For the past 2 years, Coinfan posted multiple declarations about his ongoing legal actions against us which we never received. He mentioned imminent police actions, arrests, years in jail in quite a dramatic way.... We never got even a basic, simple letter from his lawyer...... ZEROSo, after 2 years of nothing, aside from his proof to get access in a possibly fraudulent manner to an account registered with TRT, we decided to proceed against him for a criminal procedure of defamation and possible other convictions. Hello, for Coinfan to obtain funds, if he is the real owner which I doubt it, it would be very easy. It would be enough to prove his ownership of the account. As far as the police, we started a criminal procedure against Coinfan and published the documents. Coinfan, claimed many times he started a claim without any evidence and, as of today, we didn't get any request form authorities.... or, at least, his lawyer.... About timing, our procedure is going to take time because Coinfan is a nickname hiding behind anonimity...... There is a special place in hell for those types of people that cause so much pain and suffering to others and seemingly enjoy watching. I am in no doubt whatsoever that one day this pathetic little Rock Trading will be shut down by the authorities because of legal requests from multiple jurisdictions and the people controlling the company will have to answer questions after being arrested. In the end one thing is for sure, Coinfan will get their crypto returned which at the time of being scammed was over 35,000 euro and whether that happens after stubborn petty little spoilt brat eliale willingly returns it with an apology (or is forced to do it after being humiliated in the Court and is instructed to do it), Coinfan will get their funds back. Ha solo reso questa ridicola querela kamikaze costretta dal rifiuto di Opstart.it di dargli il denaro raccolto con il crowdfunding. Che sorpresa, ha cercato di nascondere questa truffa e gli altri suoi problemi legali a Opstart.it! Quindi, questa è solo una mossa per cercare di sembrare legittimo.
Tuttavia, questo gli si è completamente ritorto contro. Dubito che vedrà mai quei soldi:
I) Ha denunciato (una piccola parte, ha nascosto il resto) di quello che ha fatto alla polizia. Questo ha aiutato molto. Ha solo assicurato che risponderà di quello che ha fatto.
II) Ha osato scrivere palesi menzogne alla polizia italiana! (maggiori dettagli a tempo debito).
III) Ha denunciato alla polizia e al pubblico che Opstart.it sa tutto questo. Ha appena informato tutti gli investitori che Opstart.it lo sapeva. Ha praticamente tradito e rimosso qualsiasi opzione a Opstart.it. Opstart.it avrebbe dovuto essere pazzo a dargli i soldi e a rischiare le cause legali degli investitori.
Buongiorno, alcune precisazioni in merito alla campagna con Opstart: 1) Confermiamo che Opstart ha ricevuto almeno un paio di mail ovviamente anonime scritte nello stile confuso riconducibile a Coinfan 2) Opstart, come giusto che sia, ci ha chiesto delucidazioni a cui noi abbiamo dato risposta 3) L'ufficio legale di Opstart ha archiviato la pratica non trovando ragioni giuridicamente valide per aprire un contenzioso 4) La campagna di Opstart e proseguita regolarmente e si è conclusa lo scorso 30 Ottobre (11 giorni prima della nostra querela) senza alcuna riserva nei confronti della nostra Holding. Mi son letto tutto , ora finalmente c'è qualcosa di ufficiale, tecnicamente alla postale basterebbe fare un controllo sul conto bancario per risalire a quella Susanna e vedere se è lei (cosa che dubito). Però secondo me avete fatto un errore, come fai a sapere che il suo ip sul forum è portoghese? Perchè legalmente non penso che nessuno del forum poteva dirtelo.
Comunque sono sicuro che sia come scritto in precedenza, è un parente o ex marito dell'intestataria, che per una ragione o altra, cerca di riprendere i soldi.
In questo caso il chiarimento è lecito: IP inserito nella querela è quello del conto in essere con TRT e non quello del forum. Il nostro obiettivo finale è trovare Susana e renderle i suoi soldi. Grazie |

Good morning everybody,
as already stated in the Italian chat, we will deposit a criminal procedure for defamation and any other possible claims against Coinfan with the Italian authorities on this wednesday.
As soon as I registered the claim with Polizia Postale e delle Telecomunicazioni, I'll publish a copy of the registered official act on this chat and, any other channel Coinfan spamed his accusations. It is intended that, for privacy reasons we'll omit sensible data.
In the meantime we will copy Bitcointalk legal department in order for them to be aware of the situation.
Subsequently, after a consultation with our lawyers, we will transfer customer funds in an authorized segregated account. Funds will be available to the authorities or to the legitimate owner. Also in this case, as soon as completed, we will provide proof of transfer.
On a side note I confirm that, up to now, we didn't receive any kind of request from the authorities as claimed by Coinfan.
