Your IPO:
- Please buy me a new PC
- I'll host several huge minecraft servers at home while downloading torrents.
- You get 50% of the profit, I get the other 50% for my hard work (buying the PC, portforwarding, free electricity etc.)

OK.

804  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: July 17, 2013, 01:45:03 PM
The price is 0.15/100Mh/s or 0.0015/Mh/s, that is fair price if the dividend will start to pay next week, but if payment is after 2 months with 15% increase difficulty then this is too expensive.

807  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Deprived Mining Speculation (DMS) on: July 14, 2013, 06:00:53 AM
Deprived, how come BTC Balance (BTC-TC) went down to -(84+254) in just one day?

As stated earlier, he put more into investments

No, those haven't gone out yet (EDIT:  I did the withdrawals shortly after my post aboit it but burnside hasn't processed them yet).

It's to do with the 320+ BTC dividend paid to SELLING yesterday lol.  The dividends come from BTC balance - not out of thin air.

Copy that, thanks Smiley

Nakowa made another legend. Turn site profit from 2k+ to negative, and gone.
Yeah, he will probably back once the profit is positive again.

It would be nice if this could be integrated in the stats page (along with investment and house up stats) together with an option to change the time frame (last 24 hours, last week, last month).

811  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: This Is How You Can Earn Bitcoins From Dice Games on: July 11, 2013, 01:08:00 PM
Can you reapply that for a Martingale method that is unconventional?  This allows for 44 bets at 3:1 odds before reaching a total of 1BTC, but the catch is that you never win more than 3 satoshis.  It would take forever for this to add up to something meaningful, but I would be curious how many bets it takes for it to fail.  Sometimes i do this on Roulette when bored at work (betting on the middle third for easy clickability) and it hasn't failed yet.

I fail 100% of the time when trying to do traditional Martingale (doubling the bet) on 3:1, but I usually only allow myself 12 failures in a row because I am not interested in satoshi betting. I usually start at 200 satoshis.

Bet is staggered until 14 satoshi because you can't go up by a 1.5 multiplier until then.

Probably it won't fail in a year.
If a bot has multiple bets simultaneously and it average 1 win a second, total winnings in one year is only 0.94608 btc, not enough to pay the electric bill. This kind of martingale is a failure too.

[...]. The point is odds are in our favor 30 losses in a row will not happen on a 33% bet (again 3x example). [...]

He totally understands probabilities ;P

Heh yeah - 25 losses happened, but 30 losses?  That's impossible.

But let's not tap the tank.

I ran a dice bot before and my cap is 14 losses for 2x, 7 simultaneously every minute, and it happen average once every 2 days.
So 25 or 30 losses for 3x probably in a week or month. It just accumulating your small winning and lose all one time.

59% increase in my investment, too bad have only few coins in there. I'll start adding more.

That can't be right can it?

The total invested is around 30k.  740 coins were lost.  That will have increased the average investment by around 2.5%, not 59%.
Yap sorry, my mistakes, I used my old fund record in the computation.

Yes, BitFunder's site was is still vulnerable.

If so, how can we protect ourselves?

Enable your 2fa, this code will not work if you enable your 2fa, because once you enabled your 2fa it need the 2fa field with correct value to complete the transfer.
