81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Italy is using blockchain to fight on: March 20, 2020, 08:19:05 PM

Almost not true. A bank allowing BTC trading, something new for the real world. It must be the reason why it pumped yesterday. I was looking for the reason why the sudden jump of price yesterday so may this is it.  For all the countries affected with corona and their economy, service like this could be a good opportunity for banks and for people send money without having to  go over the counter.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin for coronavirus on: March 20, 2020, 06:45:30 PM
Riding the pump would be nice though but it would also be a sure loss if you don't take profit. Its best to dump even when it didn't yet hit the ATH or the overbought level of this coin.

The joke is going to be on you if you still invest to this project though so you have ot be very careful because the dev might just dump it to you for 1 satoshi each and gone.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hodl altcoins or..? on: March 20, 2020, 06:12:49 PM

Unless you are seeing the price is going to drop again to $3k, you'd be fine selling it.

I have not trade with the aim to get more money via leverage so I have no experience with it but accumulating somehow is very common since 2016. So dumping and buying the coins back would be a good thing to do it you knew what you are doing. If you have no idea then you better just hold you coins and wait til you wanna cash them out.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: The ℕamecoin Project on: March 19, 2020, 04:52:23 PM
Are we seeing fork because the community is divided?

The project seem to be in just one direction so it has to be one community with one goal after all their community would like to succeed to finally have all the services to provide. Domain registration as far as I know is just one of the objective right?

I also want that .bit email services. I'd like to have on myself. This is one of the oldest project in crypto, some say its the first before BTC.
85  Economy / Economics / Re: I think I Found The Reason For Bitcoin's Latest Crash on: March 19, 2020, 03:53:09 PM
Human lives are in danger due to the deadly virus and cities are locked up due to it, its like from the zombie movie scene. I would leave anything valuable behind and sell some of my BTCs if it saves my life and my kids in the next months.

Its the food and medication preparation for the next few months that I would be worrying and forget about that quantum and qubits since they have nothing to do with how I can be prepared and I think traders in stock market thought the same thing before the zombies come.  No wonder the markets crash. Those who dumped didn't think of quantum computing.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ❤ Bitcoin Bank | COIN - First launch and testing on: March 19, 2020, 08:05:46 AM

Who decides it to name it BITCOIN BANK?
This is somewhat like a classic error not just for the marketing here. We know the word "BANK" in crypto community doesn't sound right.

Anyway, just for those who doesn't give a damn to click links, its actually a good project to mine while its yet not in the exchange. It is?

What is Bitcoin Bank?

Bitcoin Bank is an implementation of the "Zerocash" protocol. Based on Bitcoin's code and Zcash, Bitcoin Bank intends to offer a far higher standard of privacy through a sophisticated zero-knowledge proving scheme that preserves confidentiality of transaction metadata. More technical details are available in our Protocol Specification from Zcash.

This software is the Bitcoin Bank client. It downloads and stores the entire history of Bitcoin transactions; depending on the speed of your computer and network connection, the synchronization process could take a day or more once the blockchain has reached a significant size.
87  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you ready for the Halving ??? Not that Halving, the PRICE Halving of Bitcoin on: March 18, 2020, 02:48:29 PM
Did anybody notice this guy sounds like Peter Schiff who asked help from the internet because his BTC wallet forgot its password?  Grin

Peter was also the one who kept declaring btc has no value that is a waste of energy and all.

Well what you are saying is true though. The next halving could be worst so watch for it and dump yours  after another price halving.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 60% Wiped Out - Will Bitcoin Have a Hard Time Finding Investors After This? on: March 18, 2020, 01:08:09 PM
BTC will always find investors.  By how the market works, it doesn't need more investors to reach its ATH again. The markets only need few people bidding each others price and with scarcity, its price can sky rocket and the moon isn't even the limit. You can just wait til the scarcity kick in, before the next 4 years come you'd be seeing prices going up again.

Covid19 is just a hiccup to this market. There is a good side to this event too which countries affect may now consider cashless because they are seeing banknotes are helping the virus to act like wildfire.

89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] inSure System - The First in the World Crypto Asset Insurance System on: March 18, 2020, 03:54:36 AM
Thank you for your feedback, we value everyone's opinion, even the negative ones. inSure System provides first in the world crypto-asset insurances. We have been providing services already 3 months and as you can see the price is stable even in the bearish market. We are determined to lead the inSure project to its full potential.
Even Bitcoin and Ethereum were called a SCAM, in the beginning, so we are not afraid to receive some pessimistic feedback, that is expected, we will just steadily stay on our path.

Providing services already 3 months ?

Do you mean to day that there were crypto users already had claimed insurance money form you in this 3 month period, if so is there a way we can check it?

