Regarding the power waste, I think the Raspberry Pi (a lilliputian micro sistem) plus a external usb memory card \ hd, can be a valid solution, but i don't have any direct experience. Here someone else can give more information than me. I run my wallet on raspberry pi (v2) and everything work fine This solution give you low power consuption. I manage my wallet by remote desktop connection to raspberry pi. If you choose this solution you must remember to use very fast sd card (class 10) with min. 8GB size. Also U must have basic knowlegde about linux (debian) operating system. Roughly speaking, in order to compare, how many watts it consumes? And there would be enough resources for wallet of other currencies? Bye Bye Who needs other currencies??? The only other Currency I own is EUR, Cuban Convertibles and Sri Lanka Rupie... lol

@pakagereopening did not fix issue @shahimI was running 2.0.3 before upgrade without issues. I downloaded the blockchain you provided, cleared my roaming except for wallet.dat, and all is working great now. I was waiting to stake before responding
Do we no longer need a .conf file? I ask because when I DL'd shahim's blockchain there wasn't a .conf included and I did not add one. I currently have 32 connections so all is well. question: Is there any risk involved in using someone else's peer.dat? thanks to all Sorry, I did not include the conf file. It is better you create one!

@devThanks for all the hard work & the new wallet. I'm getting an error with new wallet, please advise. version:2.0.4 (latest from above link) OS: Win7/64 update procedure: deleted all in roaming folder/DL wallet/synced from scratch/replaced wallet.dat with backup copy/relaunch wallet & receive error Thanks This is strange. Never seen that before. Which version have you used before? Plz search for the blockchain data I uploaded 2 or 3 pages before and try unpacking it. I hope you have a backup of the wallet.dat file. Edit: could it be you copied wallet.dat while wallet was still running in background? Perhaps try to recopy wallet.dat from backup, otherwise perhaps try repairwallet in debug window.

Version 2.04 is mandatory! This Update for 2.04 fixes the sync issues, some of you experienced. But it is best to be complete updated! So I would say please update! And BTW I am working at fixing the richlist bug. regards shahim

if I use the old blockchain that was downloaded as of earlier today with the previous wallet, it will continue to download from block 192 and complete, will this have problem? or will I need to download from beginning which it isn't working
I had the same issue as Kunfu. My wallet would not sync from 0 so I used my "old" blockchain as it only had a few blocks to fully sync. Now I'm staking and everything seems fine with the new wallet but as you guys mentioned this was a fork, am I in the wrong blockchain or everything is OK? Ta There was some advice to sync an old wallet & save the .dat file and graft it into the new wallet. Does that still hold? I don't know. Dev, can we have something concrete on this hard fork question? You can keep all files and just start the new wallet. Just make a backup of your wallet.dat!! And btw we are working at the sync issue and releasing a small fix asap! Regards Shahim

Conf is good, from post by Soopy hmm I deletes all old files from my %appdata% expect wallet.dat and after run new wallet after i closed because no want start synch and I put new conf file to wallet folder in appdata and run again but 1 connection I think I must first delete all old file... Download the blockchain data, I uploaded earlier! It is much faster and working ;-) https://www.dropbox.com/s/k2kv1ub841e8ouo/SummerCoinV2.rar?dl=0

Nav Disabled on Bittrex?
just wait a bit! nothing to worry about!

ps: I forgot to tell here! forgive me
No for Your tentative of immediately fix the site, there will be not forgiveness, and no appeal. This will be His condemnation: stay on their knees, on the dried chickpeas, for all the time needed to recharge the block chain, reciting in rhyme, the hash of each block loaded. Joking aside, it seems clear from the reactions that the pages of the faucet and richlist, enjoy of a constant audience. Considering this fact and leaving unbridled the imagination, in the future it would not be the case to consider the idea to put some form of banners for a fee? In this way, with the proceeds, you might find a stable form of self-financing for the faucet mainly and in part for the Foundation. Of course I realize that it would not be nice to see on the official site, the presence of banners that advertise for example some emerging competitor, but maybe you could find a compromise solution, which protects both the aesthetics and the authority of the site, and the opportunities for self-financing. After all, the servers that are used by the sites, they do not pay for themselves magically. Bye Bye yes we need something to cover the server costs in future!
