81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency has best future? on: June 30, 2021, 08:25:34 PM
and in my opinion it will increase even in scam coins causing the trust of new coins to be less trustworthy
There are always scam coins and the number of them is increasing day by day. That is right scam projects causing of new coins to be less trustworthy, for this reason, people try staying away from new projects and investing in older projects. However, l think if you have made enough research about the project which you want to invest in, you can increase your chance. On the other hand, you can lose your money, for me top altcoins like BNB, ETH is the best safety project and there is less risk to lose your money by investing in them.
the crypto ecosystem is full of surprises, we can't really know what will happen in the future, whether the altcoin will be more successful or vice versa. even projects with good development and reputation can end up worthless, like the recent Merlin project, which the dev team said was under attack resulting in a rugpull.
That's why, as you said, choosing projects that have been around for a long time, or those that are at the top of the CMC rankings are the best to minimize risk. well, we have to really understand the risks so we can prepare for the anticipation.
long term, I'm very interested in BSC and Solana.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High discount in presale on: June 30, 2021, 07:57:04 PM
I think if a project gives a discount it has been planned by the team and they have thought it through carefully. where during the presale they try to attract investors to join the project by giving discounts like that. If the team that handles it is professional and mature, of course they have thought about it carefully and made this an event to attract investors so that the project is successful. so for investors it is very important to join a project that does have a good team and good prospects in the future.
it is part of a marketing strategy. a new project must have difficulty attracting market interest that is why there is a discount for early adopters, it is a form of gratitude for choosing and believing in the project.
Discounts in coin or token sales are common, if the project is of high quality it will be very easy to achieve success and bring a lot of profit to investors. Of course this is very dependent on market trends.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you guys think about NFTs? on: June 30, 2021, 06:38:24 AM
NFT brings the change of artwork to digital. I don't have any NFTs yet, but I'm interested in making my own NFT. I think the growth of NFT will be better in the future especially for artists and creators
At first I was confused about the function of nft, but after reading several articles and sharing with friends, I think that nft is quite potential and could become the next trend in the crypto world. moreover some famous influencers and artists started to promote their work in the form of nft. this is great, and binance also reads a huge opportunity in this niche that will open up the nft market.
It's still early stage, let's adapt well.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Guys Think About So-Called "Shit-coin" ? on: June 29, 2021, 10:17:09 PM
This days there are so many tokens appearing with a very large total supply, tokens like this are often called "Shit-coin/shit-token".
Many people say that this benefits the crypto world, but there are also those who say that it actually make the crypto world looks bad.

What do you guys think about this issue ?
not only the supply is too much, but also has no real function, the fundamentals are weak. mostly just follow trends, hype, for example token memes that use animal names.
look how many shitcoins are pumped up and then crash to the ground, even only lasting a few days. if you don't have self control and fomo, it will be very risky to join a project like this.

