The thing I don't seem to understand is why wouldn't you privately fund LetsDice as you were upset with your investments being diluted in Just-Dice. Instead you encourage others to invest by giving them incentives for doing so further diluting your investment. This smells way too much like a ponzi.
In my opinion here is what is probably going to happen: The owner creates the site, Towtoad invests, and then plays the game with the secret seeds told to him before he begins, and he slowly drains all of the other investors' monies. Then he claims he has an unbeatable strategy and tries making more funds off his illegitimate schemes. The owner closes the site and splits the made off funds with Towtoad. And no one can fully prove that either party was involved in the bankroll being destroyed. +1 possible |

no, mine is 4500BTC. however, if at the end of the day, funding is not up to 8000, I'll buy them up.  Why did you even bother with an IPO if you were going to just take up the vast majority of ownership? Why not just seed the project privately? Good point |

Had to poke my head in here when I saw the divs.
There is absolutely no reason, with confidence dropping the share price, why Ken or PR should not make an announcement regrading eASIC at this point.
It's astoundingly frustrating and makes me feel like NOTHING is happening to make this company successful since nothing whatsoever is being said by those in charge.
My Fear Uncertainty and Doubt are in hyperdrive.
Just hold and probably buy more while prices are cheap, one good announcement will change everything. |

To justify the share price of 0.65BTC, this is for a guaranteed 10 GH/s (not 1 GH/s). We will also invest in an additional 20% or 2GH/s per share sold, all mining revenue from this additional 20% will go to public shareholders until the initial investment of 0.65BTC/share is recovered in dividends..
Sorry for getting it wrong, some how I managed to read 10 GH/s as 1 GH/s. The position is better, but unfortunately being 3 months late means you would possibly have to cope with 8-16x difficulty. If you deliver on time it can be better than buying AM chips, but by risking profitability to save labor dealing with mining. edit: lots of typos!!! (Let me just delete my previous post to stop this FUD I just tossed out.) 1 PetaH in December with 30% diff increase is around 900M difficulty and mining 554 btc/day |

I'm not sure if this would be right, but there is 10mil shares, and 4TH is about 40,000MH - which is about 250MH per share? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't even know where to start correcting. hahah sorry! I know my math was horrible on this, literally just thought of it in my head 4 TH = 4000000 MH 4000000 MH / 10 mil shares = .4 MH/share That's not much, but the shares are also really cheap, and this is not a mining bond. The most important part is that Labcoin plans to deploy ~50 TH within the coming 2 monthsand at second week of Sept with 111 Million difficulty, mining for 4TeraH per day is 18 btc edit: based on 30% increase diff |
