801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HODLing will get you nowhere on: November 07, 2018, 05:10:41 AM
If you're not good in trading then holding might be a solution for long-term.

Individual traders need to find an efficient way to do their quantitative trading instead of obsessing with market changes. Put your trading idea into a code system and run this system to free your mind.

I would suggest you first learn paper trading, if you have mastered trading on an exchange and you make profit on daily base. you can begin margin. Otherwise debt is near to you.
802  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mining Bitcoin Doesn't Need To Worry About Spending Electricity on: November 07, 2018, 05:07:09 AM
You know, the crypto market is stuck right now and you have to do a big research before you'll start mining.
I think it's better not to mine as it takes much money for electricity bills, but to trade.
Or you can try signing in some blockchain based messengers which allow you to gain some crypto for posting and chatting or simply being online.

Anyway you don't have to believe in crypto only, try to find a new job as coins are not in the best condition these days.

21 airdrop already gone, but you are creating the new thread. So why didn't you create it when no airdrops happened, so people can maximise their rewards? Yeah very nice way to attract referrals, huh?  Tongue

Each round has different rules. Airdrop 21 is a referral round, indeed. Not sure what AD22 will bring.
I have a romanian local thread opened since the beginning of the project.

If you don't get new members as a non-ICO project, you cannot have success. Even if you're a great project, if people don't know you, you don't exist  Smiley
804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / 🔴🔴🔴 [AIRDROP][NOICO] 🔷 STAKER🔷 Smart Contract Based Game 🔴🔴🔴 on: November 06, 2018, 08:06:51 PM
Hi guys,

People knowing me can confirm that I don't promote sh*t projects or fishy schemes and I don't lose my time investing in projects I don't believe they have a good development potential.

I won't present here things that you can find on Internet, but my personal experience after a few months of being member of a great project and community:

 - After a lot of bad experiences around ICO-based projects (more than 80% became scams), I liked that I found in Staker a non-ICO project, where I felt confident that the team will not just vanish as soon as soft / hard cap was reached

 - Staker is already listed on CoinMarketCap and can be traded on Crex24
https://crex24.com/exchange/STR-BTC
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/staker/

 - There are 40 weekly airdrops, where the STR are payed every Tuesday. (Airdrop 21/40 in progress this week)

 - Max Total Supply is extremely low: 7,785,000 STR , meaning that if the project continues its constant development the price can have an important raise in the future

 - Members are encouraged to keep their STR, not to sell them the next day after they received the Airdrop (as usually happen with most of Airdrop tokens people receive), as there is a staking program of 100% of the holdings in the first year of staking.

Unlike ICO-projects, where huge amounts of $ go directly into Marketing, non-ICO projects need the help of the entire community for a better exposure.

If I made you curious enough, please register to Staker Airdrop and thank you for helping the community to grow: http://itwebtalk.com/2018/11/06/staker-smart-contract-based-game-for-erc20-token/
805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins is 10 years, Proof it is here to stay. on: November 06, 2018, 07:10:06 AM
Indeed, Bitcoin is here to stay. 10 years is a lot and definitely it proved its maturity in time. Stability is a good sign during all the year 2018, even if the price stabilized at lower values. For early adopters, 6k-7k is still a good range.
806  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New member intro. on: November 06, 2018, 07:07:16 AM
I would suggest you start with the basics first. If you have already gained basic knowledge regarding cryptocurrency and its related technologies like blockchain, then you should focus on advanced articles that focus on current trends happening in the world of cryptocurrencies. There are a lot of news websites that provide the latest information regarding the latest trends. So you can subscribe to those news websites and get all the latest news and updates regarding cryptocurrency.
807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is just one coin... on: November 05, 2018, 07:09:18 AM
I believe in Crypto, I really do, I just think this is still the early stages and that BTC is unlikely to be THE coin of the future.
I think eventually there will be a crash, I think people will lose money but I think it will be good for the Crypto world in the long term as it will allow for something better to be developed.
A lot of issues still need to be addressed.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL on: November 05, 2018, 07:04:26 AM
Buying any coin and hodling it, is a though game. You can lose everything you invest
If you have the spare budget, ( that you don't mind losing) you could buy the top 5 or 10, or just keep your budget ready for action and keep watching the news, the coins value go up when news about that specific coin gets dropped most of the times.
But only invest money in crypto you don't mind losing, that's the golden rule!

