As for the authorities, it seems that they don't give a single cent about how Yobit works. I'm not sure in which country Yobit operates (I think it's still in Russia) and under what umbrella but it's been years that they do what they do and they still operate untouched. The last time I check, the price for a new one (shipped from China) was ~$1,300/ €1,100. Since you are in the EU (which is an advantage) and the miner has an issue, I might have an interest if you decide to sell it at a good/ tempting price.

Firstly, your id and any other dox that you have are not considered as valid collateral here. So 0 collateral value, 0 guarantee.
Secondly, you ask for 0.5-1BTC (~$16k to ~$32k) and you offer collateral of $2-3k. That's nothing since your collateral must be at least 120% of the loan amount that you are asking for. So for 1BTC loan, you need collateral worth 1.2BTC and you offer roughly 0.065BTC! So once again 0 collateral value, 0 guarantee.
Finally, just because you say that these items are high quality etc doesn't mean that they are. You need someone, at least, to verify their condition and you won't get a single sat until these items arrive at the hands of the possible lender. Why don't you post them here? I'm not so sure that the European teams were so individual-based strategies. For sure some weaker teams expect more from their star players but in general, I saw more team cohesion from previous competitions, especially in the defensive part. I was disappointed with France in this part, but IMO all the other teams were "teams".
As for Copa America, I saw a lot more aggressive style of play with hard tackles and tight defensive strategies. It seems that all of the teams put some more gravity into their defences from previous years. I guess that they understand a bit that attacking without defending accordingly, won't give them wins like it use to.

I just saw this thread of yours and it seems that there are some flaws in what you are saying and about this site which apparently is a shady/ unreliable project.

1- I don't see on their site anything related to a "Sign-Up" bonus. I do however see about referral commission but it will be given if the person that you will refer, makes a deposit. Meaning putting his funds to an untrusted, unreliable, and seemingly HYIP site.
2- No need to fill any KYC, if you want to withdraw through crypto. Still only ETH and BNB... But who will ever trust his money (and his doxs) to an unknown site that only promises without any guaranty? Not to mention that any who will make the mistake and deposit will have to wait more than 3 months to get...0?!
3- On the "Terms & Conditions" page, everything that they say is a copy/ paste script from more than many similar HYIP/ untrusted projects. Nothing new, nothing solid, nothing than pure air talking.
4- The address of their HQ doesn't seem to have any relation with any kind of such company.
5- You already have a neg for promoting another similar project. What's the difference now with this one? Suddenly you woke up and find this opportunity site?

If that's the case you should move your thread to a more proper section, like Project Development or Securities. Indeed it looks like you have there something that will eventually make something out but on the other hand, you still miss the basic equipment, which is the miners and I think that is the most expensive as well.
Also, do you calculate how much time you will need to bring it to life and make it a fully functional mining farm? Because time is very important when it comes to an investment...
