If I had full faith in the lending platform I would just convert everything I have into usd and lend it, no need to trade anymore.  The 1% compounded daily is a crazy return, I don't really see how that can be sustained.  Can someone explain why they are offering these rates?
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: February 06, 2018, 11:48:58 PM
Was re-branding  it to Nano a curse?? lol
I have been holding XRB since the day of faucets...
With the technology this has, its sad to see it going down.
You should've sold some if you didn't.  Anything that goes 100 times in the span of a month is bound to correct back down.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: February 06, 2018, 11:43:40 PM
Is there a different airdrop thread were someone is keeping track of stuff that is actually worth getting involved in?

The last 50 pages or more of this one have been filled with pure garbage and ref spam with maybe 1 or 2 being the exception.  It's almost not worth even reading this nonsense.  It seems the types of people who are content to click captchas like in the micro earnings section have come here to ramble on about the latest scamdrop so they can earn a few pennies.  The fact that there are so many coins that it's even possible to be posting new airdrops everyday should tell you something about the state of crypto.  A thread like this would've been 10 pages long at most 2 years ago because everyone and their grandma wasn't slapping together a crappy website with a joke of ann thread to scam some noobs with yet another worthless eth token...

That's neat and all but I would rather have an android wallet.  Doesn't android have a much larger user base?
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: February 06, 2018, 12:31:25 AM
nobody is interested in this anymore. here everyone can post 1000 reflinks and nothing is deleted. why I do not know. the forum gets out of control just like the crypto market at the moment.pity that these accounts do not get 4 weeks break. then it would be quiet in a few days
Use the "Report to moderator" link on each post to have the staff take care of it.

But you still comment here, if your really tired of this thread then leave. Still get a few useful information from here and chatting helps to build up my rank, so can’t get tired even with all the spams here.
All the chatting in the world won't build up your rank now, rank advancement is now mostly based on merit.  Without it you could make 10,000 posts and still be low level.  It was done so hopefully people would be more inclined to make quality posts, the spammers will never advance in rank now.

Grin Grin Grin hahahaha, awesome 'cause it will cost $0.00 in two month or so after China/USA regulations...have fun!  Shocked Roll Eyes Tongue Undecided Cry Cheesy Wink
These typical fud posts are so predictable and boring.  Whenever any coin is on a decline someone always comes along and tries to create as much panic as possible with exaggerated claims, but you never hear from them at any other time.  What is a rational person supposed to take away from a post like this?  That this guy is giving sound trading advice with the best interest of everyone else in mind? lol, cmon.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long way to go until bottom... on: February 05, 2018, 01:25:44 AM
If you're in crypto for quick profits then by all means panic sell during a time like this, the rest of us will gladly take your money.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Experiences with CoinsMarkets.com? on: February 05, 2018, 01:08:18 AM
You can't believe anything you read on the internet.  Not even this.  You may or may not believe what the say on their news link on the website which is supposed to be the only source of info they allow to give.  They seem to be very private.  For all I know, all the talk about law suits is just a scam too.  I'm waiting for the end of February.  If nothing by there is nothing by that time I'll just stop reading all this crap and move on... well, I might check back to see if there's any new  developments but for the most part I'm not worried too much.
Spoken like someone who doesn't have much invested or anything at all.  You can tell who the users are that lost a lot and want their money back.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GPLAY -Decentralized P2P Gaming Marketplace⚡POS⚡🚀FREE Airdrops 3/8 🚀 on: February 04, 2018, 02:54:57 AM
At this rate the airdrop will happen next year.  Someone needs to do some advertising on other parts of reddit and get people to sub so it can hit 1000.  That or anywhere else that will bring in the numbers.

I did about 200 captchas or so a while ago during the distribution period. Is there any chance I would've been distributed any raiblocks or was I shit out of luck? I remember the competition being so stupid that it was pointless for me to continue because I just couldn't keep up with what other people were somehow doing in the captchas.
If you received any they would've been sent to your address, the faucet and distribution is long over.

What's inflation NANO?
All the coins have been distributed.  You can't mine or stake them, so the only way is to buy from people who have them.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Experiences with CoinsMarkets.com? on: February 03, 2018, 01:09:17 AM
Ok this isn't funny anymore, my patience is growing thin.  It's been a month and we've all lost access to our funds in a market that is dropping every day.  Get it together staff.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Sirius A New Smart Chain Freely Distributed on: February 03, 2018, 01:03:54 AM
wait...2.5 SIRX per address ? Can I split my holdings to different addresses ?
I could be wrong, though I assume you could but the time required would still be the same because it's based off weight.  There shouldn't be any advantage to spliting them up versus leaving them all in one address if that's what you're saying.

I requested the mods lock this thread since it's obviously pointless now, but apparently they like watching the circus that is ETHD.  tisk tisk
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Sirius A New Smart Chain Freely Distributed on: February 02, 2018, 03:43:29 AM
The staking confuses me, though to be far I don't have much experience with staking coins in general.  I've been running my wallet for about 12hrs a day when I'm online, the same 12 hrs each day, the first week I was getting coins every other day without fail and now for the past week I haven't received any.  It just says expected time to reward 2 days or 3 days or 1 day.  I'm assuming I'm just missing the time when they're being distributed?  So the staking rewards happen at random times and you have to leave it on 24/7?
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Experiences with CoinsMarkets.com? on: February 02, 2018, 12:32:36 AM
I would just like to get my coins back at this point, most of them I put on there to stake for me since I didn't feel installing 7000 wallets on my pc.  I thought I was going to save myself a lot of time since the site was staking them 24/7, I sure was wrong on that.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HOWL | Signature Campaign Open | Mobile Social Application | No ICO on: February 02, 2018, 12:20:59 AM
not yet,
Just hang on a little while

BTW, I see many new buys on etherdelta, I guess someone somewhere knows something we don't know here  Grin Grin
Let's hope so, this coin could definitely use some good news or motion.  There isn't all that much going on really.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: February 01, 2018, 10:52:16 PM
Nano is a better name for a low-level protocol coin that developers will soon build on top of.
What are you referring to, what are they going to build on top of it?  I thought it was more of less in the state that it's going to be.  It's not like a Decred where they planned on adding a ton of features to it later in the future.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: January 31, 2018, 06:35:54 PM
You gotta be kidding me : Nano is a MUCH BETTER name

Perfect for mass-adoption
We'll have to agree to disagree on that one.  Whenever I heard the name RAI I always thought of a ray, like a ray of light which is the fastest thing there is and one of the supposed key features of this coin.  Maybe that's just me.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: January 31, 2018, 05:29:04 PM
While you're here complaining abt airdropd coins others are actually celebrating it... Right now BTW is selling over 0.60cent it airdropped over 1000btw to each airdrop participant..
So what? Does a few airdrops actually doing what they say they are going to do make up for all the other scams? No.  That is my whole point.  There have been TONS of projects that announced a token and then disappeared with peoples' money who were foolish enough to invest in it or just outright dumped their stash of coins on them and quit development. I'm sure you don't care though because you got a few free dollars here or there.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: January 31, 2018, 05:12:44 PM
Is it me or are all these airdrops kinda pointless? I feel the best place to get alts are in bounties etc... These airdrops will be mostly useless coins that will inevitably have no or very little worth when/ if they reach an exchange.
Very true, prior to the crypto boom aidrops were only mainly for solid projects to distribute and a way to market.  Now everyone and their grandma decided to create an eth token so they scam a few dollars out of all the noobs that recently came into crypto.
