I like simple (Linux) commands that process a lot of data. A console is much more powerful than a GUI. I've posted them in various topics, but from now on will collect them here. Use them at your own risk. WarningDon't just copy paste anything you find online into a console! Try to understand it first. Self-moderatedNo spam please. Questions are of course okay. Adding content is appreciated. Overview

Can you say how you've compiled it, scripts or Linux commands, etc? did you pull it from the blockchain, utxo? I don't want to keep going off-topic, so I'll make a new topic for it. See Get pubkeys out of Bitcoin block data.

I just saw someone in another topic who lost $200 by using a site with "cripto" instead of "crypto" in the name. The latter is the correct way to write it, the former is usually used by phishing sites. What made you decide to use criptodebit as a domain name?

From our point of view it seems like you are actually very good friends with this specific player. You're grasping at straws now. You seem unable to accept that players in a casino can sometimes win, and when that happens, switching from blaming the player to blaming the game provider only makes you look worse. This puts any other player at any other casino at risk with your malpractice in future. Which one is it? Are they best friends? Or is it a random player? None of this is helping your case, and you're not convincing anyone. What might help, is answering questions, like this one: Playing 16 hours in a row with not a second interruption is out of the ordinary. Can you send me a full overview of all bets made during these 16 hours? CSV would be preferred. But somehow I get the feeling you don't want any third party to see the actual data.
@bambolina: I recommend you create a Type 3 Flag ("This user violated a written contract with me, resulting in damages."). If you read the details carefully, I will Support the Flag. If it gets Support from 3 DT-members, LTC Casino gets a big red warning label on their Bitcointalk topic for the coming 10 years.
@Volt Ent. (Wazdan): Please fix your quotes in the post above. It's a bit messy now.

if you enter Cryptomixer in the search in Google, then the scammer site gives out in the top https://criptomixer. PHISHING.io moreover, there is no official sata in the search, I used this site everywhere but yesterday I lost $ 2000 ... very sad Can you edit the link to avoid rewarding them with another backlink? This isn't the only mixer that has a phishing scam as first result in Google. Reporting them to Google seems futile, Google doesn't care. At least DuckDuckGo shows the real site first, followed by a long list of phishing sites.

TryNinja could theoretically add every thread to his watchlist and monitor for the thread's location being changed, although this is probably less feasible than the above. The Watchlist gets slower when there are more topics to watch, and I've seen theymos recommend to clean it up. So I doubt this will work with 5 million topics. How about scrape the location of only new posts made in the last n days or n weeks? That's only possible for the last few seconds. You can't scrape a 1 day old post without knowing the topicID already.

Yeah I can see the reason for allowing the timestamp to increment by 1 second. But it shouldn't be allowed to go up by 2 hours into the future. that wouldn't make any sense why that would be necessary. ~ ok but what about this then: https://timegov.boulder.nist.gov/why do you think services like that exist? so that computers can coordinate their clock and agree on an official time. That would add terrible centralization to the Bitcoin protocol! Satoshi's implementation of "2 hours" has worked fine so far, and given the fact that some miners use a different time stamp: it is needed! By basing the time on previous blocks, it becomes a more or less decentralized average of the time used by other miners. All miners can know for sure from the previous blocks that their time is correct to be accepted. If only a one second difference would be allowed, you'll get the situation in which some miners think it's okay, while others reject the block.

It took me longer than I expected (because it was more work). Next time it's easy ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Based on my what I've seen on the block chain, p2pk addresses were used up to block 278,298. Searching through the first 278,298 blocks (about 1821 daily "outputs" data dumps), I get 901,980 lines that contain the word pubkey. Without duplicate addresses, it's 203,283. If I search all data, I get 3,669,383 lines. I don't think any address type ever stopped being used, it's still backwards compatible. If I check how many of those addresses currently have a balance, I get 39,208 from the shortest list. The full list has 39,979 addresses. I'll continue with this one. I'm not sure why the hash length varies this much: 367569 c59bd606c40e325841f17d1365d917f953507040ccb540b351967a402999a02e 2015-07-30 00:50:12 2450 0.0072 1aajpztNecNzGBDjJhGfkrsUJFgeyhBgY pubkey 2103d68f90ba81455256cb7a0df14fb3930d6df61393207f2f3e71659414d296e0f0ac 0 1 367631 72f822c0a805d88706a5d696a1715d9e08006dcc2433a278a4a91f41db587b75 2015-07-30 12:50:57 70000 0.2048 1aajpztNecNzGBDjJhGfkrsUJFgeyhBgY pubkey 2103d68f90ba81455256cb7a0df14fb3930d6df61393207f2f3e71659414d296e0f0ac 0 1 367679 3fecf7434af30ca54fdadf03dd7e12c52fcdc753f82afe1f545ebf5fc04388fb 2015-07-30 20:53:11 2435048 7.1252 1Kz5QaUPDtKrj5SqW5tFkn7WZh8LmQaQi4 pubkey 4104ffd03de44a6e11b9917f3a29f9443283d9871c9d743ef30d5eddcd37094b64d1b3d8090496b53256786bf5c82932ec23c3b74d9f05a6f95a8b5529352656664bac 1 1 367699 2bb1cf36f7004de8b93978e1b57a924e9e410ba5f1ac1fcf42abe64d9b51decb 2015-07-31 00:54:39 2340276 6.7798 1Kz5QaUPDtKrj5SqW5tFkn7WZh8LmQaQi4 pubkey 4104ffd03de44a6e11b9917f3a29f9443283d9871c9d743ef30d5eddcd37094b64d1b3d8090496b53256786bf5c82932ec23c3b74d9f05a6f95a8b5529352656664bac 1 1 Maybe it's the difference between compressed and uncompressed addresses? It would be amazing if the owner is not involved and the managers just acted ruthlessly and damage the casino reputation. The only way for that to happen, is if the managers took your winnings for themselves. Otherwise they have no reason to withhold winnings. But if they took it, it won't stay under the radar. So this is all very unlikely.