Bitcoin and ETH were called scam because those people are either spread false information or simply they don't understand it. But for us all, we understand insurance and it doesn't work particularly for internet base companies like yours. It always end up being SCAM.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto analyst accused of photoshopping trade screenshots on: March 17, 2020, 07:03:51 PM

This thread could be fused to this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5233213

Jacob Canfield has 63,000 follower. You can just imagine how much he got if these followers paid the membership fees, he wouldn't have to trade anymore but wait monthly expiration of the membership while he can just photoshop his trades. Great line of job.  After this news, he might not have the  Jacob 63k anymore on his list.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] inSure System - The First in the World Crypto Asset Insurance System on: March 17, 2020, 03:34:04 PM
This is clearly a scam project. You have been warned for this. No insurance project in blockchain that had been there that works really real. There wereprojects in the past like this, their tokens were in the exchange but after few weeks the team dumped all they got and abandoned the project. EVER heard of SURETY tokens?

This is no different to inSURE, they are now in the exchange but this is doomed.

In real insurace company, you will have a hard time before you can claim anything that you will have to go thru a lot of process and trouble before the insurance company ever take a look at your papers.  I don't know what sort of things you'd go thru before this scam company ever take a look at you that fact that this exist on the internet.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How is Bitcoin useful as a currency if so few services accept it? on: March 17, 2020, 08:00:10 AM

Bitcoin will be worth of an investment for some and it could be for you as well.

Only few stores accepts BTC as payment for their good and services but in some countries  like Japan and Germany I've heard you as a bitcoin user can buy beers sing your BTC wallet in your phone. The adoption in some countries is going good but the rest has the resistance to use. But like mk4 said you can convert your BTC to real fiat currency to buy things you want.
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tyler Winklevoss: BTC is not a hedge to pandemics on: March 16, 2020, 06:32:55 PM
Tyler Winklevoss believe what he is saying like he wants us to sell at cheap price?  Grin  Not the kind of wisdom that will save someone from getting rekt. Despite them keeping their worthless EFT proposals there isn't a group of individuals who wants them shutup.

The media see this as pandemic yet HIV which were there for the longest time and have been killing lives were not consider pandemic. BS
94  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses on: March 16, 2020, 06:22:42 PM

It will just die on its own after 2 weeks of isolation?

Lucky are the ones who are not friendly when virus plague an entire continent. Unfortunately for the virus is that its strain isn't so strong but can only be fatal to the ones with weak health conditions. If you have no heart disease or diabetes you are not safe to join a social gathering for the virus can easily get into your system. Cities are lockdown and if it continues for another month, looting and killing will be another problem.
95  Economy / Economics / Re: Coronavirus is very harmful to fiat currencies, not bitcoin on: March 14, 2020, 03:01:25 PM

I doubt something will change in 2-3 months though. If we are talking about halving then yes the supply will be lessen but who cares about bitcoin when they can't spend it. The dumps will keep on going til we see the corona virus are contained in every country that's affected. China had made it but that's how good they are at solving problems, what about Italy, what about the rest?

Lucky are the ones who lives in the remote islands who people are just living out of harvesting the ocean because they are not going to suffer scarcity.
96  Economy / Economics / Re: WHO encourages use of digital payments due to COVID19 on: March 13, 2020, 05:33:50 PM

Its time governments consider cashless transaction, not necessarily bitcoin or crypto but it would be great for governments to support cryptocurrency especially the government backed coins. For the purpose of avoiding the spread of the disease now that WHO is declaring it as pandemic. It has to start some country where their government allows crypto like Japan or Germany.
97  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Practices and habit on: March 13, 2020, 05:00:53 PM

I have a dual monitor so a simple practice would be to kept the chart on the other monitor and a movie on the other monitor, this way you get to see the changes in charts live while also watching a movie. Sometimes I just watch youtube videos in autoplay while the chart still on the other monitor.  Its convenient that I can write in the forum as well. I learned this from a trader friend who is from forex so I applied to to my setup in my root and since then its not a habit.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MESSAGE TO BOUNTY MANAGERS on: March 13, 2020, 03:36:55 PM

The answers to the questions given by julz can be search from the internet though.

What he may add later is the questions only the forum users knew like which is LoyceV alt account or something like this.  This will lead these bounty hunters to unite and have a group where they can ask questions and what the answers are. And if the questions are too hard, this disqualify someone who can actually promote the project will millions of twitter followers.
99  Economy / Goods / Re: Swapping gemstones for coins on: March 12, 2020, 11:39:55 AM

Still available anyone interested get in contact.

These are literally gemstones  Grin  You have great collections in there. Don't we need papers on these?

When I first read the thread title I was thinking already that you have some altcoins ready to exchange with whoever wants to but wow. I'm not into real gems but this is very interesting that people are actually thinking of buying these without physically checking it.

100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advise needed. We have a great project. ICO, IEO or Private Sales? on: March 12, 2020, 11:10:05 AM

There are ICO advisors in ICObench who portrait themselves to be experience with this, I think asking them to join your team will also be good. Your only hope is if he is willing to accept the tokens you are selling. ICO and private sales needs a lot of convincing.

When pushing for IEO, its the only exchange that you need to partner with like the p2pb2b who is open for all those projects that wants to partner with. There is also vindax and latoken, you just have to ask them.
