8161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we transfer to Bitcoin Cash now? on: November 12, 2017, 06:24:11 AM
I want to know your thoughts about Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash. Is Bitcoin Cash really going
to take over the No. 1 spot?
The price of bch is really keep on increasing day by day and switching btc to bch might not be a good idea because the current price of it is high. However i think it cant surpass btc so better to just wait until it pump again.
8162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need some gambling strategies on: November 11, 2017, 01:06:56 PM
My prefered gambling sites are dice and video poker (for Texas Hold'em, I have own strategies  Grin )
Maybe you have some nice strategies against boring with little maths.
For dice, there's no appropriate and accurate strategy for it so that's a gamble at your own risk. The only thing that I can suggest you with that is either you gamble only with smaller fractions of your bitcoin and gamble what you afford to lose.
Thats right, unfortunately there is no strategies available to win in those games. Dice game is my first gambling that i play online and in this game i became addicted. I thought there is a way to be able to win consistently however i didnt find any.
8163  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: November 11, 2017, 10:32:08 AM
Apparently, we need both. Bitcoin is better than fiat currency in some ways. In the same manner that fiat currency is also better than Bitcoin in some ways. Bitcoin is much better because its price is always increasing. It is not better than fiat because it takes a lot of time before a certain transaction is completed unlike with fiat which is instant. There are always advantages and disadvantages to both Bitcoin and fiat.
Indeed we need both. They have difference and they have each advantages and uses as well. Cash is our main currency which is recognized by everyone, physical money is instant to transact and no need for gadgets, computer and internet connection. On the other hand  bitcoin cant be use offline but using it by sending money is very hassle free and has a low fee. The best part is it can be an investment because of the flactuating price.
8164  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [helping thread]Tanong mo sagot ko on: November 11, 2017, 09:51:28 AM

8165  Other / Off-topic / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: November 11, 2017, 09:21:15 AM
This is very helpful thread for someone that are trying to start a business. Im an owner of a gadgets and accessories business for 5 years now and the first thing that i consider when im just planning to build one is what i really like. For me its important to know your passion because it will reflect in your business on how you handle and familiar with it. Its also important to know what might your customers like so you can serve them well.
8166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the risk of holding Bitcoin? on: November 11, 2017, 08:29:21 AM
For me the largest risk of holding a bitcoin is that the posibility to free all of your cash. You ought to have an idea about bitcoin like how it works before investing on it.
Its true, and go all in is not advisable in every investment not just in btc. For me the risk of holding bitcoin is not having an assurance that your investment will turn out good, because many possibility might happen like the price decrease and currently its happening because of the cancellation of S2x.
8167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever gambled to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, grief or lose on: November 11, 2017, 08:17:53 AM
I gamble most of the time when I am alone.
I gamble when i have nothing to do and want to relieve from stress usually after work. I think its not right to turn on to gambling if the reasons are what you have mentioned.

If i felt those feeling, i prefer to bond with my friends and have someone to talk to or unwind in a nice place. If you gamble because of that it might turn bad for yourselves.
8168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: AIRDROP on: November 11, 2017, 07:30:52 AM
do airdrop really can give huge benefits??
Well yes airdrop can give profit if the coin become valuable but it takes time. Its very easy to join by just signing up and then wait. But some airdrops are scam and just want to get the information of the users so beware.
8170  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: November 10, 2017, 09:37:56 AM
Once Billionares saw a chance for a good opportunity to earn they invest  .BTC is a good business opportunity for them .
Thats true, although they already have lots of money, it wont stop them to think on how to expand their wealth and in bitcoin they will see this opportunity. Also they are risk taker and i think whatever happens in the investment it wont affect much in their status as they are billionaires.
8171  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: November 10, 2017, 08:16:07 AM
What do you think about the fact that cryptocurrencies will literally be the future ? In a few years, it will exploded and, be rich if we hold many ?
Yes its inevitable. Cryptocurrency is indeed popular nowadays and and on top of that is btc which has a wide acceptance from users. As people continued supporting this coins its likely close to happen. Many of us believe that if we hold our coins for long term this can give us a good income or led to our success when it comes to financial problem and early users already prove this.