BlueWallet says: "Unsupported lnurl". Phoenix Wallet can't scan the QR-code. Copying it manually shows "legend.lnbits.com returned an error". Muun Wallet says: "Contacting legend.lnbits.com...", followed by "Something went wrong". That's not the best promotion for LN ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) To continue this test: I just found out that 3 days ago, my BlueWallet received 2 times 2100 sat. So it looks like the failed and "Unsupported lnurl" worked a bit later anyway! I can't check if Muun Wallet received something, because I already deleted it (and the seed phrase too). I assumed a LNURL payment can work only once, but somehow the same QR-code paid me 3 times in total. That seems like a serious bug. I'll donate it back again.

The casino rep has publicly revealed the casino owner name How do you know that's their real name? My name is not Loyce Valenzuala ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) And even if it's real: there are probably many people with the same name, so unless you know where they're from, they'll be very hard to find. I suggest you start by complaining to their domain registrar. Ask them to take the domain offline for scamming (that worked in this case).

o_e_l_e_o has reached 9800 merit That means @o_e_l_e_o quietly overtook me on Most earned Merit. My 1000 airdropped Merit isn't enough anymore to beat o_e_l_e_o's 100 airdropped Merit ![](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/afro.gif) Congratulations!

Maybe you could zip up like 1000 pictures and upload that to cloud storage. And you are 100% sure that your cloud storage won't do anything at all to that file? Never rely on only one backup ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I've read LTC Casino's posts in this thread. The problem is: I can't verify anything from either side of the dispute. That's what I have been trying to explain to bambolina, but he misunderstood my intentions as support for the casino. It has become a matter or A accusing B. B saying it's C's fault and that A is lying. And now we have C saying no we are not, B is lying. LTC Casino started by claiming OP scammed them, and when that failed suggested the game provider is in on it: we have reasons to distrust the Wazdan studio. They behave like an interested party All without convincing evidence. After Wazdan's post, I've added Support for the Flag. - your casino doesn't have any gaming license and is not providing even the name of the owner company or any address of it. Seems a bit scam, isn't it? Question: shouldn't Wazdan check those things before a casino can use their games?

Even though it's fixed already now, I'll add my 2 sats: Considering you're using an external disk, I'd start with the classic have you tried turning it off and on again. I've seen these I/O errors happen with USB sticks. When it's off, reconnect the USB cable.
|
|
|
The thing is that it's only you who will know which is the file (or files) needed for the seed. It can be stored on USB sticks, or even better, on cloud, without anybody knowing what's that for. I find it a not-so-bad way to store your seed. How is this better than just taking a picture of 12 seed words, and storing that on the cloud? It would be trivially easy to hash all hacked data to check if it returns a balance. At least a picture of 12 actual words will have some captcha qualities.
|
|
|
I'd guess that the hash of a number of files can give stronger seed than from some words, but I am not good at this. If you take one photo and sha256 the (a few MB large) jpg, I'm pretty sure that won't ever be reproduced. But you'll need to keep the file secure, which basically brings you back to square one. Anything can be turned into a hash ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Example: I'd guess that the hash of a number of files can give stronger seed than from some words, but I am not good at this. sha256: 52030939dd434020d77b86f83a6cbc462b1021e41550797253cbba551b291dfc Bitaddress: 1MNwEcFgZXi3ukqui1SUD6NQ12JHFL6XjJ But given the no doubt high hash rate of no doubt many people continuously trying to brute-force Bitcoin addresses, I wouldn't risk my money on anything ever published.

I'm looking for all of the entries with script-type pubkey (P2PK) only and is unspent. Primarly between blocks 0 to 278,298. It is about ~34,300 entries. The fields I would like are: block_id transaction_hash time value value_usd recipient type script_hex is_from_coinbase is_spendable. If I get this from " outputs", you get it for all outputs when they were created. So they're all "spendable" (unless they were used again in the same block), even though most of them were spent later on already. If you need a list similar to what TheArchaeologist showed, you don't need most of the data you're asking for. Now the output looks like this: 160345 3abd1b599fe1e69147c6d375d0c85f47999ba99b5ddfbc090370bcb1d1775760 2012-01-03 00:38:50 1375309318 71.6536 1VayNert3x1KzbpzMGt2qdqrAThiRovi8 pubkey is really what you need, but if it is, I could get only the address and hex from each line, remove the duplicates, match the addresses with the current list of addresses with a balance, and only show those. Imho the current implementation can be considered flawed, since one may want to print the photos that make the seed, for example, for remembering easier. A brain wallet (also not recommended) could work from photos and other objects too: on the wall in my living room from left to right I see: Heater Speaker Bob Alice TV Speaker Fireplace Wedding Lamborghini Piggybank Drawer Litterbox and Curtain. Enter it into Bitaddress: 1pZNXZ6PUfpHjmgcQhcYkEVJnMStJfj7C! As long as you don't change your living room, you can probably recover these funds. But it's not the most secure storage system.
