8061  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Selling Brand New Avalon 741 - Los Angeles CA area on: June 26, 2019, 07:11:20 PM

Hello, do you still have  avalon 741 on sale?

look at the date - this was over a year ago -- Mar 2018 not Mar 2019
8062  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTB s17 Pro , Antminer z11 on: June 26, 2019, 06:43:20 PM

stop trolling it wont get you anymore trusted look at the date

not trolling - genuinely asking why buy them for less than you are selling them for? Seems you should want to sell them for more than you buy them for. and what date? the June 7th? barely 2 weeks ago not like it was months or years ago.

please go outside and enjoy life there is more to life then trolling these forums. last warning before i paint you for spam.

again, I am not trolling. And how can you "paint" me for spam? Because I am asking a question? I wonder, do you treat your customers this way at your store? Are you going to lie again and report me for asking for an unsecured loan like you did last time? Thankfully you removed that lie. But back to the topic at hand,  I am genuinely asking why you are selling a Z11 for less than you are willing to buy one for.  Why not answer the question?

I feel like this could be cleared up (if true) very easily if OP would simply say that the pricing of their sale offering is out of date. This pump has driven prices for the limited amount of gear through the roof, wouldn't surprise me. OTOH, could be scam posts trying to lure people into transactions that would strip them of their hard-earned coins.

buyer/seller beware and use a reputable escrow

maybe so - that is why I asked - maybe the one he is selling will now have a higher price or maybe it was sold already?

common sense says i sold it moron now please go outside

I asked if you had sold it, all you had to do was to say yes. Common sense has nothing to do with it. No one here can read minds - you may want to mark it as sold then on your for sale listing... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5149808.0

My T17 is scheduled to be here this Friday - at least that is what DHL just texted me.

Willing to pay $3800 per s17, z11 $2500
 must use well known escrow

why buying z11 for 2500 when you are selling them for 2450? that is a loss for you, isn't it?

z11 here will sell w/ forum escrow only $2450
8067  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] [EU] 600pcs BW L21 LITECOIN MINER with PSU, escrow, 110 EUR/pc on: June 26, 2019, 03:23:15 AM
Is there any L21 to sell?

read a few posts up

So the miners are currently sold out. I will write if we get any more.

Thank you, the whole community, for the wonderful experience!

8070  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: transactions that do not get confirmed on: June 22, 2019, 04:55:27 AM
it was set to "super economy" it charged me about $4.18 to send the $350 bucks.
That's because fees are NOT related to the value of the transaction, but are directly linked to the data size of your transaction (ie. how much space they take up in a mined block)... and your transaction was 2107 bytes. That's close to 10 times the size of a simple "1 (legacy) input, 2 output" transaction.

You had 14 (legacy) inputs and 1 output.

My point was that the fee was small in relation to the amount as well. And yea I saw that about the inputs, not sure why it made so many inputs. and yes i know it relates to the data size

This transaction has already been confirmed.

You paid, $ 4.38 for the transaction fee, this should confirm fast.
This is bitcoin actually you cannot expect instant confirmation like ETH, but the fee is good.

I made a transaction today and I paid less than a dollar at it was fast, I was using electrum for that.

yes it was confirmed after I posted and after about 22 hours after I sent it. Have to read all the posts... and no where did I expect instant, but it has never taken a single transaction this long for me and I have done a lot of transactions. Usually 4-6 hours for first confirmation is the longest it has ever taken before.
8071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: transactions that do not get confirmed on: June 22, 2019, 04:11:19 AM
lol figures right after I post this asking why it was taking so long - it went thru - took nearly 22 hours to be confirmed. I did see the fee was very low - it was set to "super economy" it charged me about $4.18 to send the $350 bucks.
8072  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / transactions that do not get confirmed on: June 22, 2019, 02:26:31 AM
I paid for a miner last night and it still has not had a single transaction - the btc is not in my wallet nor is it in the sellers wallet - what normally happens here? will it eventually be confirmed? does it get returned? does it go to the nether? lol I have done a lot of transactions over the years with various coins and I have never had one not get a confirmation

for record this is the hash - 3bb6bb6ef3e3eb00dad019a90d90dcd9630e4c68963155627be51f72f2b02e34

Do I still need to login every so often so my account stays active or was that done away with?

might have to, my accounts been deleted twice but I cant even re-register because it tells me it exists but when I try to log in it says deleted. just a big loop of no success.

Look at the policy. I believe you are supposed to log in at least once every 27 months currently, although I don’t believe any seats have ever been terminated.

The only way your account gets deleted is if you sell all your seats and as such are no longer an active member. The account is deleted for both security reasons and to have an accurate active member count.

Yes that part I understand, it is the fact that it is near impossible to re-register as the site rejects the new registration saying it exists already but then cannot log in as it says deleted. I do understand why it is done just wish it was easier to re-register that's all.

no problem - just trying to help - can I get a discount on one? lol j/k I do plan on ordering one up here soon. Will prolly do so after my T17 arrives - that will be my priority, then I can play with one of these. Smiley

8A is what the ad states.

and if you open the picture - it also says Power Use (W): 8 I realize that it is an error - I was simply identifying the error while being humorous.
8078  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Obelisk SC1 Slim 2 Gen - at $1000/unit on: June 20, 2019, 04:17:51 PM
how much are you actually making with them? online calculators show these as very low profit - around $5 per day. what is your actual profitability?
Actually i get more than $5 a bit with each

ok good to know - how much over $5? like $6? or quite a bit more? And I am talking profit not revenue.
8079  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [PRE-ORDER BATCH 2] FutureBit Apollo LTC Official Order Thread on: June 20, 2019, 02:44:22 PM
Any updates on shipping dates for Batch 2 Bundle?

according to their website - https://shop.futurebit.io/products/apollo-ltc-pod-asic-miner-for-scrypt-algorithm-cryptocurrencies-batch-2?variant=18590567366771

"PRE-ORDER: Apollo LTC Pod ASIC Miner for Scrypt Algorithm Cryptocurrencies Litecoin - Batch 2 - Shipping in July"

I like that these are quiet enough to put on a desktop but my only hesitation would be that the roi is like 2.5 years if difficulty stays the same and coin value stays the same on my 5 cent electricity - or am I calculating the ROI wrong?

To me these are what you would solo mine with and hope to win the lottery. That being said, I will most likely order one just to have it on my desk Smiley

***edit***

that said, I ordered one - wish there was an option to get the miner and the psu without the SD card - I have millions of those laying around. It will make for a good conversation piece without having to take people into the mining building where they will go deaf lol - Next, I need to get one of the GekkoScience Terminus R606 750GH BTC miners for my desk.