It's still a great industry, and there are a lot of other ways to make good profits with crypto than just hodling
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in crypto? on: November 02, 2018, 07:09:25 AM
I believe in coins and projects I support, but not in cryto overall. Cryto changed a lot last years. We are now full of scam ICOs, Airdrops and Bounties, people trying to stole your funds all over the place, and you cannot like this.

However, good projects exist and will always exist (see Staker for details). They need more support and exposure and I hope that all the scams will disappear sooner or later, as they break the imge of cryto as a whole.
810  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC Prices Predicting Software on: November 02, 2018, 07:04:07 AM
Dude, nobody knows what the price will be in the future, neither human or software.

If you know basics about cryto you can understand that market is very volatile due to a lot of factors that a software cannot take into account: news, political interests, future developments, mass adoption etc.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know which coins are good? on: November 01, 2018, 07:04:02 AM
To know if a coin is good or not, make your own deep research and always give a lot of importance to the following:
- team's experience
- milestones achievement
- Whitepaper
- social media activity
- other websites references to the project you're interested in.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think this year will be bad year for ICOS? on: November 01, 2018, 07:01:31 AM
Personally I think many years from now will be bad years for ICOs. Except some good ICOs (very few) they are more than 80-90% just ordinary scams. People started to understand this and they stay away from ICOs. And this is not just this year, this is a trend being created and will continue the next years, too.

I think that non-ICO based projects are a better option for people willing to invest in something new.
813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Phobia - new social phenomenon on: November 01, 2018, 06:57:56 AM
The more various opinions I hear about Cryptocurrency, the more I realize that there is a new kind of phobic hysteria, which appears literally about everything related to Cryptocurrency, e.g. mining, trading, ICOs or lending.
In some cases people provide interesting groundings concerning Cryptocurrency risks and instability.
But in many cases their negative conclusions simply sound like: scam, deception and other "demonizing" statements.
I think this phenomenon spreads around fairly fast.
What's your opinion about it?

Many of these phobias are explainable after all what happened during the last year. However, if you di a lot of research you can definitely find a lot of good projects that still brig great profits. I would mention here specially non-ICO based projects, as there is no risk that the project to vanish after all the money from ICO have been collected.
814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is our money in crypto? on: October 31, 2018, 05:14:22 AM
It all depends on you if your funds are safe or not. If you have important amounts invested in crypto you might want to buy a hardware wallet (ex: Ledger Nano S, Tresor etc) and you won't be afraid anymore that your coins will be stolen by hackers.

I recommend to everyone being interested in hugh security of their funds to invest in a hardware wallet. It worth every single penny.
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 80% of ICOs are Scams on: October 31, 2018, 05:10:03 AM
It's crazy to invest nowadays in ICO-based projects after all what happened to most of the ICOs this year.

Best option is to invest in coins that already confirmed their value on the market or to look for non-ICO based projects as they are less risky. (if you're interested you can find a gret non-ICO project, Staker, in my signature)
816  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Please Buy a Hardware Wallet on: October 31, 2018, 05:06:06 AM
I bought a Ledger Nano S and I'm very happy about that. Before I was keeping most of my earnings in exchanges or in MEW with private keys saved on my drive. I was always having a weird feeling when I was about to perform a transaction as I was afraid to lose my coins.

Since I bought the hardware wallet I have no more stress that my coins could be stolen.
817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Coins people are hodling At the moement ? on: October 30, 2018, 07:15:06 AM
Personally, for this bearish periid I keep ~80% of my investments in BTC and ETH.

However, when the market will become bullish, some strong projects might have a much bigger increase than btc or eth. I invested the rest in Staker project. (you can find more details under ny signature)
818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will survive enemies it has created ?? on: October 30, 2018, 07:04:00 AM
Big banks are buying crypto. Stock exchanges are listing crypto funds. Billions of U$ are flowing into crypto daily.

Are all these big players wrong?

Sir Richard Branson gave an award to a crypto project recently. Is he dumb?

I don't think so. Btc will survive, no matter what.
819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to invest 500$ on: October 29, 2018, 07:13:01 AM
I would recommend you to invest in projects that were nit pumped yet, otherwise your investment might just be linear or decrease in time.

For stability, you might want to invest in Btc or Eth. However, if you want to risk a bit and support new strong projects, I would recommend you to have a look at Staker. (details in my signature).
820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most alts are worth Zero on: October 29, 2018, 07:09:23 AM
To have a real value a coin must be useful. People need to buy it for a concrete reason and it needs to answer to a need, otherwise people might invest on it only temporary and this is what it's called in cryto a pump and dump scheme.

Many crytos are still nothing more than ordinary pump and dump schemes, so be careful when you invest.
