Hello Janus Team, I wanted to ask what specific goals are you looking for Project Janus in the short- mid term? Reading the business plan about "distinctly branded projects", what kind of projects are you looking at? Can you give any specifics or clarifications?
Yes. The two projects which will have priority are the Social Fintech site and the Realty play. Let me expand on this a bit: Social Fintech: We believe that in this space we have an idea which is genuinely new and hasn't been done yet. So by implementing this would have a first-mover advantage which gives this high potential for success. In terms of code, version 1 of this site is not terribly complex and can be implemented relatively rapidly. If the site catches on (we think and hope it will, but you never know this in advance) we have exciting plans for extending it's functional coverage into areas which will again bring something new to this space. I will not reveal further details about this idea because from past experience we have learned that good ideas, when revealed will be copied. Suffice it to say that we are not aware of any site implementing what we are planning to do and that if successful, it will provide a springboard for further expansion into this space. Realty: We (specifically myself) own the copyright to a working codebase for implementing realty sites which in the past has been used on live sites. There is a site right now running on this codebase from a former customer of mine who is doing quite well, so fundamentally this proves that the code works and is solid. The only issue here is that this code was written a few years and and will have to be refactored to our new standard platform. This however is not a huge issue, since refactoring code is much easier than writing new code; in addition to this, refactoring code allows you to retain the business logic which has evolved in such a system over time, which means that once the refactoring is done, you end up with a working system which benefits from all previous development. For our realty play(s), we plan a 2-pronged approach: sell software and services to realtors and also use the site to launch a/many portal(s) servicing areas which currently are not very competitive but have the potential to deliver substantial profits. This might be the first decent ICO thread I've found. Nice job guys, will be watching this one to see if it's worth investing.
Figures.....legit crypto projects struggle to get the love. Well, we have 39 days to go ... we'll just keep at it and see where we end up. Other projects have gotten lots of money with just a few fancy drawings, so there's hope that a legitimate business play will eventually be recognized for what it's worth ... |

Is it correct the minimum amount you want to raise is 50 BTC? 42 days more to go and likely that will be reached. It's getting good, nearly 20 btc already in just a few days. I think it will grow even more in the next few weeks, i think easily will hit over 100 btc or more. I am hoping so anyway. I am definitely getting a Tee shirt! Maybe good to get a few as Xmas gifts for the Family too! I just woke up and found my TOKEN purchase there, which is cool. I want to try to get more because it's great to catch the 8% bonus.. . Do the T shirts get shipped wordlwide? I am in Cyprus, Very very eastern Europe lol..  Yes, the shirts do get shipped worldwide. I'm geographically not too far from you (relatively speaking, it's not like I'm next door) and a previous order was shipped to me from Germany ... Awesome, do you think they can make a Janus mug as well? I like collecting mugs lol so I would love a Janus one. I will get one of these Tees in a few days and just need to send some more btc to JANUS to get some more before the 8% bonus ends, will do that tonight.. This paragraph I feel very strongly is important to understand about our project: "So while what we are doing is not per se 'sexy' in the sense that we won't innovate blockchain technology, the fact that we intend to target extremely large and global markets gives us the potential to reach real market adoption which in turn should generate substantial profits. In this sense, it is instructive to take a step back and look at the size of the cryptocurrency market and the number of people participating in it because compared to mainstream markets, crypto is tiny. This means that by limiting yourself to the cryptocurrency market, you are in effect excluding the bulk of the planet's population from your target audience. Bjorn said that while they don't have a set amount yet for what would be the minimum, it would most likely be around 50 BTCHello, yes this is correct in the event we come anywhere near 50 BTC at Janus sale end then a decision would be made to refund. This project and our team has had the experience to perform on numerous budgets sizes from small to large, however Janus requires significant funding to be able to accomplish our work in shorter time frames. Especially, with the need to hire several staff in the years to come. I think that we will be over 50btc in few days. It needs some time, but as more investors find Janus, the more btc will be invested.. I think you have to show your team and add to op op probably already full with JANUS project information, and to direct the team you can see on the official website JANUS, contained in op In addition to this my LinkedIn profile (I am the lead dev for the project) and Luis' profile (our community manager) is linked from our website, enabling you to easily evaluate our professional credentials ... Software giants all started from some basement! .. I love the sentiment but lets remain realistic: For a lot of reasons, the chances of Janus becoming another Facebook or Google are pretty much 0 (zero). But, and here's the beauty of our model, it doesn't have to become a world market leader in order to generate substantial profits. There are lots of 'boring' companies out there who have managed to capture some market niche and are making a boatload of money but you've never heard of them because they're not 'sexy' like Facebook or Google. Bottom line: we don't aim to become another Facebook or Google (that would be unrealistic) but we aim to become quite profitable. |

Just saw your article on janus is what made me aware of it. One thing the 8% bonus is only until 20th November is this accurate? I have been waiting for something real and this team has even shown me kindness in past experience. Good luck Nice to see my wife's work is making the rounds I just purchased as a gift for her our first investment in Janus. It's part of her Xmas gift. She likes investments as gifts as opposed to buying her stuff, oh well the ladies know best so who is to argue with that? Probably a good choice.