Indirectly it might make a layman's bad view of crypto worse, but for those who want to really learn and those who already understand the crypto ecosystem, they will definitely consider this a normal thing. it is very important to have basic knowledge as a self-defense tool in a highly volatile crypto ecosystem.
85  Economy / Economics / Re: Poor and middle class as a mentality on: June 29, 2021, 09:35:38 PM
the hardships of life, say poverty, create real limitations. for those who are at this point, being able to get food on that day is a blessing, not thinking of collecting money to be rich but to fill a stomach that is not always full.
but from that adversity emerges tenacity and resilience in the worst of circumstances. those who want to change will definitely try harder with their limitations.
we really can't choose what kind of environment we are born in, that's why we are given the mind to adapt and find our own way of success.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin better than Fiat? on: June 29, 2021, 07:23:05 PM
~
Of course, Bitcoin is not as stable as Fiat is. Bitcoin constantly fluctuates in price, making it terrible for short-term use. As long as the issue persists, Fiat will remain the winner. I wouldn't worry about that since Bitcoin was never meant to replace Fiat. It's only an alternative for those looking for an "escape route" from mainstream banks and governments alike. As long as Bitcoin remains decentralized and censorship-resistant, nothing else matters. Just my thoughts Grin
that is why btc is not good enough if used as a means of payment, the volatility is high. But if you look at it in terms of effectiveness, without space and time limitations, without the need to take care of complicated administration like in the conventional financial system, btc can be used as an alternative for transactions between countries. well, from my point of view, according to my needs, btc has more potential to be a long-term trading and investment commodity.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are meme tokens dangerous or moon on: June 29, 2021, 06:59:51 PM
every coin is dangerous but not as dangerous as this meme coin because it has no use case, they mostly pump by fake news or some kind of publicity stunt, saying they are being advertised, sometimes announce by popular people, but it's just to lure people who don't understand clearly what they are doing, that is why they get scam.
when there is no real function and only rely on hype and influencer influence, it will not last long. The risk is high because the price movement is really difficult to predict. This kind of coin is not suitable for the long term, if you want to get involved then you should use it for the short term only. even though it is high risk but can still be used, make sure to understand the state of the market, don't be greedy and get out immediately even if the profit is small.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All of a sudden they want to join crypto. on: June 29, 2021, 06:37:39 PM
~
it is very natural that more and more people suddenly want to know crypto or even want to get into crypto immediately.
what we see today in the world of news related to crypto continues to increase. it's not just for the crypto community only. good or bad news makes people interested in knowing how crypto works.
unfortunately, before they know how crypto and the crypto market work. they have been consumed by the HYPE in the market. they are poisoned by the news of the high pump and they are forced to enter without any prior knowledge. that's what makes many regret when they are very panicked to see the value of their assets continue to decline when the correction occurs.
that's how evolution works, slowly but surely. especially in a pandemic condition like this, people's views regarding getting money from the internet immediately changed a lot, working doesn't always have to be from the office, even from home with only a gadget so we can earn money.
this is the importance of adaptation, technology continues to develop so we must be able to adapt to be able to use it well.

The increasingly fantastic price of btc, the role of social media and influencers, are the causes of more and more people who want to join the crypto ecosystem. and it's true, most of them only come because of fomo, without any basic knowledge and want to make a quick profit. most are ready to profit but not ready to lose because they do not understand the risks.
89  Economy / Economics / Re: When everybody tell you take take risk with money on: June 28, 2021, 11:14:52 PM
~
Actually, I disagree with you. I do believe that you're right in saying that taking certain risks with money could result in a life of troubles and sorrows. I, however, also believe every successful or wealthy person today took some form of risk or the other before they made it this big.
The idea to making it is not just taking risks, it is in taking calculated risks. When you take calculated risks, then you're chances of losses are reduced to the barest minimum which is the exact opposite of taking irrational risks
if we do not consider the risk it is called reckless. reckless only rely on luck without considering many things, whether the risk can be managed properly or not that is important to try. that's a bad idea, however, we must do risk management properly, self-control well, until we know how far our safe limit is in dealing with losses. that way every step taken will be full of calculations.
there are many lucky people, but are we among them?
rather than relying solely on luck, we better learn in advance, not in a hurry, so that we can prepare ourselves to face the worst risks.
90  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you making money online? on: June 28, 2021, 10:40:30 PM
The crypto space is really very broad and connected with lots of activities to earn money online, all you just need do is find a suitable way of earning from crypto and be consistent with it surely money will be made, like you said you weren't good in trading which causes anxiety to your body system and it's a good one you quit early, so i think you can try up staking, it's actually a good one tho the reward isn't that much depending on the amount staked. Bounty hunting is also a good one.
everyone has different abilities. for those who can analyze the market well, definitely say that trading is the best way. Those who like to write will definitely say that being a product reviewer is an effective way to earn money from crypto. see? any way if it is according to the ability and pleasure of each then it will be a fun way.
Earning money from the internet is a great way to adapt to technological developments.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Future? on: June 28, 2021, 10:18:29 PM
~
6 years is enough time to know the characteristics of bitcoin. especially from 2014, where if we invest some bitcoins, then today we have got capital money for other businesses, and we can set it aside for trading and reinvesting. we can imagine we bought it at that time at a price that was still cheap and now it has increased by thousands of percent
no one can really answer what will happen in the future, I'm sure a lot of early investors didn't think that bitcoin would develop as it is now, which is why there are so many sad stories about some people who lost their wallet master keys to access bitcoins that used to be bought or mined. Holding bitcoin is also not an easy matter for early adopters because there are many pros and cons, many prohibitions from various countries. this decade is also enough to prove that the future is full of surprises, bitcoin is one example, so make the most of this opportunity. many think that this is still in the early stages of adoption because there are still many opportunities that we can take advantage of, moreover, many large companies and financial systems are starting to integrate with cryptocurrencies.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why on earth do you own bitcoin? on: June 28, 2021, 09:47:40 PM
~
Who said it is only a downfall that we do see in the market? Why is it that you all never say good about Bitcoin when the price is going up , you all will just keep mute about it, but when the market crashes , then everyone will come out to start showing their frustration and hate  on Bitcoin?

