Is there any proof that author of this book actually knows what he is talking about?
What makes one an expert in crypto-currency?
- Number of posts on BitcoinTalk (certainly not)
- Number of years dealing with crypt-currency (certainly not)
- Number of trades on the exchange (certainly not)
- Number of contributions to source code (helps, but not)
- Years of reading/learning about it (helps, but not)
- Year of mining crypto-currency (helps, but not)
- Launching your own crypto-currency (not)
- Being a member of some crypto-currency board (not)
- Running successful crypto-currency business (not)
^^^ all of the above = maybe
What did author do? My guess, not much of listed. Therefore he is not an expert.
I do not need to be an expert to write about the history of cryptocurrencies. Let me ask you one simple question? What have you done to help promote Bitcoin and cryptocurrency?
