$10000 is not a big deal for buying cryptos, the best thing that you can do is just to diversify that amount between 5 or 6 altcoins, like ethereum, ripple, iota, elixir, and bitcoin. And just speculate with that, wait for a few months and see if you can sell at least at a x2 - x3 of that.

Litecoin does not even deserve to be on the top 2, 3, neither 4 or 5, because it is a waste of time, the only purpose of litecoin is just to be the second option on the market, but to be honest, everyone prefers btc over ltc. It will still be No. 2 for a while. It takes a lot for the coin to collide with LTC to No. 3 on the list.

Just relaxing, you can not do nothing if you have lost some money, or can you? I think that most times trying to do something about it, is what makes us try to invest in some other coins and in the end we end up losing a lot of money. |

In one month ethereum is not going to make a x3, that is not realistic at all. I dont know why there are a lot of people trying to create this kind of fomo in here. It is useless, it wont make the price go up in less than a few days, came on guys, grow up!

There are a lot of ICOS who seem to be a good program, but they do not have the smell of the success. that is why i am always trying to contribute to those projects that are looking good for a long term. Check if the profile team pics is displayed and check the use case. Read the whitepapers and see on the Product usefull.
Yeah, read and understand the entire concept of the project, but think also that scammers are still around us and definitely they have using ICO project to get money from the community. They are working it hard also so we can't easily take it down such ICO is legit or not. That's why we just be cautious in doing these. The most important thing is to look at the project and see if they have the potential of becoming a success, there are many coins that are released that make no sense after reading just a few lines you realize that there is no way they can make that a reality, so by using a little bit of common sense you can avoid most of the scams that are in the market right now. |

I bought during an all time high during the last year on June if i am not wrong, ZRX was about $0,30, and then it dropped to less than $0,15 for more than a month.
But then it touched $2 on January, honestly, i didnt sell at that price, i just sold at less than $0,60 if i am not wrong

Nah, most airdrops are a waste of time, you need to fill up a lot of tasks and in the end you are going to be paid with a few tokens worth less than one dollar.
Airdrops are not by the way that they used to be before, that is why i do not trust in them anymore

So what normally happens after an altcoin has an airdrop? Bitcore(BTX) has 8% Monday of holders but I am not so sure what will happen after. Surly everone will just dump? What makes me think otherwise is that they had airdrops ever weeks for many weeks so most would be holders.
because of those airdrops bitcore went from $2 to more than $40 in two weeks, then it has been in $20 for a while.. but now it is worth pennies, no one likes bitcore because of those airdrops. |

to be honest, i prefer both, but ethereum is much more faster and maybe that is the reason of why i prefer it (but it depends, most times you need bitcoin over ethereum) and it is true that most sellers are always accepting bitcoin instead of ethereum.

I do not have much idea about omisego. but I started to see a lot in the forum. I'm thinking of investigating. maybe it is beautiful. If your investment is nice.
it is as good coin, it has good developers, but i do not like their roadmap, it seems that the developers do not have much "experience" in terms of cryptocurrencies, they have beautiful linkedin profiles, but in terms of tech, they are just newbies. |

ETH is one of the strongest coins. And I believe that this project will actively develop in 2018. The developers of this coin take great care of their project.
We all know that, but it is not on developing stage anymore, ethereum has been released more than years ago and the devs are always trying to fix some issues, but they are not improving it all the time. "take great care of the project" lol. |

Komodo is a good proof of stake coin. Their team works well, they have decentralised ICOs, decentralised exchange: BarterDex with a combined privacy and smart contract platform specialities.
If you keep your KMD coins in wallet you get 5% interest. I think this is fine
KMD coins are the best option after all, Phore is a good one and it is a privacity coin too. If i am not wrong, Deeponion is a Proof of stake token too (I AM NOT SURE) But that is what i read before |

Segwit is gaining strenght. BIP148 UASF is out scaring Jihad Wu. Altcoins in general too bubbled. Bitcoin looking strong at 900 floor.
Time to dump ETH and go back to BTC?
No one cares about segwit anymore, we all know that bitcoin is more than faster at this moment and you can pay whatever you want and whenever you want with a fee of less than a dollar, altcoins and ethereum have different utilities, you can not compare them. |

Etherera will come back to 1000dolar levels but this can take some time. but I'm sure it will do it. Let's be patient.

The best way to choose a good altcoin for investing is to understand the principles of its work and carefully read the white paper. The coin should benefit and have advantages over other similar coins.
Yeep, but there are a lot of other things that you should consider before investing, like the volume of that altcoin on the market, the movements and the patterns, and a lot of other kind of stuff that might be insignificant, but it is more than relevant. |

I'm watching Telcoin (TEL) today as it was added to Kucoin.
The token price now is few times over the ICO. It ended just 2 weeks ago.
Announce topic is now locked and I'm wondering is this only hype or there is real value in it??