There are also good news about Bitcoin, but you don’t look for them, that’s why you don’t see them, and all you will see is just the bad news, and that’s because bad news travels faster than good news. Just look at how far Bitcoin has come, the price in the last ten years is not what it is now. There was a time Bitcoin was worth less than one dollar, but it is worth over thousands of dollars, isn’t that enough reason for you to buy Bitcoin?
most people do not have a broad perspective, especially if what is being pursued is instant profit to get rich quick, so they do not consider aspects that can affect market movements. finally panic buy, and when stuck at the top then they easily panic and blame the situation.
all the things that started from FOMO, panic, very not good. we should not hurry, learn and understand the ecosystem first is very good for the future. Knowledge is an important investment, not just money.

I was initially very interested in getting a side job from the internet, which I could do anywhere without being bound by a work contract, I wanted the freedom to work. that's why I'm into crypto, there are lots of opportunities to take advantage of here. I can make money only from home.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency is best for long term investment? on: June 28, 2021, 08:23:31 PM
~
11. Solana

The development of the Solana ecosystem is quite impressive, besides that, there are many collaborations with well-known companies, so Sol should be included in the long-term list.

op has included all the potential crypto. long term investment takes patience and persistence to hodl, the market is very volatile, so a basic understanding of the investment and the chosen project is required.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many scammers have you funded by putting your money in? on: June 28, 2021, 01:59:51 PM
i've fund some scam projects in a few years ago when ICO is in hype. maybe four of five fake projects.
i don't have any experience back then, so i just follow the hype. i even read their paper carefully, but still i got scammed.
it was a very bad experience, stuck up to 5x. That's how it is.. a project that looks convincing is sometimes just an illusion.

I was also stuck once, I panicked about buying because at that time I was still a newbie and ico was hype. I joined ico without analyzing the project, and that's where my funds ran out.

Since then I have always rethought to put the funds, and prefer not to invest directly. I prefer to join bounties and competitions to profit from crypto, this is the way I can handle the most losses.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Trust this type Offer on: June 27, 2021, 11:18:10 PM
They are sending emails with a good offer to all registered email at their site and that is why you are receiving un updates.
But to ask how reliable this offer? It is uncertain, we know their reputation and that was clear enough to think if they can be trusted and this another trick to catch noobs.