8172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: November 10, 2017, 04:19:27 AM
I dont think bitcoin will come to an end, as time passes many changes happened and some countries are starting to recognize bitcoin.

Is it too late to invest?
You can invest anytime because the value keep on increasing so even you are just new user grab this chance and wait till your btc goes up. But if the current price is too expensive for you to afford then better wait for the right time when the value decrease.

For me kasi it is an advantage dahil may chance na para makapag invest sa bitcoin habang bumababa ang presyo nito.

8174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Relationships! on: November 09, 2017, 11:12:40 AM
Anyone who has ever been or are in a committed relationship or marriage where both people gamble? Or in a relationship with a gambler with a friend, best friend, family related etc...  Knowing you are in it together is weird comforting and gives me some sort of undefined explanation.

What does that look like for you? Your experience needs to be heard.

My partner and i sometimes bond in casino but thats very rare, if we are not busy and in the mood, we are playing card games with neighbors and as an opponent we dont mind each other.

Its not healthy to see this kind of situation in family but it depends on how you deal with this. Im not fine with this either so as much as possible we prevent physical gambling specially now that our kids started to be curious on what we are up to.
8175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: November 09, 2017, 08:37:41 AM
use the BTC faucet, bitcoin is accumulated every day

c'mon faucet does not give you even a cent.. Smiley

Well it does but not worth a time, it would be better to find other ways because there are many options out there to choose.

Investing in btc and alts are profitable, it has risk but we have to face that fact because we cant gain anything if we are afraid to try.

I do trade but before you try it, you should learn the basics and be patient.
8176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Social Experiment on Bitcoin on: November 09, 2017, 07:41:21 AM
Bitcoin awareness is not yet spread and doing social experiment can prove that. If people know what is the equivalent of 1 btc in dollar they might get shock and choose it over 1 dollar.

Im living in a place where mostly are neighbors are from middle class and i had the chance to ask them if they heard about bitcoin, about only 5% are aware what it is and most of them are college students. Only few of people here knows it and we are from the city  what more in the places from rural area i bet no one knows it.
8177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think you are a gambling expert? on: November 09, 2017, 06:23:55 AM
I am 100% sure that I am not a gambling expert and I think no on is expert in gambling that to the extent they will not lose. You maybe an experience gambler but that is not an assurance that you will win everytime you will gamble.

Indeed, because if you say expert that means you always win in every game. Im not expert nor a good player because im not lucky in gambling however i can say that i feel that im expert in sports betting, i think because i know the history of both sides and aware of whats the stronger team and this can led to good result.

8179  Economy / Economics / Re: Yes or No? Doesn't Bitcoin unfairly benefit early adopters? on: November 08, 2017, 01:38:33 PM
Yes or No?    Doesn't Bitcoin unfairly benefit early adopters?

I dont understand why you are thinking its unfair. Well early investors deserved to earn for taking the risk in time where there is no assurance of profit gain because at that time btc is young to get trust from investors.

The existence and success of bitcoin can also be credited to the early users who believe in it. Even we turn back the time, i think it will be hard for me to trust this currency because i dont know whats ahead, indeed regrets are felt when its just too late.
8180  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are bitcoins only for the educated and knowledgeable people only? on: November 08, 2017, 04:54:23 AM
It's a yes. We all know that cryptocurrency industry is not that easy enough to understand by some sort of person, I didn't said that he/she needs to be educated or what but he/she needs atleast basic knowledge about cryptocurrency such as what is it, how it was earned and how does it work. Because all the transacation and jobs in the cryptocurrency industry are all technicals and and all complicated and that's why a person needs to be atleast have a knowledge about the cryptocurrency and it's basic.

Not necessarily educated but yeah atleast knowledgeable in this nature, for people who dont have idea about btc you need to teach him first how does it works and explain any single questions in his mind by giving information.

You cant start using it without proper knowledge because you might miss something beneficial like earning through investing etc. However people nowadays are exposed in current technology like gadgets and computer so its an edge to introduce btc as currency.
