81  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Just pay the taxes. on: February 24, 2013, 03:17:41 AM
I have the same problem in the United States.  Except that here the long term capital gains tax rate is 20%, if you are not too rich.  I'm going to pay it.  Problem solved.

The long-term rate can possibly be 0% if you're in the 10-15% tax bracket. Just a heads up in case it applies to you. Wink
82  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Agonizing situation. It's like bitcoins have their own will. Stupid problems. on: February 24, 2013, 02:57:06 AM
You could move out of Sweden? Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I'm getting the impression that you're not fond of the country. Tongue

Anyways, taxes will probably be a problem regardless of country. And with the volume of BTC you have... well, most online exchanges have limits on transactions to cap the amount you can sell at a time. You'd have to do quite a few micro-transactions, I imagine. Cash would be the easiest way to avoid a tax issue, but the volume is an issue there as well (as you said yourself).

You don't want to just hold on to the Bitcoins? I can't imagine too many options you have to choose from. Except maybe opening a foreign bank account?

A lot of users already do that in the service discussion area. It would be nice to have them a bit easier to find though.

A negative confirmation? Now that's a new one on me. o.O

86  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Any Place to Sell BTC for PayPal? on: February 24, 2013, 01:45:58 AM
Is there a site I can sell BTC for Paypal? Like an exchanger.
https://fastcash4bitcoins.com
Over 240,000 BTC purchased.

I can vouch for Fastcash4bitcoins.com

I have used the site for 3 separate transactions. From my experience, takes about 1 hour to get funds into your Paypal.

I can give another +1 to them as well. They're usually pretty quick, and I've never had an issue with any transaction through them.

Those are statistics that I like to hear! Smiley The state of Bitcoin when I joined a few months ago seems insignificant compared to how it is now. It's a lot of growth in such a short period of time... I just hope we're not heading for another burst.
88  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [SELLING] 16.8 Bitcoins Obtained Via Mining! PAYPAL ACCPETED[SELLING] on: February 23, 2013, 07:20:46 PM
Be careful to accept only reputable Paypal traders. Wink
89  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What do you buy on Amazon? on: February 23, 2013, 07:17:09 PM
A lot of books. A good 80% or more of my Amazon purchases are eBooks. But I'll buy anything on Amazon that's either cheaper than a local store or simply unavailable in my area.
90  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Parents are murderers of their biological children. on: February 23, 2013, 07:14:48 PM
I don't accept your premise that "life leads to death". Life ends in death, but it doesn't "lead" to death.
To me there is no difference. I don't want to die. My parents are responsible for my death.

So the only two options are either "death" or "not living."
91  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Parents are murderers of their biological children. on: February 23, 2013, 07:07:52 PM
Nature gives humans the urge to copulate.
Humans are not just animals. They can understand consequences of their actions. And they have choice not to procreate.

Why don't you now tell us what point you are trying to make?
Stop killing people by procreating

But if no one procreates there will be no one left to kill. What would the government do with all its time?

So let me see if I have this right: you called Inaba a mentally disabled animal torturing pedophile, and now you're whining about unfair treatment from the moderators?
93  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Parents are murderers of their biological children. on: February 23, 2013, 06:25:49 PM
Parents don't give birth, women do. Therefor.... women lead to death? Am I doing this right? I don't normally do "crazy."
Both father and mother are responsible for conception

You said specifically that birth leads to death, not conception. Males cannot give birth. Check AND mate!

Closing this listing due to the rapidly fluctuating price of BTC. Maybe I'll try again when it's a bit more stable. Wink

I imagine downloads must be way up with the price of Bitcoin being what it is right now. I know it's what I always recommend people to use. Wink

Sorry I didn't notice your response until just now! It's awesome to hear of the rolling backups too! I had been in the middle of a large transfer that had me a bit paranoid.

You must be doing a good job ironing them out since that's the only issue I've ever had with the client and I've yet to experience it since then. Keep up the good work! Smiley
99  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for local transactions on: February 22, 2013, 04:53:29 AM
I have a data plan phone too, but WiFi works a lot quicker. I need to upgrade to LTE, lol!

Anyways, it seems like you value privacy in your transactions, which is fine. As long as you feel safe in your trades, go with what's comfortable for you. Wink

To Stephen: like I said in my original post, it would probably be easier to buy a marker that can detect false bills to bring with you. Less conspicuous than lifting large volumes of currency up to the lights and squinting at them. Wink

Markers don't detect that bills have been bleached and reprinted.

Hadn't heard of that before. Good advice to know though!