Just don't mind it and ignore their emails or if possible to block them.
and I've been unsubscribed for a long time so I don't get any more offer emails which I don't think are worth it. I tried the offer several times, the first time I joined, and it turned out that the profit was not that big in my capacity, so I stopped. and a lot of bad opinions from my friends so I quit.
we should be careful too. Many scams take advantage of email, so don't just click on the link in it.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to the coins after your death ? on: June 27, 2021, 10:49:51 PM
It is one of the most frequently asked question in the forum and I think bitcoin or crypto developers would find or make a way on how this can be solved. A sudden death can make your coins go to waste so it would be best that you have some back up files left to your family so that they can access your earnings if ever you die accidentally or unexpectedly. I just hope the developers can make some kind of memorialized option for those who encountered unexpected death wherein through legal documents revealing the relation of a certain family member, they can access the account or withdraw to make use of it.
that's how it is, concerns about losing access to our assets if we die suddenly need to be prepared. That's why I always share with my wife and teach her how to earn money from cryptocurrency. I make a special note regarding the secret key to access all the wallets I hold, as well as my wife, so if something goes wrong then the asset is still safe and can be used.

This is a precaution that really must be prepared. In the past, there must have been a lot of people who didn't think that bitcoin would be this fantastic in price, that's why many lost access to their wallets because they stored keys carelessly, and look how many regret it.
97  Economy / Economics / Re: holding bitcoin from early 2010 till today on: June 24, 2021, 11:53:02 PM
This guy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3 and maybe some of the early pioneers who left the forum a long time ago.

I doubt someone else would publicly declare it now for privacy and security reasons. It will be an open invitation for hacking and other attacks.
Your example should not be included, I mean he is the founder so I am pretty sure that satoshi would hodl on to that bitcoin no matter what. I do agree that someone won't declare that they own a lot of bitcoin because I am pretty sure that there is a lot of people out there that will try to steal that bitcoin out of their hands.
well, people who really "have" will not carelessly show off what he has. it was sufficient for his personal pleasure, not for public consumption. I really salute people like that. keep a low profile, yes of course to maintain privacy and security. I'm pretty sure there are still early adopters who hold it to this day.
or there are also those who have released some of their assets and refilled their bags, that's the cycle.
don't see how big the profit is, but look at his persistence as a hodler in dealing with various storms to date. amazing right?
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you worry about not being able to convert BTC to fiat in future on: June 24, 2021, 11:40:18 PM
And there will probably always be places on the internet that are based in other countries that allow it.
You would wind up with more limited options and might have to jump though a few more steps but you will always be able to convert it out somehow.
Might take a hit on the rates, but that's about it.

-Dave
If there is a problem, there will definitely be a solution. if what op fears really happens, there will definitely be a project developed specifically to address that, I'm sure, especially as more and more crypto users. it can be a business ground for platform owners who provide services for fiat attraction.

as long as the state legal entity legalizes the existence of local crypto exchanges, there is nothing to worry about I think. although we know that many governments are against cryptocurrencies, but many also legalize it as an investment tool and trading commodity.
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Incredible stories of Bitcoin millionaires on: June 24, 2021, 11:27:40 PM
one more great story about bitcoin, thanks op for sharing this information. sometimes i am very amazed and envious of the luck of the people involved with btc. I have to work hard to be able to get big profits from crypto.

well, everyone has their success story, i will look for that too and be the next lucky person Smiley
---
I have a friend, before knowing crypto his life was really difficult. then he focused and learned trading, until finally he managed to buy a house and support his family properly. from zero to heroes.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you recommend staking? on: June 24, 2021, 10:59:05 PM
I think that staking is a huge advantage for those who start early as the percentages will be higher but at the same time I think it will be a valid solution even for the long term, passive income can give you financial freedom.
Coin staking is indeed suitable for people who have a hodler spirit. Staking usually requires users to hold their assets on the platform for a certain period of time, during which time the assets cannot be withdrawn. yes, if you intend to be a hodler then staking is very effective, because you can get additional assets. but really pay attention to the platform that will be used, make sure it is really safe and official.
all strategies must have advantages and disadvantages, understand the risks to face the worst possibility.
