Quick support question (I just emailed, but all my prior support requests have gotten very slow replies that are usually boilerplate and don't actually address my question/issue).
I know SEPA transfers aren't immediate, but I withdrew a test withdrawal that was confirmed as completed on Wednesday. It's now Monday (5 days / 3 business days later), and it's still not showing up in our bank account. I've reconfirmed that all details are correct and matching (name, IBAN, etc.).
How do we trace this SEPA transfer?
(fwiw, I'm not claiming scam or anything like that. However, the level of support in my experience so far at Bitpanda has been quite bad.)

Just a big warning from me, after a firmware update of my phone i lost my 2FA accounts via google authenticator app and had to go through the painful process to reset/getting all accounts to work again. I highly recommend using "Authy" over google, since there you can store a backup of the account data. Yet www.bitpanda.com was the only service that did not provide a easy/reasonable 2FA reset option, i use a basic bronze account that does not need a id verification and the support only offered me a reset by id verification. After i told them that i don't want to give them my id's, which was the main reason i just use a bronze account in the first place, i haven't got any information in two days  In comparison bitgo, neteller, google and all other services had some form of 2fa reset option and did not require more information than was needed to open the account in the first place. So i'm less than happy with how this is handled by bitpanda.com [UPDATE] After 3 days the support offered the reset via providing the last 4 IBAN digits of the last transaction. Hopefully this will work and i get my account back! I still strongly suggest to make it more clear that if anything happens with your phone (lost, manual firmware update, factory reset) the google app will not backup/restore the accounts and you have to go through a manual and in some cases painfully recover process. This all could have been avoided if i would have used "Authy" or any other 2fa app that does a backup. I now also understand why Bitwarden do recommend Authy over google in there 2fa FAQ page. At least make a screenshot of the org. code page you use to add the account and store this in some password manager or locally safe place. Hello andy2222, we are aware that recovering 2FA is not a simple process, however we are a financial service and need to protect our users so we need to be extra safe. Though you have the ability to recreate your 2FA always by yourself. We show the creation key of the 2FA-entry whenever 2FA is set up. It should be backed up and we ask the user to do so also. Hallo BitPanda-Support! Ich habe vor über 5 Stunden gekauft: Kauf (870277179065356998) von 0.47135847 BTC für insgesamt 5,000.00 EUR zum Preis von 10,603.3950 EUR. Bezahlt habe ich sofort per Giropay. - Ihr gebt auf der Webseite an, dass das 20 Sekunden dauert.
- Ihr werbt mit blitzschnellem Kauf und Verkauf ohne Überraschungen.
- In den FAQ steht, dass man gekaufte Bitcoin bei Zahlung per Giropay sofort erhält.
Vor der Zahlung absolut kein Hinweis auf das anstehende Problem. Direkt nach der Zahlung erhielt ich den Hinweis, dass mein Kauf erst noch manuell geprüft werden muss. Das Geld wurde sofort von meinem Konto abgebucht hab aber von euch ein Mail bekommen "Bestellung abgebrochen, Zeitüberschreitung".
Hab weder Bitcoin bekommen noch wurde das Geld zurück gebucht, bitte um Aufklärung, Mail an Support wurde nicht beantwortet!

Yesterday I put through an order for DASH via Visa payment however, while the transaction is marked as complete the coin have not arrived in my wallet 18 hours+ after the transaction.
I created a ticket with BitPanda support soon after however I have not had any response. I am very nervous that I've been ripped off and the lack of contact information / support from BitPanda is not helping. As a new customer, I'm starting to believe they don't have a good reputable service.

I was in a hurry to pay a transaction and thought it will go through, because i am used to how it works @ bittrex.
So the ammount i sent was not the full ammount, because the fee was ~ 5$ and i did not calculate it by hand.
So i had to pay another 5$ to send a second transaction of around 30 cents. For another 5$.
The total ammount needed for a transaction is not visible, it must be calculated by the user himself by adding the ammount to send and the fee.
Also please show a notification if the balance is not enough to send a transaction off.

The TX fee is not included in this amount. If the remaining funds would be too few for the tx-fee then you would see a warning. We will always send the same amount you asked us to send.
