Things are looking soooo goood. First http://coinmarketcap.com/ adds mint, then CoinMarket.io ! The community is more active then ever ! Hash rate is stable and the ridiculous buy walls are disappearing ( from 23btc at 5 satoshi to 4 ! ) Time to get all my btc into mint while i still can get them at that price... Good work everyone ! So i have sent all banners/logos i have right now to the people that asked for them. If any one else wants to use them just tell me and i can send you all files. My designer came up with an idea, he will make series of banners that will include MINT COIN and things that people like to do. It will be like, MINT while relaxing, having a drink, shopping, tweeting etc. Please tell me what you think about this idea. Here is the first banner like this, just so you can get an idea of what i am talking about Any comments are welcome !  |

Hey all, i just wanna say that i also never had problems with the wallet syncing. I shut down my PC everyday so i turn on the wallet fresh every day and never had any problems, connects after no more then 5 min and runs smoothly.I have no idea why some people have problems and some do not. But i hope it will be fixed soon. I am happy that you like the 4 logo/banners that i had created for mint coin ! Please feel free to give your thoughts on them. Also as i said in my previous post, please share what should we create next ? Should it be something funny ? or serious ? give your suggestions. About the logo and the M in it i thin that the idea behind is good and we should not change it but well thats just my opinion. I am very happy that there are people like ShibeonBarkmont David Latapie that are steping up for this coin ! I will also do my best and i am sure the community will get this coin where it belongs. I hope they will be able to get in touch with the dev team soon and get some more information on the upcoming changes from there, such as wallet fix etc. We as community can do a lot but we for sure need some good dev's working on the technical part. Lets all vote ( we are on 4-th place at allcrypt ... like ... COME OOON ) and help mint go to the right places |

ShibeonBarkmont, kopam, nickenburg, lumeire, please create an account, I thus will check if everything works fine. kopam: you DO have skills for helping! What you might not have is time or motivation, but skill, you. We do not need coders only. You can write? You can promote? Maybe you can even design? You can also welcome newcomers, help with transaction issue, let alone contacting merchants and dealing with marketing, advocating.. There is a lot of things you can do without being a coder! lumeire: thanks for your offer. could you start by posting on the blog your infographics? Then take contact with ShibeonBarkmont for arranging the best course of action when it comes to promotion - your taks are complementary. Let's start with gathering a team. And remember: this is open-source. The only this that is not open is the experience of the dev - the rest lays in our hands. Maybe some of you already participated in another coins - so you have experience too. Don't forget: we are not working against the team. We are working with him. We are working to show him/her that we are good enough to alleviate some of his burden and make mintcoin more dynamic. Let us make mintcoin succeed! But there is still something we can do before he answers: create a nice-looking website! Yes, I know there is already one (mintcoin.biz) but it is not attractive enough - and without any contact from the dev, there is nothing else we can do... on this site. But what we can do is create another website. I can volunteer for setting it up, but I won't have time of proficiency to make a nice one and to enter text in it. Nevertheless, I am ready to lend my webspace. So here it goe: I will create a brand new WordPress blog with default Twenty-Fourteen theme. It won't be wordpress.com, it will be wordpress.org. Which means plugin and themes can be added. I will give the keys to anyone interested in writing or designing. At the beginning, the blog will be on my domaine name (latapie.name) but if momentum arises, I am ready to buy a domain name. Yep, I am that motivated. But I need people to join in. ShibeonBarkmont has kindly accepted to become community manager, so he will help me dealing with your requests, centralising suggestion, forward information to me... and most importantly make the community more vibrant than ever! So welcome Shibeon on "mintcoin redux". Welcome all of you! I will notify you once the website is active. Meanwhile, I expect contact from the dev. And remember; this is open-source, anyone can step in! That is just great ! just a quick note to tell that we are well aware of everything mentioned above. We are working hard for this coin, I personally haven't taken a single day of rest since launch, you have no idea of the amount of work needed behind the scenes. So give us some time, Bitcoin is 5 years old, MintCoin is 9 days old, and we will support this coin as long as it's needed for it to succeed.

I also do not see anything strange in the dump going right now. People see the hash rate goin down, they get scared and start dumping. So as long as the dev's take the time and share with us the plans for the future and ofc they keep on working on the coin, well then its all gonna be just great and we will see a great future of this coin |
