in the trading world and word yourself to financial freedom.
Keywords/phrases/ideas I think of now that I think a successful trader should be/have:

* Courage (trying different things out of your comfort zone)

* Dedication (be busy with crypto's daily)

* Your personal 'whitepaper':  Very nice and interesting to  have an insight in the Whitepapers of all companies in ICO stage, but I think a personal whitepaper is also very import. Things like: -  'how much profits a day am I going for?"  - 'where do I want to be in three months? -

* Don't be too greedy: Be okay, with 2%, 3%, 4% profits. It may seem little but if you have 2% profit 30 out of 40 times your estimated value will grow significantly. Have you ever put real coins in a jar for about 3 months? Than you know what I mean.

* Be patient:  I noticed myself, sometimes I want that $ number too much, and this 'wanting', the greed can make you lose your profits.

* Make agreement with yourself, stick to the plan.

* Last but not least, Keep up to date with the news and study, study, study.

* Ask yourself: Is this a hobby or a job-to-be. It is't the latter, it takes a lot of time and dedication.

I think when you have a solid plan and you stick to it, it is possible, even with a start of $ 200.

What do you think?
I think that having financial freedom is very possible, just think about how much money you want to make.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO THEY NEED ICO? - more thoughts on authenticity on: January 27, 2018, 05:07:43 PM
They need to collect investment for their Project that is why they offer ICOs
Actually, they don't. Well, most people that make a project don't and some people need the money to build a physical product or whatever it is they are trying to buy.
Bitcoin was built without that many people interested in paying to help in the start.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy and Hold 100 Cryptocurrencies for 5 Years – Official Thread on: January 27, 2018, 05:06:20 PM
such investment takes courage because of the high risk, if the plan is successful it will be a big profit but if the investment price of coins down or burned then we will lose big
That what I call fun. I like to invest in areas where the risk is high because of the emotion...the money can only do so much.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I just divorced my wife and put every cent I have into Blackbytes on: January 27, 2018, 05:05:21 PM
corny title  Grin
It might be a true story, there is a lot of weird people in Crypto. I wouldn't be that surprised about this one.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH v NEO on: January 27, 2018, 05:03:12 PM
first, i think i love to use both ETH and NEO because rightnow ETH is too easy to get profit from any invesments no matter long term or short term, and widely popular around the world. NEO is famous due to having own blockchain system of china commnuity. So having two of these altcoins will bring us profit more in the future.
Having both is what most people want though to answer the question what would you choose? I'd pick Ethereum since it was built first.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero on: January 27, 2018, 05:02:16 PM
I see that Monero is trading over $300 and there's only 18 million coins. I would assume that it has a chance to run up to $3-$5 grand per coin. Is it a good buy at its current price and where do you see it going? Thanks!!
That coin gets dumped a lot though the prices remain stable with their walls. I think that it could get to $1,000 easily.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: coincheck got hacked in Japan on: January 26, 2018, 11:35:40 PM
That's really a massive amount to be lost.In any case, you have to avoid leaving your funds on exchanges. To be safe get an offline hardware wallet such as ledger etc to keep ur funds in it,you will be much more safer.

if the hacker decides he wants US dollar, he can quickly make that token worth 0 USD
Yep, though he could get caught before his dump if he moves is coins too fast. Blockchain is transparent.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Debit Cards on: January 26, 2018, 11:34:34 PM
Guys and girls, can you share your experiences/opinions with crypto debit cards? Smiley

Thinking to get one but haven't decided yet which one, would love to hear your recommendations.

Sam

Stay away Visa pulled all cards in Europe

Banks are dropping crypto support

Keep it in crypto economy not fiat

I don't know where the OP resides at though there is also other options like Shift (I think) if he is not in Europe.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world. on: January 26, 2018, 11:33:00 PM
Get rich fast is for the scammers, who create projects like that with only intention to steal money from investors. For the victims who believed in them is: Spend all you have and make me rich.
Yep, get rich quick scheme's is for scammers. Almost everybody wants to make money and the scammers like to take that as an advantage.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: your altcoin experience? on: January 26, 2018, 11:31:34 PM
I received a brighter profit only from three projects. Four coins, which I bought on ICO six months ago, have hardly returned to the purchase price. Now I am careful about my investments. I think that in a year I will increase my investments several times.
Most ICO's won't get that high of a price within their first week. Just keep holding the investment till you see a profit.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie to Altcoins on: January 26, 2018, 11:30:14 PM
How much you put into an alt should be relative to how risky it is.
I like to put a lot of money into coins that have a lot of risk. So I think that the ratio between the risk and the amount is not that important...

Hey brother, you should take a look at stk global payments. The existing solution of crypto debit cards are just not working, instead stk has unique system, you can pay for your stuff by using mobile phone. Their tokens will be listed on 31st of january on cobinhood.

Thanks for telling, will check them out!

I use bitpay as its largely consistent for me - the fees are rather high, around 2.8 percent per load last time I checked, but theres no other big names on the market. Plenty of others are available, but they really don't have a very good reputation AFAIK.

Im personally waiting patiently for Monaco but it seems to have hit roadblocks as well. Not to mention BitPay's euro partners just pulled their support for the cards, so things seem to be heating up in this arena.

My eyes got locked on Monaco as well Cheesy. Like you wrote, "euro partners just pulled their support for the cards" was the thing I was afraid the most that will happen when I first thought to get myself a crypto card some months ago.
You can lose what you invested in if the coin drops down. Why don't you just get a card from Bitpay? It's a much better option.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: you have profit in all airdrop? on: January 26, 2018, 04:52:11 PM
I have been benefitted from almost each and every airdrop. But very few did not give me any benefit. But I have to admit airdrop is a very good source of money. I like this very much. It is a free opportunity. That is really amazing. I always support the company. Even thou if I don't get paid, I will support the platform and company too. I am requesting all the members please keep supporting all the company which are paying us via airdrop. They really deserve our support.
That's not too shabby. I didn't find that much potential in airdrops, when I received the coins they were to small to get cashed.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Strategy in selecting the correct altcoin to invest in on: January 26, 2018, 04:50:52 PM
I always look on the purpose of the token. A token which will popular to the community because of its functionality. Also tokens which have their own application is a very good lead, this means they are more secure and more trustworthy to invest in but then it all goes down to how much the ICO will perform and promote the token.
The purpose of the token is what draws people into the coin. If there is no purpose for the coin then the price of it will be really low.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A lot of newbies buying the wrong coin. Be carefull! on: January 25, 2018, 11:07:58 PM
Wrong coins? Nothing wrong with those people, BTC and BCH has a different.
If you say that BCH is "the real Bitcoin", then bounty rewards on this forum must be paid in BCH, am I right?
Even if they stated that Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin then they will get so much flame from the people that know that what they are stating is false.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most possible Ethereum competitor? on: January 25, 2018, 11:06:38 PM
BTC CASH
Litecoin
Iota
Stellar

I would take out IOTA and put ITC in. Better tech and team along with a low supply. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/iot-chain/
Just because that coin is ranked in coinmarketcap, it doesn't mean that the coin is going to do well...
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MaidSafe COIN ? on: January 25, 2018, 11:05:35 PM
What do you think about MaidSafe COIN ? Is it worth it to invest ? ? ?

Thank You !
I would invest in that coin. They've been working on that coin for years, they will see some profit soon enough.

Did you noticed EMMARES.IO
They have air drop for few days at emmares.io/airdrop.pdf

Airdrop coins don't have many successful testimonies on this forum, people dump those coins as soon as possible.
